Yeah. Not sure what the paperwork Frack needs entails or if they have it on their person/need to read it over with lawyers.
Good valuation, Chinese trading, low float, no foreseen R/S -- there are a lot of favors that could push this over the top.
Love Your Neighbor posted a list of over 30 mergers that blew up. I looked at about 10-12 of them and we had better float structure than all of them.
None of them had big deal companies either. Pretty run of the mill penny mergers.
If they can do it, I see no reason why we can't.
I spoke to Frack, and he said that he's waiting on the Chinese to "do something." He actually just got done chatting with them.
Apparently everything is done except whatever that thing is. They've been on holiday for two weeks so they have made zero progress during that time.
He apologized for repeatedly giving dates and the delays occurring.
All I know is that it will be the next step for us.
It'll probably be when Frack gets the last filing.
The deal is still on. Verified on multiple fronts by several people on the forum.
I have no idea. I've been sleuthing around, but nothing seems to stick out. If it's one of the Samwell subsidiaries we'll turn out a pretty nice number here by affiliation. They are referenced in the new description after all.
I'll be trying to call him over the next few days. I got ahold of him yesterday, but he was in a meeting.
A good question. All I know is that Frack has been a lot busier as of late and that he seems frustrated he doesn't have the filings and everything out to us.
Perhaps he's busy with the new office? He lives rather close to it. Who knows though. A topic for when we next chat.
I interned with an accounting firm in college, and they were constantly behind on several of their audits/filings. Things get muddled when you have to track several million dollars thoroughly. Not to mention bringing the legal team in.
We have no idea what assets Highin has in their coffers, so I can't even begin to guess their hold-up. This is fortunately far from the first deal Highin has dealt with, so I'm confident it's in good hands. Clearly it must be if they're shelling out the funds to go public and have a very developed office.
Market value is updated every business day.
I understand man. Our next target is the NV SoS. When you see it update, we'll be pressing forward.
The deal hasn't fallen through. I last heard from Frack two days ago.
You can Google his name for companies he's worked with in the past. All successfully completed mergers. PPS isn't reflective of Frack's competence as a CEO and is solely reflective on the abilities of the merging entity.
I've followed four companies Frack has finalized mergers on. None of which had any communication from him. Two had one PR from other officers to placate shareholders.
I talk to Frack every two weeks or so. I'm feeling extremely confident, and everything has been playing out how he said it would months ago.
You can always sell your shares to me.
Don't get shook ladies and gents. Daily fluctuations mean nothing here.
Fingers crossed for a Samwell sub like Tdgnts dug up about.
I'm under the impression the merger is with Highin and we're acquiring a company through them.
I'd appreciate that. You'll have to actually go in and check with the front desk where their office is. Whether it's under Ladybug Resource Group or Highin International Capital.
I saw it earlier today nearing 20,000%. Not bad at all.
There was. It was lbrg.com.
It was mentioned months ago the website will be redone and launched with the merger.
If 4m of the float opens up we will be touching solid $0.30's minimum.
I am. My bad for not clarifying.
Agreed. Unfortunately one of the downsides of a thin float is that it works both ways.
I'm baffled you have this opinion when we got our first updates in eight months two weeks ago just as they were promised to us.
Yes, the price is down. If I wanted to I could personally tear it back down to a penny. It means nothing.
Probably someone with weak hands or they found another trade they thought would be quicker. I'm staying right where I am. Frack mentioned in December we'd be seeing a series of updates starting with the OTC website. I'm sure more info will shortly follow.
If we went to $7.00 I would probably need a qualified ambulance and crew on the scene.
All paperwork has to be filed based off current share structure.
I'm not that surprised. We see a lot of volume (considering the float) every time we get a sliver of news. I'm also very confident over 50% of that float is on this forum alone.
It's like I said, Frack mentioned they board wanted to finish up Q4 like four months ago or more. No surprises to this delay in particular.
Nothing considerable. The phone call wall all of 40 seconds because he was busy.
What you have to understand about this wait is that back in like October Frack mentioned the Chinese officers really wanted to finalize the the annual too. Frack himself admitted that even though he wants to just post the filings he has up, they have a good argument.
It's no surprise they opted to finish the financial picture because they had the intention looming for a bit.
All quarterlies have deadlines. By technicality we're delinquent for a year's worth.
I spoke with Frack. We're just waiting on the fourth quarterly to finish up.
There will only ever be one PR pertaining to this deal and it'll be the official announcement. They're gung-ho about dropping everything in one large bundle.
I doubt our wait will be much longer seeing as they started updating the OTC website. I'd guess we'll be seeing the NV SOS updating soon enough. When we do we'll know filings are very near. I'd say the only reason they're holding off on the SOS filings is to avoid releasing the list of officers. It's probably a telltale spoiler of which company we're getting.
Anyone around the Chicago area? I'm curious if their office is "done." I'm guessing they've been working on it for a few months behind closed doors.
We only have one contact. A phone number for one of the subsidiaries.
On the company profile of the OTC Market website.
Yep, and right in the heart of Chicago too. Probably the new office I'm guessing.
With this point made, it would definitely be worthwhile to type his name in Google every now and then down the road to see what company he's working with. You may get to ride his coattails for a bit.
Just a thought.
