are any of these rumors tangible and exist outside this ihub forum?
no evidence presented to support "total BS". Case closed!!!!!!!!!!!
Do any other investors have input or knowledge here? Wouldn't dissolving the oxy beads (to extract the oxy) also dissolve the naltrexone beads?
are you saying those solvents wouldn't affect he naltrexone beads, only the oxy beads? And are we to infer those same three solvents work the same on Sequest beads as the Troxyca/Embeda tablets?
Fortunately, Elite is now based on a diversified portfolio of drugs. No more being dependent on one technology. Elite is also based on multiple partnerships. Isn't it great.
And, the answer is NO to your question. Sequest is not dead. The technology is outstanding, and as I said, not easily defeated.
yeah, look at that massive volume. We might hit a whopping 200K today, less than 20% of yesterday's volume.
yeah, rebuttal. It's been well stated here and other forums that Sequest can be defeated. It cannot, however, be easily defeated by your average junkie or average home lab. And it's far better than all those "safe" opioids out there right now.
I don't think there is disagreement there. Think he was just saying Elite also is responsible.
nobody who waited 5, 6, 7 years is getting out at .30. Plus, most of us who got in around .30, averaged down well below that.
that's a great comparison.
yeah, I agree that blaming Sequest for heroin deaths is complete and unmitigated BS
But I thought that was already well covered. Shall I say it a 3rd time?
laughable nonsense. The vast majority of those junkies won't be able to get those "harder" "alternatives". Furthermore, the implied causality is absurd. So if someone dies from Heroin bc they didn't take Sequest, that means Sequest killed the person?? el o el
I don't think that is correct. 200 a day seems mighty low for "the leading cause of death".
One, you present two vastly different circumstances. The post op pain killers seem to be the one pertinent one to this conversation. What do I say? I say give me opioids. I'm not the one pretending we need to stop the crisis. I didn't say let's stop the crisis. I said let's be honest and real about the crisis. Let's not pretend like we are trying to stop the crisis when we aren't. I can handle opioids. I'm not mentally weak or susceptible to drug addiction.
I'm sure there will be the predictable response that some people are susceptible but yet we still need the pain killers. Then you are saying the crisis is a necessary evil and thus we can't end the crisis. That's fine. Let's be honest about it. There is not one thing coming from the FDA that's a legitimate attempt to stop the crisis. It's all just for show. Either say opioids are a must and we have to live with the consequences or remove the ones deemed unsafe.
That's quite a statement. of that 400, there's an accounting/finance department; there's an HR department; there's production; there's shipping and receiving; there are secretaries and receptionists; there's upper management. There's probably a technology department. There's probably some security; there's maintenance. There's also the team of scientists, which probably is broken down into various departments: development, quality control, etc. Who am I forgetting? So much for 394 slackers.
there is no importance. The FDA is a joke. They could end this opioid crisis tomorrow if they wished. It's all lip service to lessen the pressure. You know that, I know that, and many others know that. Sadly, though, most people don't. It's all just a stage. The FDA is directing and the pharmas are all forced to be the actors dancing around all the while Big Pharma is behind the curtain funneling payments to the director. The FDA's goal is not to end this crisis. Their goal is to kick the can down the road while enriching themselves.
If Oxycontin were a breadcrumb drug instead of a billion dollar drug, it would have been outlawed years ago.
Who is they and who is the king. Was the king wrong? Is the king now beating his chest when just a few hours ago he was feeling weary and forlorn? Protocols and kings and a games? That's a lot to take in.
Wouldn't it make more sense to say "best come with your A effort"? game doesn't really make any sense. The game is what is played. It is really not a reference or metaphor for quality of anything.
yep spoke too soon. We fell upwards. Guess that could still be on our faces. Guess have to buy those millions of shares tomorrow.
thought we weren't supposed to care about daily fluctuations
Why wait? One short is going to push this over .105 any second? lolololol
next
Get ready guys. 2 million more share volume coming this afternoon. Boooooooom.
Bless your heart. I didn't mean to be so subtle. I don't really think the FDA is going to ban H2O.
January 12, 2007: Jennifer Strange died after drinking what is believed to be 2 gallons (7.5 liters) of water in an attempt to win a Nintendo Wii. The KDND radio station's morning show, the Morning Rave, held an on-air contest entitled "Hold Your Wee for a Wii," in which contestants were asked to drink as much water as they could without urinating. KDND was subsequently ordered to pay US$16,577,118 in damages to Jennifer's family
over 150 people a year in the US die of accidental acetaminophen overdoses and about the same number use the drug to commit suicide.
Yes, bc there is no way Elite or Nasrat can be responsible for achieving anything. All the blame on Nasrat and all the credit must be someone else.
what Nasrat actually said:
don't we need to get SequestOx approved before the contract expires so that we can get the money they will owe us upon approval.
The 3 basket strategy is still in effect. Feel free to review the baskets.
no evidence presented. case closed
yet all those people have died from Oxycontin. Guess this theory is bs.
tell us again about how Glenmark is going to sue Glenmark.

We are a year away from being able to market SequestOx.
We are years away from marketing Eli-201. This shouldn't even be on anybody's mind. Nasrat had no thought of this being relevant for years when they applied to market it.
We are just weeks away from having Adderall and 1.6 billion SunGen #2 on the market. They're what's likely to propel us to dollarland and fund Sequest development.
Wrong. That is not what Nasrat said. Nasrat did not say we/they aren't launching the highly anticipated generics. He said we/he is being very careful in choosing who to partner with re: these generics. Huge difference.
No. It's not to avoid a reverse split. A reverse split is inevitable. A buyout is neither likely nor inevitable. Nasrat will have to convert his shares before a reverse split presumably. Even if the sp rose high enough organically to uplist, it will still be in the company's best interest to reverse split at some point. The absolute undeniable truth is that Nasrat wants to uplist. That's the real subject that should be discussed as opposed to a buyout, which clearly is a fantasy.
