It's for you to decide..."unable to provide anything else or is not interest in providing anything else."
I've been here a long time and know a hell of a lot about VRUS.
You are not looking for a conversation...you're looking for an argument.

Amazing when someone asks for a link for some DD after ranting for weeks without a link!
VRUS is very different from a typical diluting OTC company. We know why and how this is happening and we're pretty darn sure it will end.
All in jest re: Nest...he's great! many wouldn't be here without him around!
Thanks Nest...you're the best...
or maybe 2nd best...
or maybe 3rd...
or 4th...
or 5th best...
whatever, mucho appreciate you!
I think that's German...it's not me. I've read through it and haven't quite grasp the purpose other than to amend and update the documents. Help!
Didn't forget...but keeping it real, I only mentioned 2 I had money in. I also had cash in NB$R at one time.
VRUS is so very different than the others.
Not going to happen for at least these two reasons.
1) VRUS has done NOTHING wrong to alert the SEC.
2) Those who have been around the OTC know it often takes YEARS for the SEC to even give a damn.
(Examples I've touched on...OW$P and lately BV$K)
Seems we've found a bottom. NOW LET'S GO VRUS!!!!
This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
Hey folks...the phone number is still working, with TC saying "if you'd like to leave a message for Tom Cellucci". Let's flood that sucker with our opnion of him.

Good post...I'm in agreement. Profits are the name of the game!
Well, there 'ya go....video was taken down.
Hopefully it's to repair the sound.
A reminder from last night's email from Mark Forney...
Wow, very interesting for sure.
Did you lose the sound at the end of the video?
Thanks...Go VRUS!
I don't think there's any doubt that the pandemic has effected the company's biz plan, but they remain 'light on their feet'. Some are not comfortable with change in life...so they feel the VRUS world is ending.
Hey, Apple did OK even though I couldn't order a new iPod. Change happens!
Whatever.
Check my record. I have been in good and bad OTC stocks, never have I been in one that communicates with shareholders the way VRUS does, being an open book. Believe what you wish...I really don't care.
As an 'investor' in VRUS, a long time 'investor', I contacted Mark Forney right after the 8-K was released today. Below you'll see his response to my questions and statements. I have copied and pasted his return email, not leaving one word out.

Robert,
I actually have an update on the 8-K question that you asked. They will file an additional 8-K when the deal is fully completed, so there will be a second TAM 8-K in a matter of days.
I pass along the sentiment, so you can be sure that your words are shared. As for this recent note, you will notice it is smaller and has a year term, so it should be looked on as an interim note based on immediate needs, as part of the company's rapid growth profile. The goal is to never let these notes convert, so the last notes that were converted were a function of the audit issues. This is a tough time in the lending markets, so as rough as the terms are for these notes, Verus needs funds to keep moving forward on much bigger things. Eventually, they will exit this kind of funding, but it is the fastest route to their immediate goals.
The company has reopened its efforts to get commercial credit, but today's note was necessary for some pending activities. The company will be providing some additional updates in the near future that will explain the road map for the next quarter.
Mark
I've understood their financial biz plan to be...when they take a note out it's to 'do a deal' and that deal will pay for the note in advance of it defaulting or converting. I wonder if the virus has slowed that process down to the point that invoices/expenses are due now, but since they have not been able to sell the product in warehouse they need 'cash'. 'Wondering aloud' (as Jethro Tull sang many years ago.).
This note was needed for????
Basic expenses? Finalize TAM? BLF product that did not get sold due to virus? Whatever?
I'd like to know the background.
MC...I've bought at all levels to support. Most of my shares were purchased in the early RBIZ/VRUS days. But, I'm holding a wad of cash back for the 'just in case' moment...and if we happen to get there I will load, load, load because of all the things VRUS may be, or may not be in the eyes of some, I think it's very much over sold and under priced! Rocky now, but good days ahead. IMO
Yes, but only .0002 back off. He could still read-end us at any time! LOL
VRUS IS A SCREAMER WITH UPWARD TRENDING REVENUE THAT IS VERIFIED...AUDITED 10-K!
Not just my opinion, it's factual.
Nice trend. Good job scoping that bit of DD Nest.
Can't say I like where we are today, but I still like the future.
Hey Dok...I'm getting ready to reorder my chocolate caramel baseballs. We keep them in the fridge and they are great! I have no doubt that as stores get open, even if baseballs season has not started, BLF will be a huge hit and cash will flow. The virus screwed up this biz...but it will be strong!
Got your reply from earlier....totally understand the the 'current play' here...as before, it will change again in our favor. VRUS!
Four - EXACTLY! All the FUD in the world can't cover up the fact that the BS, nit-picking of terms and projected growth, has contributed to the pps being down. Out of all the crap stocks on the OTC, and there are plenty to pick on, why this has become a target is beyond me.
This is a great example of exactly what Anshu said. I think everyone has an opinion and when or how to share is always an issue.
Anshu spoke of this in the CC...
Thanks for putting that out....that's how I remembered it, so I'm waiting to see the financing details.
Oh yea Dusty...I fully understand. With all the crappy OTC tickers to play with...VRUS????? Not perfect, but gosh VRUS is soooo much better than 99.9%.
I'm still 'long and strong' on VRUS.

Everyone is a long-term investor until times get rough. Conviction isn’t proven on the mountaintop, it’s proven in the valley.
Great point of the $820k already received. 'This' is the kind of updates that are needed and required to keep investors in the know. I wouldn't want to take time from management's job of making deals, but it's also extremely important to keep their partners/shareholders in the know along the way. IMO, they had not done as good of a job with that as they could have, but I think the message is getting through to them now that it's needed. Hey...we all learn along the way! I expect next week to be much, much better!
Coach, it's clear to me that you prefer to talk about the one wilted petal in a field of colorful tulips...of course, it's your prerogative to do so. I personally am aware of the management mistakes, take them into consideration, but choose to not beat them to death in an open forum. It just doesn't seem like the intelligent thing to do...'if I'm holding a lot of shares'. (I question that you are.)
As for your comment, "Maybe I will check back into this rabbit hole in another 3 months or so"...
you'd probably feel much better if you waited six months or so. Just trying to help!
Your last line has no merit. I read it and moved on to returning my comment.
So what! I spent $750k building a house that I had no use of for over a year! Dead money, no it was building something very important. Things take time. While I appreciate your comments, I think you need to look past the end of your nose.
Either someone believes in the company and management or they don't.
I don't 'choose to believe'...I DO BELIEVE!
PPS will bounce back next week.
That may sound good to you, but Anshu has the keys to whatever biz is being done in the Middle East...and 'that business was the business' in the first qtr. Remember? Revs for BLF weren't included.
Point: Don't throw the baby out with the bath water.
I think NEVER....how's that?!?!
For anyone new to VRUS. This a real company with growing revenue and product lines. Yes, there are growing pains, some mis-steps, and adjustments...but it's in no way your typical OTC 'I have a dream' company that is here today and gone tomorrow.
Somewhere in this price area, your choice, is a great entry as VRUS will not stay down here.
Welcome to VRUS!
"NOW" as in 'now', or tomorrow', or next week, or in a month, or in six months, or a year, or NEVER?
Yupper....NEVER!!!!
Just FUD!!!!
Well said TF, especially impressed with your spelling of "rigamarole"!!!!
Long and strong w/VRUS!!!!
