That sounds pretty damn good to me
I think I'll hold on a little longer here.
For anyone looking for the Form F-6 and related docs from 5/26/15

I'm going to try to email the depositary to see if I can get clarification on this. I have his name but need to find his email address.
It seems to me that they were simply adding to the float and the maximum fee of 0.05 euros per share, with a maximum aggregate fee of 25M euros for 5M units (or 500M ordinary shares), was the American Depositary's maximum cut as executor. It just a guess. Hopefully I can get answers from The Bank of New York Mellon. It's easier to believe this than other alternatives, IMO. Why would a bank who's stock is trading at $1.40 on the ADR (during May 26, 2015 timeframe) introduce additional shares at 0.05 euros? I don't understand the benefit. Maybe it's over my head, but I'm trying to look at it as simply as possible.
Is it part of the same float or a different offering. Forgive my ignorance. I'm trying to learn without learning to hard of a lesson.
That's my thought. Buy back lower
It's looking like a prelude to me selling, lol.
I don't like the looks of it.
I'll buy more at .0005 in preparation for 510K approval.
It looks like we'll have to wait until then for any more runs in pps, too. Should've taken profits at .0025.
BIEL's press release was less than exciting this morning. They essentially recognized that the FDA did indeed reclassify said products...still waiting. Hopefully approval comes through soon.
What of the supposed licensing agreement? It would be nice to hear something positive about that.
I believe they have to submit an amendment to show that their products meet the controls set forth in the reclassification.
What's that have to do with the PR? I don't care about their dilution. It's what helps keep them afloat until they can run on their own. I believe in their products. It's not the dilution that brought this down today.
What's your point?
I get that...if this were AAPL, but this is BIEL - a company who's life blood has consistently been investor money for the past 12 years. I was able to confirm the FDA reclassification at 3am. They had time. They owe quite a bit to those of us who have funded their little company for so long...maybe not by law but by ethics standards. I hope their holding out doesn't screw us on the bigger run. We should've seen $0.0030-$0.0035 today...IMO
Why couldn't they do a PR today? Ridiculous...seems like it would've been much better off being announced today rather than tomorrow - to keep the run going.
Lol! There ya go!
I agree
Have you checked the IR section of their website?
Well we're movin on up, to the east side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.
Movin on up to the east side.
We finally got a piece of the pie.
Fish don't fry in the kitchen;
Beans don't burn on the grill.
Took a whole lotta tryin' just to get up that hill.
Now we're up in the big leagues
Gettin' our turn at bat.
As long as we live, it's you and me baby
There ain't nothin wrong with that.

I'm not sure how many of you took the time to read the entire reclassification that was issued by the FDA. I read it at 3 am from beginning to end just to make sure there weren't any hang-ups. It appears good (to my untrained eyes), but BIEL will have to submit an amendment to show that it's products meet controls set forth by the FDA prior to getting approval. No big deal, but it'll take a little longer. I think it's better for investors. It'll give time for the dust to settle so we can pick up more shares before the next run. PARTY TIME!!!
Now, excuse me while I go look for my dream home. ;)
I'm pretty confident we'll see that approval before long. Huge gains coming. Buy and Hold. I'm not taking profits until I'm very wealthy.
BOOM! THERE IT IS!
Enjoy the ride in the morning. I know I will - long time coming.
See the pps back in 2004? That's when I first got into BIEL. I want some of that price action again!

Dang! I'll be a millionaire! LOL!!!!
My thoughts as well.
Thanks for the chart analysis, ClayTrader.
Ha! Fat chance! Lol
After all of these years...I'm walking away only after I'm fat and happy. I almost added during last week's dip. Oh well, 1.5M shares will pay nicely in the end. I don't have time to add more now...will take too long for money to settle before I can purchase. I'm riding the wave!
More of the same. Now that we've had our good day, and pending tomorrow's news, I expect other's attention to be directed to BIEL. We should see new money over the next two days. There will be a lot of chasing going on, IMO. Maybe another $0.0010-$0.0015 gain tomorrow...similar over the rest of the week.
It used to trade a lot higher than that!
Closed at $0.002. Primed for tomorrow's open.
Over 700M in volume today...not too shabby. More tomorrow.
Coming into power hour strong!
I'm almost certain of it
I'm happy. Who's happy? Keep running, baby!
Thanks Seven. My work day is getting busy. I'll check into it later this afternoon.
Great. Thanks
Thanks
What's i-box? I'll try to dig it up on the U.S. Patent office's website.
Question: BIEL has Ben trying to get their products recognized as an OTC treatment for many years. How long do they have left on their patent protection? Time must be running short by now.
Yes. I consider myself a value investor and contrarian. This little pinky is unique, though. We'll see how it plays out in the morning.
Bingo
