"Who would spend time doing that to manipulate a stock?" Someone with A LOT to lose. Go PMCB!
I agree Jodi, after approval funding will not be a problem. Go PMCB!
The share price may get held down until Thermo Fisher starts injecting PMCB with cash. At that point, the valuation will be blatantly low and with a big dog involved the rest of the K-9 unit will follow. Kaboom
A2Z, It is my opinion that if they do not get an approved IND selling will not be an option. There will be no buyers.
If the company needs another year to do tests (they do nothing quickly) then they will need to issue another billion shares at least. 3.5 billion shares with a share price less than 1 penny, YIKES!
I will be stuck holding my shares or sell them for next to nothing.
There are other possibilities. They did complete and pass all required tests, thanks to the loan of David Judd from Thermo Fisher.
- I believe Mr Judd was the first student to graduate from a cellular biology program in the
United States.
- Thermo Fisher, A company known to use a roll up strategy (grows buy buying other companies)
I think there is a good chance the FDA accepts PMCB's IND.
We then get a funding deal with milestone payments from Thermo Fisher. Have they shown interest? Well Yes! They loaned us one of the top cellular biologists in the country to perfect our product so definitely yes.
The manufacturing facility is GMP compliant, and Thermo Fisher has been there already (David Judd)
Now we are working with a big dog.
Good word risk. I am risking a little money to fund potential medical breakthrough. Never invest (risk) more than you can afford on a stock like this.
With risk comes another word, "reward". You cannot get reward without risk. I wish I was getting into this stock right now at this price. I would risk less and still have potential for great reward.
Those finding this stock now are most fortunate. Go PMCB!
Thank You Efood. I had my weak moments for sure. CONGRATULATIONS to you and all longs. PMCB will give hope to patients. The Cyclops is real.
Hopefully all those test that we already did will lead to IND acceptance. Great day for PMCB!
A2Z, why don't we just enjoy the good news and not worry about who hears what. IND is coming. Its what we all want. From mythical to real to $$$.
Tell me these press releases are't going to be interesting after the IND is filed. The volume will be huge!
Fraum, Don't you think there is a chance they will file in September? They seem so close.
Good info, thank you. Go PMCB
IND is still as mythical as the Cyclops. Sure they are touting the IND right up until they sell the last remaining shares.
They will renew hope for the IND as they issue another billion shares, if they can get away with it.
I wonder if the prominent board members will want their names removed from this fairly shortly. They may not want to be associated with this dumpster fire anymore.
I want to be wrong, but I am a realist. The evidence suggests Kersplat not kaboom. PMCB
This is exactly how I feel. It's no longer file the IND and Kaboom. It is now file the IND to prevent from going belly up. PMCB
I have shares, thats why I am critical. I personally don't want to throw more money into this. Its a personal decision. Go PMCB
We need a press release with some material events, IND, Funding, something meaningful. Otherwise down down down we go.
I feel we are at the end of our rope. People can tell me everything is hunky dory but the evidence suggest otherwise. It really is put up or shut up time.
I am a long and want success here but I can only call them as I see them. One penny says it all.
JK, is a reverse split necessarily bad. I know we are all enjoying gaudy share totals ,however if an RS gets us where we need to go I am not going to cry about it.
What if KW issues another Billion or two shares. There will be a tough road to make money with all this dilution.
I am not fear mongering. I am being realistic.
Tulla, this is the only penny stock I own I am not a penny pro. I have heard a lot of ten dollar excuses as to why the stock is down and why they have sold all those shares so quickly, My favorite is that this is somehow preparing for a buyout. I don't think so, not now.
I am old school, so when a stock goes from over fifty cents to a penny, I don't see anything good there.
When the CEO constantly misleads the shareholders, or keeps them in the dark and this goes on for years, I don't see anything good there.
I think one of three things is going on here:
1. It is a scam pure and simple. Pump and Dump and hump the shareholders.
2. The technology does not accomplish what they say it does and they are just milking it at the end of their careers as long as they can.
3. The tech is good, but the executives are in over their heads (kind wording on my part) and are completely clueless on what to do next.
Either way, a penny is a penny is a penny and there is no way around that. It cannot be explained away as a positive.
April 15
Which comes first IND or sub-penny?
PMCB is going belly up. If it looks like a dead fish and it smells like a dead fish, guess what?
We are supposedly approaching our biggest milestone, the filing of an IND. The market does not think so.
If we have 2.5billy shares and we are trading at one penny, and they issue another billy in shares our investment is worthless.
Has anyone seen a dead fish floating downstream before....belly up
I was referring to their own personal portfolios not the company PharmaCyte. And I have no idea how any of them invest so I got no link for you.
Well, they do get tons of shares for compensation so they don't need to buy shares. They can use their money to diversify and buy other things. I Guess.
We are on the cusp of filing an IND for an unmet medical need and we are about to go sub penny. Something is not right here. It makes no sense.
Is it a credibility issue?
Is it manipulation by big pharma because they want to starve us of cash to prevent this ever going to market?
Is it the toxic financiers selling their shares to get their money back?
Is it just MM's doing what they do to penny stocks?
Possibly a combination of things. We know if successful other companies will loose money. Insulin producers stand to loose billions if PharmaCyte develops a treatment for diabetes using Ciab.
"Are you indicating a reverse split coming is why the aggressive selling by a toxic financier of the discount t shares they own."
I was speaking in general and was not referring to the selling going on, however you may be right about that.
C'mon A2Z, the only doctor that can finish the IND is on vacation. Doesn't that make sense to you? LOL
So if you have a million shares of PharmaCyte at .015 and there is a reverse split. A 10 to 1 reverse split.
