Wonder if, as we get closer to pinks, MM's will try to cover on greys?
I'm not entirely sure that allowing this to trade right now is not part of the plan (per advisors). I can't really figure it out yet.
He menioned a trade to someone the other day at 1.20 - I believe he also mentioned that GLEN was the MM that executed it. I don't show any record of it myself - but that's my guess as to what he wrote.
Agreed - he's referring to the 1.20 trade he mentioned in the past.
I think you know who it is. Ever notice what a tough time this guy has getting answers? Remember the cusip status? But I'm sure it's everyone else's fault right? It's all a good sign right? yawn....
Thanks - I suppose it's a bit unerving that he could not have forseen this earlier....looks like a bit of a jackass telling all of us that we should be busy encouraging our brokers to cooperate.
You're going to be the only eternal optomist here soon...have to hold down the fort alone.
Weird.
Yep, saw that it is no longer recogzing it on ST. You getting pissed yet?
What exactly are they saying with "not to accept opening transaction"? That you can't buy, sell or either?
I suppose he could, but that wasn't really the question I answered....If he was though, you'd think that we'd have access to some of the volume numbers that would generate. No?
Why not - shares are shares. But it's soooo illiquid that it's a difficult way to meet any sort of target price.
I have contacted them and made all appropriate requests. But I'd really hoped Don had put together a plan B, if you will, that doesn't involve all of us hoping/asking that the brokerages do the right thing.
I knew it would make things more difficult, I didn't know it was going to be MY PROBLEM to get the damn stock trading again.
BTW - looks like SSSU has a new symbol and ticker and will begin trading immediately? I suppose the share exchange is what is complicating this here?
His email was ridiculous. He knows there are more shares than certs so what is "encouraging our broker to send them in" going to do?
I'm wondering where the chute is? That email from Don was ridiculous - we can all ask our brokerages for the exchange but that doesn't mean it'll happen?
Starting to wonder what I got myself into here....
ST is showing 1.00x1.00
Thanks. I just don't think confirmation was common knowledge and that's why folks got worked up.
Absolutely true - just going by the "latest". I'm not worried, but I'd like to see what's going on here?
Well, folks have reported trades at .15 and .05 so far so I wouldn't get too worked up yet.
Thanks
Waiting to hear where you got the volume and price from?
WTF? from where?
No MM's yet, but you can see that it identifies the symbol correctly as Harvard LC
BTW - ST users - you can get quotes on HVLN via streaming - it does recognize it.
What are you asking? I can see the correct quantity, however no ticker - just a cusip.
Waiting for a callback from Scottrade reorg dept.
Will it absolutely trade tomorrow? I was under the impression that just being on the list does not guarantee it? Thanks.
Question is, how long do they have to cover?
I do like the idea of all of us setting high GTC's. Everyone can than do what they want but I do think the MM's see the GTC's.
Anyone know if they'd start shorting all over again right away? Just curious.
So you're saying that it is confirmed that 11MM mpore shares than exist were asked for?
yeah, would suck to lose these gems...
Coincidence I'm sure.
It's not going to trade the same day it makes the list and it wasn't on yesterday's list, what is so difficult about this?
Yep, that's the one, thx - sanesh - see this message
Funny thing, if you asked me if I want to sell my townhouse I'd say no. If you offered me 20% more than I think it's worth I'd say yes. Suppose I'd be a liar....
FWIW though, I tend to agree with you. I don't consider that a serious risk.
what note?
