Z - I guess that will depend on the greed factor and the soon to be marketing blitz. A lot will depend on how many NEW short termers buying in at higher levels.
Long term pinky players will practice capital preservation by unloading a few at higher levels (or momo)and about half of those will buy back twice as much when pps drops again. For most LT shareholders, any green at all showing in account for rvgd will be mighty tempting...
Much of the future pps depends on Peter does from here on out and the longer one holds ANY pinky risk of further dilution or reverse increases incrementally. The share structure as it stands is pretty shaky as need for working or expansion capital increases. Any possible merger or JV's would require stock transfer.
In any case Z, the first pump or marketing blitz should take care of most of the short term holders leading up to the launch of the GTM. Lets all hope Peters marketing also addresses the dd needs of potential new investors and all the unanswered questions that still exist.
Z... for me the big contract is a non-issue concerning the success of the company or the car. If Peter does a great a job on the vehicle as he has implied sales or buyers will not be an issue (problem). More important to me is the future announcement in the way of a pr that Revenge and Factory Five is joined at the hip concerning the Revenge GTM.
You have to remember that the company is less than one year old, and that Peter HAS delivered on occasions. We have the Revenge GTO and Solstice, Revenge Ridgeline, Revenge GTM. Peter is hard at work with the new 2009 Ridgeline, and I anticipate another Pontiac vehicle being introduced into the Revenge lineup.
On the subject on the 20,000 sq ft building, how do know he does not already have one secured and being converted to GTM production as we speak? Peter has already hinted in the possibility of other partners, announced work slated for the current production facility, and has publicly assured that he is prepared to go into GTM production as announced. To me that says he already has things covered.
What will he do with the money raised? Peter has already stated that parts prototyping and production has been expensive, but the first years sales should more than cover that. So where did he get the money - the answer should be obvious.
Anyhow, the building itself is only part of the production solution if you think about it. We must have an inventory of kits, parts, machinery and tools. We must have qualified mechanics, technicians, and painters. So, in essence the one million raised would not have gone very far. No Z. Peter is not forging ahead by his lonesome methinks and some other company wants a piece of the pie.
In my way of thinking, our current facilities will just be Revenge Designs main office and location and we will have one or several locations/facilities to be announced.
We have everything going for us as a company lacking perhaps the most important aspect, and thats credibility. Announcing our respective partners or partnerships and hearing from them by pr will go a long long way. You can bet your boots that Factory Five has plans to, and thats one company with a LOT of credibility and accomplishments.
The fact that Factory Five spent considerable time at Penske for a visit, (confirmed) is also encouraging, as is the fact that Peter already has a working relationship with them. Penske is pretty sharp and distributes their SMART Car through Mercedes dealers of which there are plenty enough of.
Its still a crap shoot for sure, but one that Im still comfortable with and still confident I will see a good return on the money I parked in the stock.
GLTA - P.
Hey Z. I guess it all depends on what you mean by moving on. I guess that now I could be considered a longtime shareholder and speculator (not investor - spent too much time in pinkyland)and yes, there are greener pastures I suppose.
Im not too worried about the GTM selling and while the "pump" should certainly bolster shareprice, Im betting that during the first quarter sometime sales numbers will be able to propel it a little higher and keep it there.
As for quitting posting...its more the market in general right now that has cooled my interest in throwing money at the pinkymarket. Things are rough all over, that said I did pick up another stock with last quarter earnings (billing)that was over five times the current market cap.
I agree that .0002 pps is here for a while but so what if I have to pick up another million at .0003 - the "pump is due to begin anytime now and GTM debut just a month away. Even shares purchased at .0004 should be an easy double by end of January. Thats attractive enough for me.
I follow the board everyday but there is little progress to report and wont be for awhile yet. I'm waiting for the beef!
GLTA - P.
Bullstocks, yes I confirmed it some time ago. Also confirmed the visit with the GTM with Penske...
Am comfortable with parking money here for a while at least.
