Last month I spoke with customer retention and was told at that time quite frankly that they didn’t have a mechanism in place to switch companies that were pink limited to pink current online and they had to be called in. Somebody needs to be fired there for implementing something like that and failing to have an easy switch back on if you will. Really dumb.
