"NOBODY IS SELLING.....UMMMM GET IT?"
But isn't that where they're supposed to produce a bid and then "we will be over .001 within hours."
We have a bid and we're not at .001 yet...I guess I marked the post for nothing. Darn.
"Now you have a BILLION shares? WOWEEEEEE"
Wowee is right. He didn't say that- not even close.
Work on your numbers.
Best news since Febraury. lol 188
They didn't have to order any- they had their moles in China outside the factory remember?
Looks like you got filled at the bid price then correct?
Cool. If the company has told you it's new product then simply say so.
If not then it's silly to imply that they did.
Not sure what's to clarify. One of the secrets to making the most of your trades in pennies and micros is buying at the bid and selling at the ask. For some reason people think this doesn't happen but I believe that any successful penny trader does his best to trade this way and with patience can achieved such trades.
It's not always a given that you'll be filled this way but it's far from definate that a trade is a buy simply because it's at the current ask- and vice versa with trades at the bid.
Have a good one.
"Someone" has been BUYING shares at .0001 "
Are you assuming they are buys simply because they're at the ask? A trade at the ask doesn't necessarily means a buy just as a trade at the bid doesn't mean a sell. We're talking about unsolicited stuff here.
"Where is the benefit (to the owners) of that. "
But the owners do unload, that's why companies end up being terribly diluted. That's also why companies fail to report and when they do, they show increases in the number of shares out.
In PYCT's case, after the shares are reduced here to 17B or so, they ended back at 19B. How do you think that occured? Of course that number could still be 19 and there may have been no further dilution since then. Only filings will tell.
With the lack of filings holding up the divy process (and the supposed NS covering) you'd think the company would be clamoring to release them.
"if the co isn't giving out shares"...
We're talkig about a scenario in which a company is paying with shares.
PYCT may or may not be- with no filings we'll never know.
"And if the company is giving out shares (which they are not), how can it help them"
If the company is paying in shares then it helps them because they are getting services for nothing.
When a company can exchange services for something they can print at will instead of cash then that's a good deal for them. You seem to believe that these pinksheet companies are looking out for their shareholders and the PPS and not themselves. That's not the way it works.
No, common says says that since the image is a 12 pack and we know that CES sold 12 packs of the old product and the company is saying through their IR rep that the product shown is old product- that it's old product.
Like I said- if it's new product then you should be able to confirm that with IR.
Call IR- remember that line? lol
" let's say their average cost is .0015 where they starting shorting. Personally I would only consider covering if this hit .0018+ "
Hmmm... you do realize that shorts profit by buying at a lower price than they sold right?
If someone's average short is .0015 they would make a ton by covering at .0001 or .0002. Why would anyone let this set at the bottom for years then wait for it to rise above their entry price to cover at a loss?
"I've never seen a package of 12 before"
Envirostar ordered 12 packs from CES years ago. Envirostar is a South Africa distributor and Fresh Earth is in South Africa so why wouldn't they offer 12 packs? Just because you haven't seen them gives no reason to claim they didn't exist when history proves that they have.
Nice of you to post. Thanks.
Please try and keep up with everyone else, Tom was asked about that site.

Good questions regarding the product. Obviously that company doesn't care to be taken seriously if they have an IR guy spreading false information.
Perhaps it's time to bring in Ray Larson again...
"DUH these are new products. "
Then it should be easy for you to confirm that with Tom and to get him to refute what someone else posted which is attributed directly to him.
Interesting. Seemingly constant orders of old product?
I would assume he was referring to the Flushaway site. Not sure anyone has confirmed anything regarding the Freshearth pics with Tom.
At least now some are willing to admit that Pillay was full of it and that it was really just a shell.
The ad campaign, the banking contacts, the launches... nothing but smoke and mirrors misdirecting attention from an empty shell.
Hard to believe a company with a bit of potential like Flushaway would get involved with such a thing.
"I think it is the same thing as a QUITE period."