P.
to avoid confusion it was Factory Five not Dave Borden who made the visit and it apparently went very well. The deal with F5 was confirmed by Dave Borden on a visit to Factory Five...
Hey Shadow. If you are in contact with Peter ask him if he would be intested in hydrogen injection systems. This would add a "green" component to the vehicle, and boost performance and milage.
I wrote the company - symbol(HYHY) and the CEO would be open to discussions with Peter. Could be another revenue stream as an installer or dealer.
Our competition rnnm will be using hydrogen injection and our being able to offer it might make us more competitive. Seems to me Peter has enough on his plate for the moment but you never know. I was thinking that if gas milage could be brought up to 30mpg hwy, that be pretty cool.
JC - since our competition rnnm has hydrogen technology to offer and since Peter is seeking distributorships or partnerships, I just sent an email to this company:
http://www.hydrogenht.com/
The technology seems compatible with our objectives and could add to business revenue. This would also make us more competitive to rnnm and put us into a new category of OEM vehicles...
Never hurts to try. - P.
Only makes sense. Low floater with 100 G marketcap recent billings of five times that amount and on target to meet projected earnings well over a mil. (actually was thinking two mil+ with both companies).
Nice to see next financials. With that kind of earning multiple he could issue a sweet dividend LOL. Be a nice way to jack the price real quick. Will be buying more when money comes my way.
I can sit tight for a nice return over the next three or four months from these levels.
bdrr - reported recent billing in excess of a half mil - five times its current market cap...so I finally threw a hunded bucks at it @ .001 LOL.
TAKI - nice to see you here. .0002 - .0003 loading is not a bad idea at this point. The GTM launch is set for mid-Dec. at a car show, with a marketing campaign kicking in mid Nov.
Depending on how the marketing is handled from mid Nov. to mid-Jan. it may be possible to hit better than .005
Theres a lot to report on, and many questions that need to be addressed to make the launch a huge success for investors. We need a new sizable wave or two of new money coming in to take it past a penny.
Coloraffi does sweet work, has experience in vehicle manufacturing and design, and has hooked up with Factory Five to put this new GTM out. At the very least one should be able to expect a double or triple from current levels if Peter is able to launch on date.
Hope to see you back with a few of your pals LOL.
Penn.
LOL - thats only because it looks like it cound not get much worse! Just checked out a six month weekly myself and like the pps fluctuation ranges, volume using a bar chart does the same thing going from large to small and then back to large...
- both daily range fluctuation over the week is small coinciding with the low weekly volume, so hopefully gets better from here on out.
Feeling that the worst is behind us and the best is yet to come. Hope you have a great weekend!
Penn.
To clarify my last post, Mr. Borden was referring to Factory Five as the one who took the red GTM to Penske. Not Revenge.
It is unknown at this time just what kind of interest Penske has or had in the F5 GTM. Perhaps using one to race, or ????
We do know that Peter already has a relationship with Penske Honda, and that Penske took an interest in the GTM FActory Five showed him/them. Anything else is currently speculation or rumour, but I am trying for more answers. Dont know if I'll get it but will try anyhow.
The gist of Dave post suggests that Penske interest in the GTM was more than just in passing. Penske does have huge manufacturing capabilities for parts etc. and did buy the Smartcar company...
P.
Well thats it for my posting for today. GLTA.
ahdioyoda: here is a treat for you since you always share with us? Have you come across the rumour that the GTM might be the rumored Penske Supercar? Or that it was DAve Borden owner of the first F5 GTM owner built? It was also said that the plan was to take about fifteen minutes of Penske's time, but it ended up being a few hours.
A few days ago while doing more dd, I actually asked Dave about it and if it was true in order for me to have a greater grasp on the potential of the Revenge GTM. They say that there is always a little truth in every great rumor...
So...in order to put a stop to the RUMOR - here is the truth thanks to Mr. Borden for the info:

Hey,
It wasnt me, but the factory that went to Penske with what I believe was the red car. Everything else seems to be fairly accurate from what I remember hearing.
