I realize this is from 2012, but I think it’s worth another look to see the direction this company is headed.
Go SPCL!

Anyone willing to share a level 2 update?
HITMe some SPCL!
Gotta love BB. He swoops in with all that bid. Just in time for power hour.
I picked up more shares yesterday - my collection is almost 10M strong - Go SPCL!
Awesome!
Think of the logistics of 1 investment group bringing two separate companies to the big board.... in that alone, I interpret SPCL is connected to HITM.
Can someone please PM this to me, I do not have that service.
LOL - the infamous “on or about”. That’s a classic line. Go SPCL
I wonder if “early 2018” means January for the Android Readr app?
I was thinking the same thing; someone’s out for the shake! Sink or swim; place your bets!
Thanks.
I think you have made excellent deductions. I agree with you..
Can someone remind me about why the 100:1 reverse split never took place?
I think PixelMags has a few acquisitions in play - they know what companies they want and already determined the required dilution.
“The Company believes that there are number of acquisition opportunities which are more closely aligned to its core business and which will result in less dilution than the terminated acquisition. The Company will evaluate and, when appropriate, pursue these opportunities.”
“...when appropriate”
I wonder if that means before the Origo HITM merger?
We have an outline:
Kleinman went on to outline the following additional actions which may be undertaken by the Company in response to the termination of the proposed acquisition:
Expansion of Current Operations : The Company will explore all options to expand its Pixel Mags business. Revamping its sales force and strategy is a key priority, as is exploring new markets and customers.
Acquisition Opportunities : The Company believes that there are number of acquisition opportunities which are more closely aligned to its core business and which will result in less dilution than the terminated acquisition. The Company will evaluate and, when appropriate, pursue these opportunities.
Regulatory Compliance : The Company will focus on its SEC filings and once again becoming a fully current and compliant filer with the SEC.
Please help me direct me to the source for how you analyze SPCL stock, I want to understand your methods. Is there a website?
[Think about the potential of a Pixel Mags sales model for retail sales on every item advertised in all magazines.
Giga potential here! Pixel Mags could be considered a store, such as Walmart or Amazon, making commission sales possibly without any physical handling of merchandise; all In my opinion - clearly, only my speculation.
“Imagine if Pixel Mags made a commission on every item purchased through all advertisements found in each and every magazine on the Readr app!!! “ - Avery
....maybe they are already doing it? How did Pixel Mags get revenues of $48M a few years ago?
Holding strong - Go SPCL
The old tale...just spoken using the words from a dear friend:
“Don’t stare a gift horse in the mouth.”
You get more bees with honey. If someone brings you a camel, don’t stare at his teeth. LOL
The text to Neil was worded as if 33 heard something negative about SPC from Neil.
12 more days till I can buy more shares. Going for an even 10M.
I must have missed something ...tweet? From who?
Readr 3.1 - Have you updated your app? Looking forward to the Android app early in the 1st quarter.
I still think this will be found to be true:
“Imagine if Pixel Mags made a commission on every item purchased through all advertisements found in each and every magazine on the Readr app!!! “ - Avery
I also think this may be the case - one big move to the boards.
LOL. Great find though. Going to sit watch this show unfold.
Why are we getting all of these after hours trades in the last 2 weeks?
We just went through 2 months of silence, I highly doubt the November 2nd news is all we’ll see this month. I think they put that news out as a teaser.
It is Thursday, releasing news today sounds good!
I think you were reading into something that wasn’t intended to be an insult directed at you. Please don’t take that statement in any derogatory fashion.
“Please point out where I said/claimed you had no right to your opinion? You have every right to your opinions as do I. “
Also, I don’t like the lack of transparency from the company, but this is a risk I’m willing to absorb.
“Perhaps being invested in a company that displays a total lack of respect for shareholders and views them with total contempt does not concern you, well it does me.”
There is no transparency because they don’t have to say anything. As Neil stated earlier In the year, “the company has a STOP, perhaps you missed those details.”
Now, I’ve only presented my thoughts and ideas to this board - those are mine, I’m entitled to them.
Yet, I agree with some members who pointed out - the best practice is to keep it real! This company could be worthless or they could have the potential to turn over dimes in the future. Only invest in what you could afford to lose. This investment has risk involved.
If I were ADP, I wouldn’t want to be associated with a scam or “Fly By Night” organization. The latest PR is more encouragement for me to buy. I’m willing to assume more risk for potential financial gains in the future.
Exactly. What I meant was guidance on the direction and future of the company. Perhaps a move into textbook publishing? Millions of students around the globe want access to textbooks. Imagine a Readr app for textbooks!
Think Bigger!
Imagine if Pixel Mags made a commission on every purchase made through all advertisements found in each and every magazine on the Readr app!!!
We need SPCL financials and some real news in order to replace speculation with solid facts.
Is that a Golden Cross I see on the horizon? Go SPCL
Just watching the show. Go SPCL
You are correct. I just found it interesting that after the merger with Here Publishing that a tweet was made about Gay Times magazine. I did not mean to imply that was part of the merger. It’s just odd tweet that Pixel Mags put out. All year long, the tweets from Pixel Mags are about business, then, after the merger, Pixel Mags is promoting something from Gay Times.
I don’t mind waiting.
I’m not going anywhere - I’ve bought my 9M tickets and I’m going to watch the show. The STOP sign let’s everyone know the company doesn’t have to say anything till their ready. Don’t like that idea? Then, don’t buy.
We would see hundreds of millions of shares traded everyday all year long if this were a scam. I think shares are locked up.
“An Android version of the Readr app is in production to be commercially available early 2018.”
I’m patiently waiting!
