The day after I left a message at the SEC’s General Councils office they called me back. I appears that they do care after all about MM’s manipulation.

Who says MM signals aren’t real? I filed a complaint with the SEC and have been in contact with the general councils office. MM acting in concert to manipulate stock prices is illegal. No more business as usual in the OTC and the SEC is taking all complaints seriously, from pump and dumps to the stock manipulation that goes on.

I filed a report with the SEC and am in contact with the General Councils office in DC. Certain individuals, I believe have been coordinating attacks along with MM’s working in concert to bring stock price down. I would suggest Companies who suspect unlawful attacks to do the same. That being said, this stock will recover and be Nasdaq bound in the future.

Good for you, and I’ve made money too and watched good companies get absolutely destroyed. I just spoke to FINRA in MD. Hence my journey begins. I know a lot of you admire crooks but I never have. See you all later!

SEC really needs to start investigating MM tactics.

Last month I spoke with customer retention and was told at that time quite frankly that they didn’t have a mechanism in place to switch companies that were pink limited to pink current online and they had to be called in. Somebody needs to be fired there for implementing something like that and failing to have an easy switch back on if you will. Really dumb.

CS is the worst. Client retention told me they were still trying to figure out how to basically turn the switch back on to allow buying online for stocks that were pink limited and are now pink current. This has been going on for almost months now. Somebody messed up and needs to look for a new job IMO. I had opened an account there when they told me in Aug they weren’t going to do all of the things they have done. Glad I retained my other account at ETrade.

Didn’t you hear, there’s a new sheriff in town and it’s not business as usual in the OTC, and that, is a very good thing for real companies going public. Bashing Franks plays and coordinating raids in no way takes away from the real value of these shells and the companies merging into them.