David
- Just thought I'd share this and hope it gives hope to all of our large longs out there.....P.
JC - with the pitiful volume we have, I welcome anything the MM's do to keep the trickle of volume going. I am not a big fan of Lang, but he spoke the truth about news. Bottom line.
Im sure you read my post to Peter on the F5 forum, and that the most basic of questions pertinent to production of the GTM has not been been answered.
Until Peter provides enough information for the market to put NEW money into this company, we will be stuck at these levels with the same crummy volume.
Aside from us longs already in, only those tolerant to VERY high risk will buy in on what must appear to clearly be a gamble at this point.
Here you have a company that is less than a year old bragging to the world that they are going to build a world class vehicle and not only that, but to do mass produce them as "hand crafted".
The company at this time as far as we know hardly has a pot to pizz in ($$$$)and the money raised was for a production facility that appears like its not going to happen, and that surely with designing prototyping and manufacturing parts ANY money we did have is gone.
We know we have at least eight techicians, plus Peter and now Emily, and that the cash burn rate for that should be at least a grand a day or more....
I am totally with Peter and what he SAYS he has accomplished, and like a poster on F5 pointed out, until he actually starts producing and selling them. Between the costs incurred and the daily cash burn rate... just how in the world is he doing what he says he is?
Peter has talked the talk, and now us longs must bide our time and toungue until he is able to actually walk the talk.
BTW, I know my F5 post to Peter was not the kindest, but you know if I did not address and acknowledge the expertise available on the F5 forums, his post was sure to attract the ire of all those he "kind of" insulted.
I know that he did indeed read my post because although he did not reply, he did visit the racing forum for a good while which is good because the racers share very important information and recommendations for improvements.
JMHO but I think it doubtful that our Revenge GTM will be showcased at SEMA this year. For those who follow the F5 forum know that they just only recently introduced a brand new vehicle the 33 coupe or "Larry" as they call it. On another thread I found where one other GTM builder will also be showcasing his Factory Five GTM.
If the New England show is the one we will be attending thats very cool, because they also have an option for a participating car company to provide test drives. Being that magazine editors will be attending and the Revenge is sure to be a huge hit...
My money will stay on Peter and Im not selling for a loss. Yes its a huge gamble but one Im willing to make or I would have cut my losses some time ago. I even admire Peter willing to forge ahead against all odds of success, and one must acknowledge his accomplishments thus far.
Looking forward to see what Pontiac has in store for us in the future. Did anybody know that Pontiac currently has a contest to name the new "El Camino"? And that a new GTO may be in the future?
Remember that his SEMA win also meant that he would have a chance to participate in helping to design a new Pontiac. His profile on the F5 forum is still to win the "best overall exterior design" so we may have something there to look forward to.
Remaining optimistic....Penn.
JC - sorry, didnt read your post carefully enough. Thought your were asking if there was another one that we COULD trade on.
No, revenge not trading anywhere else to my knowledge. Did you catch the recent Green trader report? Apparently Peter already has a production facility scouted - Perhaps leasing?
Maybe one of those interested parties interested in partnering up has a suitable building for conversion.
Just where and how we are going to build the car without a dedicated and sizable building is a question that a lot of other folks are wondering. I havent heard anything about building our own place in quite a while.
Anyhow, the last pr leads me to believe that Peter seems to have everything under control and is now moving forward quickly. When he speaks of design challenges it sounds like thats in the past.
We will know for sure come mid-November when the marketing campaign Emily has been working on kicks in. GLTA - P.
Yeah, some German exchange Frankfurt I think. NOT a good thing as they generally run it into the ground by selling a lot of non existant shares.
IMO only a scammy CEO would list there.
P.
Just sent this email to Brad Simmons:
Mr. Simmons:
After financially ruining your companies investors portfolio's, do you not think that IF the company is profitable, that it might be wise to take some profit and repurchase company stock? Your investors have lost so much that its pointless to sell at this time. Tax loss selling time is rapidly approaching and should give you ample opportunity to steal back your stock at .0001 or .0002 very shortly.
