Guys, also please remember NGW is a OTC Micro, Micro cap stock.
NGW is just starting out in their business plan. With only revenue generation beginning this month.
NGW is not followed by any major research wall street firm.
NGW is unknow to most if not all hedge fund companies.
NGW is a Canadian company that trades on the U.S. exchange.
Guys, we need time for this story to develop.
Next year at this time things will look much, much different.
And by next year the market cap IMO will move into it proper valuations, as business goals and profits are met.
Lets get back to some basics here!!
From the corporate deck on WAVE'S website: Financials, page 21
Warrant $.60 Exp. Aug-Dec 2019 20,674,573
Warrant $.48 Exp. May 2021 7,732,537
Warrant $1.00 Exp. Dec 2019 6,114,352
Warrants give the owner the right to purchase common shares at a specific price by or at the specific date. Instead of the current market price.
If market price is higher the owners cost basis is price of the warrant that they own for these shares
Total warrants outstanding 34,521,284
Total shares outstanding as of June 2019 156,003,522
Given fact that at current prices all of these issued warrants are worthless.
At the current prices we are about 22% under valued. And current market cap is under $20,000,000.
IMO we will be trading much higher very soon.
The background likely looks line New York City.

He is from California not stuffy New York City. (NYC where I live) No problem as far as I see it.
Here is the logic as to why NGW has sold off,

Canopy slides 3% and Aurora Cannabis(ACB) is down 5% after bearish call from MKM
Cannabis stocks fell across the board Wednesday, led by the big Canadian licensed players, after an analyst said earnings expectations are unrealistic and told investors to brace for more bad news.
MKM Partners analyst Bill Kirk outlined his forecasts for when companies will report positive EBITDA, or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, a metric that is more of a measure of cash flow than actual profit.
Even on that basis, Kirk said he expects market leader Canopy Growth(CGC) (WEED.T) will not be EBITDA positive until the first quarter of 2022, a full year later than the current consensus estimate. For Aurora Cannabis(ACB) , the most widely held stock, Kirk expects positive EBITDA by the first quarter of 2021, compared with the current consensus of the third quarter 2020.
For Tilray Inc.(TLRY) , his forecast is the first quarter of 2022, a year later than the consensus. For Cronos (CRON.T)(CRON.T), it's the first quarter of 2023, compared with consensus for fourth quarter 2021, and for Hexo Corp.(HEXO) , his date is second quarter 2020, matching the consensus.
"With Aurora warning of slower buying from provinces in July and August (warning Sept. 12), and little indication new retail locations are opening in Ontario in October, we believe the next reported quarter will not show meaningful net sales acceleration," Kirk wrote. "Increased costs, without the hoped for sequential revenue growth, results in profitability that is likely to disappoint."

For Canadian LPs to improve profitability would require that pricing holds up, that new products due at year-end when derivatives come on line succeed and are margin-accretive, that export markets demand product grown in Canada and that brands start to resonate across regions.

"Rather than be wildly profitable in two years, we expect the Canadian LPs to be roughly break-even," said Kirk. They would need to keep their sales, general and admin. costs flat -- which is unlikely -- and that would barely produce the P&L leverage to reach consensus estimates. Companies would need to move from about C$500 million ($377 million) in EBITDA losses in the current year to a C$900mn EBITDA gain in two years.
By comparison, the U.S. government has calculated that Mexican cartel chief El Chapo (Joaquin Guzman) made over $12 billion from his illegal drug trade, while the top Canadian growers have cumulatively lost $1.4 billion, said Kirk.

Canopy stock was down 3%, Cronos was down 3%, Aurora was down 5%, Tilray(TLRY) was down 3% and Hexo(HEXO) was down 5%.
From Marijuana Business Daily comes the news that the wholesale cannabis market has remained largely unmoved by the current outbreak of severe lung disease that is believed to be tied to vaping. The disease, which has killed 12 people and sickened more than 800 (https://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/basic_information/e-cigarettes/severe-lung-disease.html), according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, was expected to discourage consumers from vaping cannabis products and move them to flower and pre-rolls instead. But wholesale cannabis growers said pricing has not moved dramatically during the crisis, and the percentage of flower being purchased has barely changed.

In California, for example, the percentage of flower purchased as of Sept. 22 was 40.7%, down from 41.1% on Sept. 1. In Colorado, the percentage has climbed to 50.1% from 45.3%.

