Leo made it clear he wasn't going to start another trial for inflammatory disease until he knew B worked.....Hmmmmmmm UP is inflammatory disease....
I wonder why Leo hired consultants and increased the sites by 2? Probably so he could tell us the trial failed more quickly:)

AF: "Of the three drugs in the Cellceutix (CTIX) pipeline, Kevetrin is the most likely to go nowhere."
I thought Prurisol wasn't going any where?
I guess his short friends need ctix to go a little lower since time is running out and FAST!!
The next time Leo speaks of Prurisol will be
the 6 week data results. We are not getting the 100% enrollment completed, which is terrific.

5 weeks of P enrollees have completed at least 6 weeks of Prurisol treatment...I wonder what the sites are seeing:)....tic toc KABOOOOOOOOM!!
If B- UP is kicking butt the 1st week at 100mg, then what happens if at 200mg UP is gone within the 1st week of treatment for all 6 patients? Can the trial be stopped? Why needlessly dose for another 5 weeks?
Daubers Top line for UP next qtr also....tic toc
P and K didn't come with polymedix...
Somebody slaps you ,you slap them back. That's how I was brought up.
Nice work Leo!!!
Maybe Adam had a bad experience with Ziagen and it's his way of getting back.
Do you realize this is just from the 1st week of treatment?
What will 200mg do?
Like I said before B-UP treatment may end up being just a week or even less.
Site investigators report enthusiastic feedback from patients currently receiving treatment in the second cohort with Brilacidin at 100 mg daily (by retention enema) for six weeks —comments included how the treatment already has greatly improved or eliminated their symptomatic complaints, daily functioning and overall quality of life.
Also nice to see there are 3 clinical sites!
Looks like B-UP is gonna be 1 butt kicking drug!!!!
No pun intended!
Powerful B statement:
"Simply put, I believe that Brilacidin shows the potential to become one of the most sought after IBD drugs.”