Its hard to believe when looking at your family picture, that you would treat folks this way. You look just like honest God fearing folk.
Just because you can screw over your investors like you have, does not make it right.

aka Pennimon - Investors Hub message board moderator.
good info. you just forgot the part where Peter saved our ass from being diluted to hell by an agreement the two reached (107G's) and postponed the dilution until the company is selling GTM's and has good revenue coming in (2009).
Of course SEC changed this with a new six month restriction rule, which may explain some "carnage".
P.
Doghouse -thanx for the kind words. It was good to see Revenge Designs finally join the forum, but was disapointed he did not join as a vendor which he should have since we will be selling GTM parts to them in the near future.
The other part I did not like was his attitude, negating the work I am trying to accomplish over there, which is converting the rvgd haters into having an open mind to Revenge Design Inc. and hopefully getting a few to even buy stock.
NOT an easy task there, as the forums are sponsored by folks making and selling GTM's and custom parts...
I did thank Emily for "smoothing ruffled feathers" and took the opportunity to ask an honest question... just WHERE will the GTM be built. JMHO but I dont think this question will be addressed by either Peter or Emily anytime soon as it may involve us having a new "friend" with an empty building or deep pockets - maybe both.
To be fair, I'll give Emily some time to answer but really dont expect her to, as my F5 pm to her was as an investor and not a F5 forum member...which is to say while being respectful I did not pull punches too much. I suggested that SHE handle the forum posting there instead of Peter LOL.
Anyway thanks for the acknowledgement, and here's a link to an RVGD interview by the Green trader on his blog:
http://green-trader.info/ just scroll down to the Aug.21 post, and if you scroll down further theres some mighty good traders infomation (rules to trade by)and some older rvgd reports...
Oh yes, it appears we will also have some "Revenge is sweet" bumper stickers soon, and some different tees's according to some site called "zazzle" or something like that.
Although the Bellweather report has covered rvgd in the past, there is nothing current. Lets hope Emily gets some word out there.
Revenge Designs is getting some good coverage on the Honda Ridgeline forums, and some on the GTO forums but not much.
I havent read the new Vette issue yet and waiting for someone to post it here.
There's a new video on the first USA built GTM on Germany's "Ring" in which the driver takes a journalist for a high speed ride passing whatever shows up in front of the GTM.
Watch for a new mag. article in the future on this...
Keep the faith, we have only another month or so to go before we see the fruits of Emily's labor in the form of actual marketing effort.
Penn.
Same writing style...compare the two. A CAnadian F5 dealer was interested in finding out if the Revenge GTM would be legal to export to Canada. Here is his email reply to me that you can compare the same snotty attitude...almost an identical line to that he used in the F5 forum...
Thank you for your email.
"Our intention at Revenge Designs and Factory Five Racing is to engineer the GTM to world class standards. Many improvements are required; our team is consistently following all safety standards.
We will not be releasing photos of the engineered improvements of the GTM until complete. We are not an information center for vehicle assemblers. Joel last week we released photos of our new GTO sports front bumper and later this week we will be releasing the 2008/2009 Revenge Solstice GT grilles. Development and design are very time consuming.
Thanks Peter.
- Outta posts for today so cant answer more question till tomorrow. - P.
I also found someone talking about our Ridgeline(s)and there's even a pic. Too bad our CEO doesnt have a clue on how to keep investors informed of what he's up to. Good to know he isn't sitting on his duff tho.

Seems Peter has no finess to post on F5 forum but Emily seems to have a little more "people" skills:

I assume Revenge wants to have an unvieling like most companies that launch a new product. Leaking everything ahead of time tends to kill the buzz... Its much more the norm for companies not to provide all details before launch!
David
Thank you, David! I honestly couldn't have said it better myself.