In company news, Tilt Holdings(TLLTF) said it has negotiated an agreement with six of its remaining founders, under which they will forfeit all 60.2 million stock options granted at the time of the reverse merger of four companies that created Tilt last year.
Cannabis Watch: For all of MarketWatch's coverage of cannabis companies (http://www.marketwatch.com/storyno-meta-for- guid)
Tilt stock was last quoted at the stock trading at 27 cents, up about 25%. The company reported stock-based compensation expense of $47 million in the second quarter because of the stock options.
"Adjusting for the subsequent forfeiture, TILT's Q2 2019 net loss of $48.9 million would have been almost entirely reduced, bringing the company close to break-even," it said in a statement. Tilt made headlines in May when it booked a goodwill impairment charge of about $500 million in its first quarterly report after going public. That led to a massive loss of $554.5 million on sales of $5.7 million.
Chief Executive Alex Coleman told MarketWatch at the time that the charge was because the company used one methodology on Dec. 6, 2018, to value the companies that merged to form Tilt Holdings(TLLTF), and a different set of standards on Dec. 31.

Chuckie,
Sorry for your pain.
But possibly this is not the type of spec investment you should be undertaking.
The reality is just what it is.
Praying will not help.
But time for NGW business plan to get in gear will make things happen.
NGW is meeting it stated objectives.
Their business plan just needs time to work out.
Gentlemen, just please relax. Sure it is not a good thing to see a loss in our investments. But please remember the whole sector of marijuana stocks are being sold off over the last several weeks.
You just cannot expect a start up to have the market respect and go against the sector perception.
I purchased stock in this company since I believe in their business plan.
Both their premium product market place.
And in addition their low sales overhead sales plan to use name established persons in their market place to get their product out into this market.
We just have to hold on here.
Give this investment the time it needs, a couple of quarters in my opinion and things will be looking a lot stronger financially for all of us early investors.
Looks like major safety issue with Marijuana vape will likely
be less of an issue with the use of regulated quality product.

This supports NGW business model???
Time to place this concern on the back burner

Seems that NGW is under followed and unknown to the investment community.
And todays news although was much expected, it is still good to hear some business milestones being made. And positive ones as well.
It will take some real revenue improvement or new business development details to move the price of this stock into a higher trading range.
Likely to trade sideways for a while as it consolidates from the last move slightly upwards.
We need 10x quantity of shares traded to move this stock in any real way.

Looks like we have the team in place now.
"Leigh who"
For me all about sales $$$
Who cares about Leigh, this is rear view mirror view.
It a few quarters to tag line will be saying, " Leigh who?? ".
Lets focus on the real time events and the future prospects for growth.
Yes, if you read my prior posts you will see the details about how undervalued this company is.
And if you just entered just sit back and enjoy the ride!!!!
Multiple winner here. IMHO!!!!!
Thanks so much for your post. Looking at these pics shows a lot of product.
Great size and very healthy plants. No mold!!
These growers at NGW really know how to produce.
OK, we got product!!!!
Now we need sales!!!!
Sitting back and enjoying the ride!!!
Might even add more to my long position at these discounted prices!!
HD, yes overhead costs are very, very important to keep within budget and maintain a profit.
NGW has put into place a low overhead marketing program that works with pay as you go.
Limited sales administration to keep this active.
Lower overhead cost. And better profit margins on internet sales.
That being said we really will not know their current operation profit margins for at least 2-3 quarters.
By that time they will be looking to finance their expansion of their next grow facility at this current location. And we look forward to a much, much higher stock price.
They will need in my opinion another $30-50 million to build
the square footage at their current location.
Lets hope that they finance most of their with the current profits and cash flow. And not increase the share count too much.
That is a major risk for all of us current share holders.
High side $$$ would yield
250 lbs every 10 days - 36 harvest per year
250 lbs times 16 oz/lb times 36 harvest per year
144000 times $300.00/oz. = $42,000,000.00 per year.
Likely somewhere in the middle!!
But all good!!!!

Just so that we feel a little better with all of this sell off.
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ are coming
Lets say NGW harvest lo every 14 days and harvest is low side 200lb. So 26 times 200 equal 5200 lbs. At $300 per ounce ( likely much more for premium weed)
5200 lbs times 16 oz./lbs = 83200 oz. times $300.00/oz.
Approx $25,000,000 per year.
so relax sales dollars will be there!!!
HD, for me its about return on marketing $$
I really like NGW for their low cost pay as you go approach.
I am in your generation. But you just have to give credit to the
on line interest and sales of most/many things.
Great start on NGW part.
No, I really like the on line partner strategy.
No start up overhead sales cost for NGW.
Immediate entry into sales of special markets. With a multimillions follows.
Just pay commissions as you go.
Great business plan in my opinion

