Remember first come NDAs, then comes revenue generating contracts. With all these NDAs out there, there is a ton of possibilities for potential contracts to be announced - which dovetails nicely with everything $ITOX has told us so far.

Cliff is doing what he needs to do, new business relationships are popping up on a regular basis. They WILL turn into revenue in future Qs, that’s a fact.
Cliff is more expertly experienced than 90% of OTC ship captains I’d say.
$ITOX is CRIMINALLY undervalued considering share structure and the industries it’s positioned in.

IMO it appears as though Cliff is getting $ITOX a foothold here under the radar.

Debt Forgiveness Agreements
On June 11, 2020, the Company entered into Debt Forgiveness Agreements with Mr. Emmons and Ms. McNemar, pursuant to which:
· Mr. Emmons forgave $185,000 of accrued and unpaid consulting fees owed to him pursuant to his consulting agreement with the Company; and
· Ms. McNemar forgave $103,250 of accrued and unpaid consulting fees owed to her pursuant to her current and previous consulting agreement with the Company.

It’s only a matter of time. Finding under the radar gems like this is how you make a killing in the OTC.
Since we know revenue hasn't been booked through the first two quarters, that means that revenue booked in the second half of the year will exceed that of the entirety of 2019. Extrapolated out to 12 months would indicate a bare minimum of 300k in revenue and hinting at quite a bit more. Something tells me Cliff has some news to drop very soon. Not too shabby for a startup with DOT contracts in an exploding sector with a FANTASTIC share structure ramping things up again post-Covid.
It appears that a rudimentary understanding of basic accounting principles might be required to grasp this.
