That would highly depend upon what part of their business they put under this ticker. They could put much or very little. It all depends on their purpose in buying the shell. Given their other activities, I doubt they would buy a shell just to horse around, though.
What about when a Mod selectively uses their power to delete ONLY the messages that don't reflect their point of view?
I note the following in your reference: "At the same time, Board Moderators are welcome to express their investment views and sentiment in the same manner as any other Member; by participating in the dialog. However; insofar as their Moderator privileges are concerned, it is not the Moderators’ role to dictate bullish or bearish sentiment, command the "tone" of the content be along any particular investment sentiment, or favor one investment sentiment over another when removing or restoring messages. (Please note the bold as this is a vital part of the sentence). "
Is there a moderator Code of Conduct that they must follow? Not talking about the veracity of their posts but rather who and what they delete.
Such first-world problems. My oh MY! Which play do I do RIGHT NOW?
I'm staying here because of the potential but I feel ya.
Given the quality of the options, I'm thinking $0.50. This is much better quality than SOL*. (I would guess higher but don't want to jinx it.)
They were set up to do an IPO last June and it fizzled. The primary private money backed out. It appears they still want to go public as there have been a lot of rumblings since then.
Good job.
"Office" pool for why they wanted the shell. I'm going with taking Avaloq public.
Knowing company inertia and bureaucracies, I wouldn't be surprised at a week. This is on THERE timeline and convenience, not ours.
re:ASCM It is my understanding that someone there has an automated trading bot. It's attracted by volume then follows it's programming.
They will have the standard Profit/Loss, etc for their own. Yes, they MAY share those with people who they think NEED TO KNOW. I can't think of any nonpublically-traded company that publishes its financials to the public. (And, I can think of many publically traded companies that don't either. There is a whole list of them. ;) )
Even ASCM's sell price is 0.0195 ... That says a lot.
Kobayashi
We know who they are, FiveT Capital out of Switzerland. Lots of earlier posts about who they are and what they do.
Personally, I've always wanted an account with a Swiss banker.
Wonder how many 4999's they will have to use. My current count as of 10:11am is 120,000 shares and counting.
LOTS of 4999 share orders. IIRC, one of the trading platforms limits an order to less than 5000 ... Money is starting to flow in from outside sources.
And, Now they are selling on the news. It's not even back up to it's previous high. I'm all for profit taking but seems a bit early to me; like $0.10-#0.20 early.
Here! Here! to Horst!
I bought 45k@0.0189. Yeah, that was a bad day and definitely puckered my cheeks. But, if one wants to play vertical lines, one must understand they go both ways. There are far, far more spikes than cliff-climbers. Don't use money you can't afford to loose. Stop-loss orders work well on the big boards, they are fiction in subbies.
EVERYONE makes mistakes, you will make MANY as well. A long time ago, someone once told me that one is not an seasoned traveler until one has had to sleep on the benches in an airport terminal overnight(s). I suspect that one isn't a seasoned investor until they have a small portfolio of stocks that are dead wood or, at best, sleeping. DD is the name of the game. Even then there will be losers.
You've done a wonderful job of providing excellent DD on that other stock. Look forward to seeing your posts.
And, How would someone do that?
Now to understand & calculate the difference between the FREE TRADING SHARES and the ADL???
Q typically means bankruptcy. Did CERP* go through bk and just not change it's ticker back?
So, XA news in the next week or two and then UPLISTING! Emptied all of my dry powder at lunchtime.
How long does it take to uplist from filing?
You're talking about TRD*, not QUTR, right?
Very tight trading range. $CMGO is holding it's price remarkably well this morning. No mid-morning dip.
It may not show up as income because it is not, technically, "income" but a restoration of good will. In any case, it will show up in the cash on hand entry.
I'm confused. How does one relate to the other? One would think the MM selling short would stall the "recovery".
Can we combine that to noslainte?
Sorry guys, I'm out. I'll take my $100 loss and wait until tomorrow.
I once saw a post that "It's better to wish you were holding a stock than to wish you weren't." I'll take my fresh powder for tomorrow.
News or lunchtime traders profit taking?
Not saying it's not there but I've followed a few commercial trials, there are 10's of thousands of filings with some of the filings running to hundreds of pages. That's like saying, "there is a needle in that haystack, one just have to look carefully enough."
NITE sure wanted to put a ceiling on the PPS. I can't imagine that's a real trade. Anyone with that amount of shares would know that they've just slit their throats. (Regardless of anything else, NO stock or situation is going to react well to that and actually get that price.)
I bought 750k this morning at the ask. Flippers making pennies. I'm looking for dollars.
How would one know if has has sold through others? I assume it the trade doesn't have his name on it so, are there emails, phone calls, etc. to show this?
Ahh, I saw the September but missed the 2018.
Judy, it says it was updated yesterday, 9/14/2020. Although, your info would make a difference.
Sorry guys, I jinxed it when I bought at open. ;)
It's only Tuesday. He's a Thu/Fri kinda guy.