When we are ready to release more information about the GTM Super Car and some of the exclusive GTM Super Car parts available through us you guys will have more information than you know what to do with. Until then we're going to do more extensive R&D until it meets OEM standards. At Revenge we want to contribute to the entire GTM Super Car community, but not while we're still in the development process. This is why Revenge and Factory Five are teaming up to benefit all GTM enthusiasts, not just our own interests.
So for now, I might just have to use Crash's slogan suggestion. "This is gonna be SO cool. Trust me."
Best,
Emily
- Since Emily posted on F5 forum, I asked her a few basic and simple questions - one of which is since we havent built our new production facility, just where will it be built? Will post an answer if I get one....
Lastly November Vette issue out with GTM article where F5 claimed it took only 350 hours to build. Asked Brandon at Factory Five to explain - here is his very quick and full reply:
Re: November vette issue build time...
Greetings Penn, thanks for the msg concerning the build time on the GTM. It a frequently asked question that I run into and I guess it go both ways. Depending on what you are looking for as a final result and product it can varry in build hours. A quick example would be the Black GTM we have at work, it took no time to build and around the tune of 45 thousand dollars....the ending result is not a show winner but a real street-able, aggressive sportscar that is just a blast to drive. And the other end of the sprectrum would be something like Dave Borden's GTM, I have been to California and spent time with Dave, the fit and finish on it and the build quality is second to none but it took him lots of hours and countless dollars to achieve such a showcar. Like all of our products, you build them to serve the purpose you intend to do with the car as an ending result. Weather it be a track car, show car or just an everyday driver that you go out and have some fun in FactoryFive can meet all these demands. If you any questions feel free to call me in the office or e-mail me directly at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.com Thanks again
(It appears Brandon has a "daily driver" GTM the lucky stiff!)
All for now folks...
Penn.
Bail out? Read somewhere it failed to pass....tclt no bid. Is .0001 a deal? No. TCLT at SEMA 2008 no. Major dilution to occur - yes. RS coming - probly.
Revenge has joined up with Pennimon on F5 marketing forum, and here is (Peter's?) first post:

We can make that kind of statement because it's exactly what's happening. Because of our policy of being a "tight-lipped" operation, we won't be releasing anything, beyond our basic specs, about the Revenge GTM Super Car until it's official release.
I know, I know. You want details, and testing specs, and to know what motor is in it, and exactly how we plan on paying just as much attention to detail on the first GTM Super Car as the 1000th one. However, we just won't let all that out. If everybody knew all the improvements we've made, modifications we've done, parts we've had made exclusively for us then there would be no reason to sell them to anybody.
Another reason we don't relay every detail is that we're not in the business of teaching people how to build cars. We're in the business of building the highest quality vehicles with impeccable attention to performance and design. Not only will the Revenge GTM be delivered beyond everybody's expectations, but the exclusive parts we'll be offering for GTM kit builders will be just as impressive. Until then, mum's the word.
Although, for the record.

Sounds to me like alot more "bling" than muscle.
The bling and the muscle coincide perfectly. The engine/transmission won't "only be good to 650hp." That's just the beginning.
Thanks for all the interest, guys. Look forward to hearing more from you!
Does anybody believe that news is coming this year or in 2009?
It is disturbing to know that some of our management team holds two jobs and bllb not busy enough to warrant their full attention. Not only do they hold two jobs but apparantly have enough time left over to coach or organize and participate community events.
Clearly, the company has overstated its success and accomplishments....
nwsun - why did you not ask how long it took Megas to put out the pr outlining the hijacking and fraudulent shares. IMHO Megas put it out way too late and something fishy there.
He should have immediately put out a press release way back in May, but instead waited until August. Funny that Megas sued us, when there should have been a lawsuit against him by his legal shareholders for allowing the scam to continue...
When Megas found out his company was being hijacked he should have immediately put out a press release stating that and putting an end to sale of fraudulent shares.
I found it funny that Megas sued shareholders, when I feel it should have been shareholders suing him for not acting responsibly fast enough, allowing the fraud to continue with further sales of shares. Too little too late.
