A1, If we get a buyout we still make a lot of money, but we are far from that.

We have not even filed an IND yet. Some companies have open IND's and don't start their trials until over a year later.

I am pro PMCB, but I am frustrated with the modes operandi of the executives. Why are they selling so many toxic shares directly before the IND? You would think they would wait for the IND so they can sell shares at a higher price. Even the toxic shares that are sold below market would be worth more.

So why are they selling so many shares now?

1. They don't believe they can sell blocks of shares at a higher price.

2. They are concerned with the IND being rejected and want to grab as much cash to pay themselves while they still can.

3. They never plan to file the IND.

4. They are never worried about the share price because it doesn't concern them. They don't plan to make money off of share appreciation, only off salaries.

They cannot sell enough shares to fund the trial so I don't believe that is the reason for selling.

You would think they would only sell these toxic bundles when they absolutely had to so as to protect the value of their shares for investors. That is not part of their modes operandi. They seem to be selling them as fast as possible.

Please, if someone can think of a more positive reason for them to sell shares I want to hear it.

Go PMCB! lets limp to the finish line and file the IND.