Wow- if you're talking about a quiet period then you're way off. A quiet period refers to the time leading up to a company going public where the company is barred from promoting itself.
Why would you think there's a similarity?
I believe it's referring to the dark pool- institutional order volume which isn't available to the public. It tends to feed the conspiracy theorists... nothing keeps a great company down like non-transparency.
Dark pools are indeed dark, and no doubt they'll now be attached to Paychest in a feverish manner.
Here's an example that doesn't even involve Fotothing or any photo hosting site, but the current Flushaway site.
Look at the current Flushaway site. The pink header says "Paychest". The image tag is "home_logobar.gif.
http://flushaway.com/images/home_logobar.gif
Now look at an archived version from October 2007. It is also tagged as "home_logobar.gif".
http://waybackmachine.org/web/20070220212818im_/http://www.flushaway.com:80/images/home_logobar.gif
The old version that says "Flushaway" did not change when they put up a new one that says "Paychest" although they have the same image tag. The tag shows as the same in browser tabs.
Just right click an image and look for the words "copy image URL" or "open image in new tab" If you copy the image URL, simply paste it in your browser URL line and it will take you to that image and you can see where the image is stored.
If you open the image in a browser tab, just look at the URL address in the brower line and again you'll see where the image is stored.
It's not that the image isn't tagged, it's just not linked to the Flushaway site anymore therefore won't be subject to changes given that it's saved as a new file on the photo hosting site.
I still plan to update to appease the masses. Will get to it sooner rather than later I hope.
Yep, the issue is the image URL. As I showed they are not the same therefore even if the Flushaway site changed, the Fotothing URL will not be touched. The photo in the Fotothing account is a separate file.
Yes, if the Flushaway site images remained tagged the same they would change but a separate file in a photo hosting site like Fotothing would not.
Not arguing here... just discussing. Thanks for the input.
Well put. No issues with positivity but trying to make something out of nothing is silly.
Let the company do their thing and talk about news when it's released- not try and make it up for them.
I'm not saying it's impossible at all. In any event as I've shown, the photos that were posted in the Ibox weren't linked to the Flushaway site, but were saved in a Fotobox account. I wouldn't be surprised to see them disappear now though.
No it's not, they have nothing to do with one another. The photos in the old IBox are from someone's Fotothing account while the Flushaway photos are on their own server (or however that's done). And yes, I should have read your post a bit more closely, my bad.
Whatever the case, when you save an image in a Photobucket or Fotothing account, and the images get their own tag, then those images are not linked to the Flushaway site.

As my post clearly states- I reposted the photos in the Ibox.
It was reposted to prove the point.
And update what? Those are the same photos that appear on the Flushaway page today.
LOL - I just pulled up the old Ibox as you were typing that. I'm sure that it will be denied but that's the exact IBox that appeared on 8/8/2008.
Of course that's not to say that there aren't good things happening, but maybe it will teach some that trying to mislead others when the truth is contradicting their claims isn't exactly a smart thing.
Sorry, DCJR- you're wrong. I have pulled up and posted the old IBox that YOU created from 2008.
The photos that you posted in 2008 are the same ones that are currently on the website.
"Your wrong regarding the other images , perhaps when they did the images it showed up where you are looking"
I don't doubt that the "sample" box images may be new, but the archived images do not change with updates- that's why they're called archived pages. The Flushaway/com site has had the same images for years.
If you use the internet archive and you'll see that the packages are identical dating back to 2005. The stuff regarding the Singapore site is interesting though and indicative that things might get interesting.
Perhaps the topics will stick to the company and products for a change.
Interesting to know. The next PR might actually be worth something.
That isn't new packaging. Those same photos have been on the site since 2005.
"Why wait for others to post proof?"
There's nothing wrong with someone expecting another to back up claims that the product is currently being sold is there?
Good ole' Roddy hasn't responded to me yet, perhaps someone else will luck out before me.
Yes, the update was from 2010. She originally used the product over 2 years ago meaning that it as an old product that she used.
Keep in mind she had a light flow though. lol