I like every other bagholder would like to see this resolved, but dont have much hope that it will. Will most likely get flamed for this post but hey, everyone's entitled to an opinion eh?
P.
Chicagomanny - thanks. Guess Peter read it and fired off that pr just to answer my questions! LOL LOL. (Either that or the harsh ones I posted on the weekend.)
Just posted that pr on the F5 forums where there was a discussion on the GTM marketability/salability. BTW - that beautiful yellow GTM featured on KIT CAR magazine cover is up for sale now - 90 G's.
That was an excellent pr, and addressed many concerns including potential partners/manufacturers and or space to build the GTM without further cost to shareholders. Hope the market reacts favorably to the pr and some demand for shares will come of it.
PS - sounds like we already have a half mil to a few mil in sales (standing orders)!

Forest. I dont believe Boeing is interested in the jet fuels.
I contacted them back in March, and put Jim Ford in touch with Boeing. Surely if our fuel was everything (or close to) what was claimed, we would be supplying Boeing with fuel...
Heres an excerpt from a Boeing email I received:
" I appreciate the information. I'll look this site over and give some thought to the process. We've been very open on receiving biojet fuel samples for internal testing from potential suppliers, so would welcome a sample of their -90F freezepoint fuel."
Could be the company is holding back important information on potential contracts ($$$)? Working with Boeing would have been huge, and given us an international market immediately.
Before that I contacted Vinod Khosla and waggled an invite to submit proposal for funding (back when money was a prob.) or private placement.
Vinod is very public with his investments so I guess nothing came of that either.
Both are names that would have lent credibility to the process, fuels, and company. Had either jumped on board, I doubt whether SEC would be head hunting.
GLTA - P.
Boekternie...the tee's with December on them ought to give you a clue about the planned launch date. I really dont think you are going to get a different answer.
I dont think that Ahdioyoda should have to prove the number of shares he has, anymore than someone who says they have 50M. Some folks have more money, some more tolerance for risk.
Personally, I feel you guys are wanting to ask the wrong questions, or the easiest. Why not some hard questions?
Like how are we supposed to have a GTM launch without a place to build them?
What is our financial condition - are we broke? How much is our debt?
Who aside from Factory Five are going to be our partners in this endeavor? We know we have partners involved in designing and producing the plastic parts for the GTO and Solstice.
What is our current status with Lingenfelter or who will be building our engines, body parts, mechanical parts?
Where will the GTM be assembled?
Where is our participation with the Pontiac G8 that Peter was supposed to have a hand in designing? Does he have a hand in helping to design the new Trans am or El Camino?
Is he working on bodykits for the 2009 Ridgelines or will he have them only in 2010?
Is he going to deliver on any of the three contracts he announced for 2008?
Why has he not started advertising to hire the staff needed to build the production GTM's?
Is he still building the low to no demand GTO's?
Come mid-December will we be unveiling one GTM or three?
Where is the money coming from to do all these wonderful things?
Never mind 250 GTM's per year, will we be able to produce one per week? One per month?
etc. etc. etc.
A mid December launch means that the GTM (at least one) was completed some time ago, and that all testing completed with no problems to be addressed.
Will our car assembly workers be union or non-union, and if non-union will they be offered stock options? Being a start up, any strike involving auto parts or labor would kill us off in our infancy....
Are there plans to have our own race car and driver?
Is there a merger in the works or acquisition? JMHO but this is more believeable than us putting up a production facility, hiring workers, getting nec. permits, licences, etc etc, over the next six months.
The GTM launch is fine but when and how will we actually start producing cars for sale? (real revenue).
I agree wholeheartedly that Peter should be answering the questions he said he would answer, and not just the easy questions. Aside from our land and building PETER is our asset as well, and time he started putting value to his name instead of doubts.
Okay, this weeks rant is done.
GLTA - P.
