Cash Flow is a very black and white concept. You're mixing in other concepts. Not sure what the issue is.
If you want to say that MYDX isn't profitable YTD...fine.
If you want to say that they have liabilities...fine.
If you want to say that you don't believe the numbers...fine.
But don't say that the Statement of Cash Flows doesn't show positive cash flow.
Up 34% so far today. Will we see a run at the closing bell?
Yep. Negative cash flow from operations for the year of (339,291). One quarter was positive operating cash flow, two negative.
No idea where you got minus 2.5m (or whatever) from.
Not sure what you want me to say. Spend some time with the statement of cash flow. It's black and white.
Cash at beg of period (i.e. 12/31/16): 38,203
Cash at end of period (i.e. 09/30/17): 162,451
Net Increase (i.e. net positive cash flow): 124,248
I'm not saying that this is a perfect company...but look around. This is pennyland. Here's a company that was on the Nasdaq. Fell back, had problems, but is clawing it's way back up. It actually HAS products. It actually HAS a strategy. It actually HAS sales. It actually FILES sec quarterly reports. Last year the Q was audited. It's trading at .004. It was at .022 last Spring. It's moved over 25% today. This one has possibilities.
Is this a guaranteed homerun? Not by a long shot. But to those of you that are interested in taking a look at a company that has a fighting chance...give it a look.
I got my Cash Flow numbers from....the statement of cash flows.

I'm just pulling data from the Qs. Read for yourself.
http://ir.cdxlife.com/all-sec-filings
Cash flow from operations is (339,000), not (2,500,000).
2017 financials show
- 2 quarters of Cash-Flow-Positive,
- 1 quarter of Operating-Cash-Flow-Positive
- 1 quarter of positive net income
Great progress from where they were a year ago.
5% increase in outstanding shares between Q2 and Q3. Balance Sheet shows zero convertible notes. Deriviative Liability is steady from Q2 to Q3.
I can live with that. This is NOT the same balance sheet, or the same company, that we had a year ago.
where's the 50 DMA now? 200?
up 26% in the first 75 minutes. Helmets on, this thing might be about to take off....
If you have a huge sell order at .0042, please consider breaking it up. If we can make it through .0042 then the Ask is thin up through .005
Great announcement this morning. Share price up over 17% in the first hour of trading.
I placed an order. They filled it at a lower price. Is there a problem that I'm not following?
Actually, that was me. I put it in at .0035. Interestingly, the MMs "couldn't even fill it at the ask."
Whoever is trying to sell at .0035 needs to break up that block. You've had us stuck here for over 2 hours.
Wow, you're right. But the historical amount "available" has been around 10m. Definitely another 3.4m shorted yesterday, but I think that total short is more like 10m than 4m. Can't be precise, this is about all that can be done with the data available.
Easy enough to see the relative number of short shares. "Shortable Shares" is usually around 10m shares. Currently at 3.7m. That means that 6.3m are being used by....somebody.
Not today, CoPilot. This thing is thin up into the .005s. Let's see what happens when everyone gets back from lunch.
Elon Musk didn't invent the automobile, but the Tesla is "his car." And he has plenty of patents hanging on the wall relating to it.
Look at the movement in March. That was caused by one PR. When the public sees that this company is on track for product delivery and related cash flow progress...it can move fast.
He said he's been in since January. A lot of us have. Have you checked out the stock price in January?
6.3m shares short today. Any day is a good day for a short squeeze.
Thanks!
News? Is there a link?
Fault? Why are you using that wording in responding to me? I didn't blame anyone for anything.
I'll be really surprised if that order gets filled at .0032. Gotta slap the ask if you want it....that's how this stock works.
Knock knock....somebody wants in to the tune of about $40,000.
As close as I can tell, there are about 6.1m short shares at the moment. Any day is a good day for a short squeeze...
I don't think you're right. MMs make the most money by putting a stock where the most volume exists. Bottom line: NOBODY is selling, current investors are waiting on news, and the eventual investors haven't heard of MYDX yet. That will happen once news hits.
Correct me if I'm wrong....but weren't you long on this stock about 30 days ago? I'm working from memory, but I could track down the posts if needed.
Based on that, what is "quite obvious" could be something very different than what your previous posts indicate.
What's the "rat's nest" that you're referring to? Something recent, or something that's 9...12...24 months old?
Is the "rat's nest" worse than other OTCs that you analyze? Keep in mind that most OTCs don't even FILE Ks and Qs.
"Quite obvious?" How so? A grand total of about $5,000 of stock has changed hands today. How does that equate to "10s of millions of shares" that MMs are holding as sell orders?
Seems more likely that a core group of investors has been following this stock for a long time, and believes that there is a bright future.
Just a quick glance, but cash flow positive (from financing, not from ops). No additional toxic debt. $109k in revs, plus another 27k in new deposits. Down a bit from Q2, but August is always a crappy month. Operating expenses down half a million.
I'm as ready for a spike in sales as anyone, but overall it looks like an improving situation. Tomorrow could be interesting.
It's my understanding that the lawsuit is alive and well.
Market Makers sleeping in today?
Not at my computer at the moment, I'll get back to you.