Now you have 100k shares of PharmaCyte at .15.
How is that helping us? It is not putting us on a major exchange. Seems like we could drift back down and your much fewer shares would be worth even less and your investment will die with a flushing sound.
What about a 100 to 1 reverse split? Now you have 10k shares at $1.50. This would be a more likely scenario to me. You do raise the pps to a respectable number but you better do it before some really good news or else this junk yard dog (A2Z) will slide back down again and your value will diminish.
I think that you will see a reverse split, most likely the second scenario I gave, as things are happening.
They will do it before some very good news is my prediction. It must happen going forward. It will probably be a good thing for the company. This is how a company survives when the share totals skyrocket.
Not negative, but realistic.
That makes sense A2Z. I just don't understand why KW is in such a hurry to sell those discounted shares unless he knows failure is imminent. Lets file the IND so we can get this puppy to 3 pennies.
A1, If we get a buyout we still make a lot of money, but we are far from that.
We have not even filed an IND yet. Some companies have open IND's and don't start their trials until over a year later.
I am pro PMCB, but I am frustrated with the modes operandi of the executives. Why are they selling so many toxic shares directly before the IND? You would think they would wait for the IND so they can sell shares at a higher price. Even the toxic shares that are sold below market would be worth more.
So why are they selling so many shares now?
1. They don't believe they can sell blocks of shares at a higher price.
2. They are concerned with the IND being rejected and want to grab as much cash to pay themselves while they still can.
3. They never plan to file the IND.
4. They are never worried about the share price because it doesn't concern them. They don't plan to make money off of share appreciation, only off salaries.
They cannot sell enough shares to fund the trial so I don't believe that is the reason for selling.
You would think they would only sell these toxic bundles when they absolutely had to so as to protect the value of their shares for investors. That is not part of their modes operandi. They seem to be selling them as fast as possible.
Please, if someone can think of a more positive reason for them to sell shares I want to hear it.
Go PMCB! lets limp to the finish line and file the IND.
We all knew they would not file the IND until they got all those shares sold. Imagine if they were able to file two years ago. The share total and our investment would be much better.
Now we wait for the IND so we can get a small pathetic bump in the the stock. Its unfortunate for longs that have waited so many years.
What do we trade at after the IND is filed 3cents, 4cents, maybe a nickel. The stock will then continue to slide back down until IND acceptance (maybe), and then up to 5cents.
Then you hear of funding (maybe) and we are at 8cents. We slowly slide back down to 4cents waiting for any trial news.
Then, if you didn't take your profits a 8cents you wait for good news and a chance to actually make real money OR
The trial fails and your investment is worthless.
I am hoping for the 8cents. That looks great to me right now.
The company says they are not concerned with stock price. Is that what you want to hear from executives?
They never have shareholder meetings that they promised they would have. Would you have a share holders meeting if you were diluting your stock %150? Me neither.
They need to file the IND just to survive, forget about kaboom.
It makes it a lot harder for us to make money here. The huge share total is very relevant. Don't let anyone try to convince you otherwise. Our peace of the pie constantly gets smaller. File the IND so longs can make their beer money because kaboom is less likely with 2.4 billy in shares
That was approximately the number of shareholders. It may be more now. I am just saying anyone here now got in on the ground floor. PMCB
You are lucky, I hope.
For successful people to take a pay cut at the end of their careers is no small thing. As we all know they read this board which is followed by the majority of their shareholders. They gave us the pay cut many have asked for. This was a very important good faith move that shows they believe in the success of this technology. This should encourage investors.
I think it is near impossible to doubt the upcoming IND. Its coming and coming soon.
I am hopeful that volume created by an accepted IND plus the announcement of funding source will overwhelm the garbage(suppression of stock price) that is going on with the trading of this stock. This will create a new trading range for us.
The important thing is we will finally get the answers we all seek. If you own PMCB currently you may be one of those lucky 1300 or so people who got in on the ground floor of something magnanimous.
I have been skeptical at times, but I actually think "we are there".
I am one of the "LUCKY 1300"
You are right. It is happening before our eyes. We need to file IND and get it approved just to make a small profit for most. Buyout is the only form of kaboom left and PMCB is not in a position of strength.
I have heard things will change dramatically after IND is filed.
Does Management stay the same?
Is the share structure going to change(RS).
It could be time to hand out some gold watches.
Hopeful and a little less skeptical but still skeptical.
Lets go PMCB, file the IND.
I never sold a share. I just stopped buying. I think we make money with PMCB this year.
Tulla, I am one of the longs that has turned from positive to negative on PMCB, and I believe them as well.
It is somewhat understandable that people are not rushing into buying this stock in droves for two reasons.
1. Company history of "we are there" type statements when we were not there.
2. Its a penny stock that very few people follow.
We need some attention outside the realm of press releases and smmg articles.
sorry bear, not meant as a response to you but feel free to disagree anyway.
NOW would be the time to get in on this if you are on the fence in my opinion. Not advice just opinion. NOW
Well A2Z, I am holding shares. At one time I thought the best thing for shareholders was to let the company grow organically without a buyout. Now that our share total is approaching 2 billy I think the buyout is the only way we make decent money here. Its tough to go from 1 penny to kaboom with 2 billion shares. We need to get scooped up to survive and cash in.
Big press release today. Tangling with the FDA. PMCB!
Exactly Tulla, it's hard to make money when we have almost 2 billion shares. We are close to be being buried in dilution. .15 on IND sounds great to me right now.