Whats worse is that a pr led us to believe they purchased a NEW facility, when Rodney told me all they did was purchase the place that they were previously renting....this is confusing because they stated that the "old" facility was operating at near full capacity.
another nice piece is stating that January 2008 sales were up 30% over the previous year, but fail to report what 2007 revenues were...
Rapidly approaching 2009 and all we have is 2006 numbers.
What we seem to have bought is a company that no one really knows anything about but everyone wonders about.
Am down too much to dump. OUCH.
Anyone notice their website has changed slightly? Only CApt'n and Rose and Ivy available now. So much for their new website they said they would have. Laboris still maintaining their site.
Well...buy 7$ worth at .0003 then LOL.
The tee's with tax and shipping, plus conversion to US from Canadian would set me back about 40 - 45. Thats about 250,000 shares at .0002
Not impressed with the Revenge logo at all, or the tee's BUT the "coming soon" teeshirt might be a piece of history one day. Lets hope the GTM release tee is a lot nicer.
If Peter comes out with a nice framable Revenge GTM poster however...
That would be encouraging haha. Penske bought the company making smart cars years ago...
lawdogy2k - yes I did and thought that "stupid" was directed at my post, not to the fact that someone thinks a picture is reason enough to have caused a delay. Extra precautions maybe if the new look is totally rad to the current body design.
Heat is an identified problem with our enclosed engine which may lead to a modified design as are the oversized tires. On the F5 forum a builder used a similar size tire where the fenders would need rolled out an extra two inches...this on a vehicle where the rear was wider than the front to begin with.
There is virtually no cargo space for even a set of golf clubs which may be less desirable or usable. The doors would have to be reworked heavily for the extra weight as mentioned, and also the two side safety bags, the steering wheel and passenger side dash to house the other one (four in total).
Many issues to address and extensive mods. Although Peter says weight will be kept down to 2300 lbs, that will be a tough order to fill.
After viewing the ridgeline, GTO, and Solstice work and quality I have no doubt that Peter is up to the task but brings up the question of time and money.
BTW I do have an email from Peter saying that NO ONE will get a peek at the GTM until it is fully completed, and he seems to be quite sensitive about the issue.
Congrats on your ten mil. shares - wish I had that much.
P.
Hey....lets all hope that silence is truly golden LOL.
What are some intelligent questions that Peter could answer that might give current shareholders a better picture (positive)of current company status?
Sales of Honda Ridgelines
sales of Honda ridgeline kits to dealers
total sales of honda ridgeline kits to date
ridgeline kits on order
GTO - give us some numbers
Solstice- give us some numbers
upgrade kit sales projection for 2009
planned or anticipated sales/marketing for these products
Profit margins...
Shop work - number of custom jobs completed for clients during 2008, anticipated growth for 2009, average profit per vehicle,
Monthly cash burn rate. is monthly revenues covering labor expenses? If not where is money coming from?
Approximate 2008 revenues?
Are we still gonna build our addition and do we have the funds to do it?
Is another company currently considering a merger or acquisition of rvgd?
Who are our partners in desiging, financing, manufacturing, distribution?
etc. etc. etc.
In lieu of factual information, we have to gauge our success on the competence of our CEO and business plan. Does Peter warrant our confidence?
What can Peter do to earn our trust (and money)?
Remember that your average muffler shop or oil change shop may have earned more revenue than rvgd (reality check) and if not, what has our total revenue been so far?
plenty questions by all, no answers from CEO.
kansas city shuffle.
Dont get me wrong, Im long and will stay long till sometime in 2009 but given current company information this play is like many many other pinks with a high AS and a tight lipped CEO.
What is stupid? Believing that folks wouldnt mind a pic of current GTM status? Believing that just because someone took a picture of the building and or a truck and trailer that it caused the delay of production prototype?
What is stupid is believing that large holders wont take a profit when it presents itself, allowing them to ride free shares? These will be run killing sales. Many millions to get a rise in pps, only a few million to bring it down. .0006 represents a 200% profit....
Or believing that Peter WILL ALLOW you into the shop to take pictures?