On September 10, 2019 I ordered 125mg of Hart Luck CBD salve.
They charged my credit card on September 11, 2019.
The order was shipped United States Parcel service from San Diago, California via 2 day air.
I received my order today.
So for real we are shipping product and filling orders on a timely basis.
This order was for my wife to use on her knee pain due a torn meniscus.
I will post an update in a few days how things work out with her use of this product.
GLTA
HD, your thoughts about market cap is my thinking exactly!!!
Company has stated sales in the next 12 months to be in the $30,000,000 range. This puts us at a market cap to sales of under 1.
With any sales news showing that NGW is on their way to this sales target the market cap to sales should move up to between 3-6 times for a micro caps stock.
This should give us a 12 month target price of $1.00.!!!!
NGW management when really sets in needs to provide a status up date of current and near term business outlook.
I think that this will/should happen sometime within the next couple of months.
Once they start to fill their pipeline and full the current sales needs for the product that is currently being harvested.
It is just too early in the game to expect anything more from the management of NGW.
For me I am sitting back now and watching this business development.
There will be time to add more to my positions as they show positive proof of their business plan.
Thanks HD.....
Another thought about todays video.
I do have some reservations.
For me it let out too much information.
This is their inhouse process. It is their intellectual property.
And it should not in my opinion be released to the world.
It is how they will make money. And keep the magic going and people paying for their quality.
No reason imo to share it with the world.
Yay, that was my buy order for 15,000 shares at $.18
I want to keep building my position at these prices.
At least a 5 x return in one year, imo.!!!
Thanks so much for the great video. Much to learn about the factory operation.
I spend most of my career managing manufacturing facilities.
NGW has set themselves up for success. With almost medical manufacturing practices. "GMP" light.
Controlling the entrance like a clean room. Showering, fresh clothing, cleaning shoe bottoms in disinfectant solution.
Keeping the grow area in 14 sections.
Recycling water usage to keep cost down.
All this adds up to a big win for this company.
They will develop their brand. And just wait for the news to roll in with the user experience from the weed that they grow.
We can all sit back now and enjoy the ride. And adding more share when I free up some $$!!
A revenue deal is still a revenue deal. Its a good thing.
I added 10,000 share at the open this am at $.1918
Just sitting back and watching the show begin.
Much to come!!
Looks like the Trump administration is planning to outlaw flavored non tobacco vaping
https://www.cnbc.com/2019/09/11/trump-to-consider-e-cigarette-policy-amid-outbreak-of-lung-disease.html
How will this effect NXGWF??
I just ordered Hart Luck CBD Salve. $25.00 plus $6.95 shipping
I plan to have my wife use this on her knee. She is in pain with a torn meniscus.
hartluckcbd.com
I will post some details about the order delivery upon receipt and result upon her use.
Just from a price to sales basis my thoughts and why I am long this stock.
approx. 150,000,000 shares out standing, and share price at approx. $.20
Total market cap is $30,000,000.
NGW stated that they will sell approx. #30,000,000 in the next 12 months
This gives us a price to sales of only 1.
We should be going much higher. With any real delivery of their
business plan we should trade at least 4-6 market cap to sales
This would give us a share price approaching $1.00 within the next 12 months.
And possibly more with increase sales and marketing deals.
Hi Guys,
NEWC is gone. Dead money for next the next several months, and likely forever. They have missed so many promises, for business development and SEC filings.
Their time has come and gone.
They just have not respected the basic business rule that time is money!
For me I have considered this investment a total loss.
And the chance for my thinking is "SLIM and NONE" that NEWC will get current on their business plan and SEC filings.
If for the .0001% that they begin trading under any symbol or any exchange, I am selling on that opening moment.
Very small quantities of shares traded. Means nothing at this point.
We just need to wait in until the valuations from the reverse split of 38 to 1 are posted. That being after the share holder upcoming meeting in November.
Yes, " It's Alive ".
Yes, current on their SEC filings!!
Yes new financing......Yes, reinstate business license in Nevada.
Next up if revenue deal.
Or business license combination for their patent portfolio.
I stay invested here for the future value of their Patents!
Hi Guys,
For me nothing has really changed. This was always a speculation.
And we are all waiting for the Sept. 22, projected SEC filing date.
We will either have this date met of not. If they get current with their SEC filings then in a few months all of this will be history.
And possibly they can restart their business plan, with new financing.
If not then likely a total loss for all.
Just wait for the Bride of Frankenstein. When they cut a partnership deal for some real revenue!
IT'S ALIVE!!!!!
Any thoughts here................likely they are drying out after the effects of Harvey.
Do you think that they had to postpone the Sept 1 meeting and vote on the new business combination?
Strange that no news was released about this meeting. O