OR...perhaps that we have enough money to pay for all the work done prototyping and manufacturing the new parts for 250 cars in 2009, or that all of our money is still there to pay for the new building addition?
If anybody thinks someone taking pictures of the building or company transport vehicles is cause enough to delay finish date for the prototype GTM then it is an acknowledgement that deeper problems exist.
Its not rocket science to figure out when the GTM release happens, the pps from current levels should double as new investors on the sidelines come in. Any experianced pinky player will take profits and ride freebies or acquire more on a 50% decline in pps.
Its not rocket science to figure out if Peter was selling the hell out of Ridgeline kits, GTO kits, or Solstice kits, he could tell us about it. The truth is/could be that it was an exercise to prove to the manufacturers that indeed Revenge was up to the job and capable. Whether or not Peter can get it done in time to make upgrades relevent (like in the current year).
We all know the companies success in hinged on the success of the GTM. Thats a fifty fifty deal. To make matters worse, there is a definite reluctance for someone to purchase a quality built kit GTM and plunk down over 80G's for it.
Myriad problems plague the GTM kit cars. Make no mistake, if Peter cannot destinguish our GTM from the Factory Five kit, then people will buy the kit and have it built for them.
Lastly, further dilution is unavoidable unless we are cash rich...
I might have a different outlook if we were kept informed and knew we were currently doing enough biz not to burn cash, and pretended that new parts prototyping testing and redesigning, manufacturing carried no cost. Or that a boatload of money was not needed to start producing.
Kansas city shuffle does not work on me. With no sales to speak of, we are left to look to the assets of the company and our CEO for value. Has he delivered? Granted we have body kits for this and that but where the heck are the sales or sign of success in these time consuming financial endeavors?
HOPE should not be an investment strategy, but here we are...and tax loss selling time is approaching. If Peter is able to follow through on things, allow investors to make informed decisions, and come up with an F5 signed off prototype, then we have a good chance.
Events seem to boil down to what decisions Peter makes from here, and the conclusion we come to about him and the future. Not much else to go on.
No apology needed...you were just doing what everyone else wished they could do. I fail to see where or how someone taking pictures of the outside of the building could effect delay of the GTM.
You own 4.5% of 1.7B shares or OS?
No wonder you wanna know whats going on, same as the rest of us. Thank you for the efforts.
P.
Huge short squeeze Sands - surely you jest. How do you figure that? It would be sweet to recover at least some of my money.
Right now it isnt worth the commission to sell....
P.
I dont know about you but to me it seems obvious that someone or a group of someones has been playing with the pps and has for some time now. Not hard with the daily volumes and investor sentiment.
Its known the GTM promotion and news wont be out for a while and I dont expect any dont expect anything exciting to happen on the pps front for a good while.
If Peter has adequate funding he should let us know. But he wont. Its a wait and see game he is playing, and meanwhile folks are wondering what kind of financial shape we are currently in, and where is future funding coming from.
It might take a couple hundred million shares to move the price up, but only a few million to take it right back down. Thats all we will see until we get real news.
Never pays to hold a pinky for too long, because usually one of two things happen. Start ups ALWAYS need money, and its got to come from somewhere.
Me?? Im holding same as most here, but remember tax loss selling time is rapidly approaching. It wont be all fun and games even when news does come out (GTM release).
Am extremely glad Peter is taking time to make sure car and performance is flawless because that is what it will need. If less than stellar car reviews show up in mags it wont be good.
Dog, you dont think further dilution is coming? Its got to unless we have already have a partner with very deep pockets. I dont know if Factory Five fits this bill.
Fear of further dilution or RS is just as bad. Experienced traders will dump be dumping millions into any significant run. Whenever I hear large shareholders cry out "to da moon" during I run I know they are dumping into it.
With as much as you have, you would be crazy not to as even a 30% rise in price would allow you to ride millions of freebies and eliminate risk altogether. In pinkyland sound risk management is essential to survival.
Only makes perfect sense in this current brutal market. Greed and fear either one will get ya.
