I think RSHN will be a wild card and have some surprises up its sleeve.
It doesn't really matter at this price what RSHN does as long as they do something. Any business of any kind will increase the price per share. They could sell popcorn and the price would go up.. but I think maybe CBD infused products :) (Speculation)
lol
CWIR :)
Yes but you have to also add this to it.
Our goal is to secure placement and start branding our trademarked names and our new products and services in to the marketplace. Growing the companies with the changes and taking into account the ever expanding market that is emerging from this will be demonstrated by a methodical and transparent system of well-executed business acquisitions.
Real products, real quality, sound leaders and returns will bring in investors, not day traders and luck traders, who will sell out on every spike and flutter the prices of our securities.
Our intention is simple, real business, real products, real branding and expansion. We are enthusiastic about the product and service lines we are committing to and will put the proof in our action, not borages of inflating press releases! Stay tuned.
Branding in this virgin market place is our conclusion and the key to longevity and eventual market share domination.
He who controls the brands controls everything.
He who controls the internet controls the future.
It appears CWIR FuzznBuzz is trying to do both.
Well they did need a little help getting started. Their idea of investing was loading up on something when it was on sale at the super market. :)
I appreciate the hard work you have done and everyone else on
this board. :) This has been an incredible team effort. Even the smallest find can add to the big picture here. It's my belief that CWIR FuzznBuzz Brands is a holding company, a brand holding company at the minimum. (Speculation)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holding_company
A holding company is a company or firm that owns other companies' outstanding stock. The term usually refers to a company that does not produce goods or services itself; rather, its purpose is to own shares of other companies. Holding companies allow the reduction of risk for the owners and can allow the ownership and control of a number of different companies. In the United States, 80% or more of stock, in voting and value, must be owned before tax consolidation benefits such as tax-free dividends can be claimed.[1]
Sometimes a company intended to be a pure holding company identifies itself as such by adding "Holdings" or "(Holdings)" to its name.
Mine too! :)
Thank You Soldiers
lol
IMO, read Grande/Hudson profiles on Linkedln. These guys are Shatner/Spader on "Boston Legal", sitting on their balcony, drinking cognac, smoking cigars and planning their future. Lol
Agree, loved the video.
God Bless you too :)
Thank You Soldiers
I already answered that question. It's all in the ENTI PR :)
OH. He looks like gamoods twin. lol He's using the same avatar pic.

Gamood?
I like their style... :)

You're welcome. I was going to add it but was having trouble with it. I'm gonna have to put some time into learning how to navigate the ibox, looks like they changed it recently.. it looked much easier to work with when I checked it out a couple weeks ago when I became mod, maybe it's my browser. Glad you got it up there!

The deal included shares of LVVV and 50 thousand dollars to Bob Corr. 50 thousand dollars is enough to cover 40 thousand dollars in fees isn't it? Don't know but it looks like they have the ability to. The 50 thousand dollars always looked like an odd part of the deal anyways, makes sense now. Thank you:)
Wild speculation on your part regarding RSHN doesn't really match the public statements made by Tony. LVVV already owns controlling interest in RSHN through the super majority preferred shares they acquired. All in the PRs.
The Corr family are considered common shareholders now. They don't control APRU anymore, they sold the company to LVVV. They own the Apple Rush and Ginseng Rush trademarks but have made an agreement for long term licensing to LVVV for all of those rights.
For anyone that thinks that my posts from today are far fetched and has no basis read the description in the "About APRU and the "About LVVV" in the following link, it's all towards the bottom of the PR.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=872118147
LVVV shareholders own 77% of APRU. Which means they will own 77% of all trademarks and licensing placed under APRU.
There has to be a public float or the share price in APRU can't rise, so the 23% that's owned by the public serves a purpose. This is tremendously good news for LVVV shareholders.
If LVVV acquires licensing for ADIA trademarks it's my full belief that they will probably put them under APRU. You don't create a brand holding company and not put your brands in it.
No, I said "some or all".
It's already been stated in official documents and PRs that LVVV acquired Canna Rush and Canna Bliss trademarks and placed them under APRU. They also acquired long term licensing rights for Apple Rush brands and Ginseng Rush brands which they also place under APRU. See a pattern?
It's all in the PRs :) The only thing missing is a clear understanding of RSHN.
If APRU is a holding company and wont be selling anything then one can logically conclude that RSHN will sell Apple Rush, Ginseng Rush, and whatever new beverage brands that do not contain CBD.
If RSHN creates a subsidiary it's possible that they could sell CBD beverages.
The Corrs have a new trademark called Green Rush. So look for Rushnet to create a subsidiary very soon. (Logical conclusion)
A holding company doesn't generally sell anything. They acquire things and they keep and "hold things". That's why they're called holding companies.
That's Hempwire. The CBD oil comes from MJNA through one their subsidiary. So imo all of the CBD will be under Hempwire. Possibly under RSHN in the future. In other words everyone was wrong about what their intention for APRU was, including me.
No. You need to read it again. Subsidiary of LVVV not Corr family.
. (OTCPINK: APRU) is pleased
to inform shareholders that it has come to terms with LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. (OTCQB:
LVVV) LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc and the family of Robert Corr, controlling shareholders of
APRU, to become a majority owned subsidiary
Brand holding company.
I'm not suggesting that all of the companies in there entirety will be under APRU.
LVVV has set APRU up as a brand holding company. Why would you set up a brand holding company and not put your brands under it???

If APRU is a BRAND HOLDING COMPANY, will RSHN ADIA Hempwire and
Livewire Energy brands be under APRU ?
IMO Yes to some or yes to all.
A brilliant pyramid conglomerate plan.

Agree!
Good luck with your venture! :)
If APRU does RS it wont include dilution so you will own the same piece of the company that you did pre RS. The total number is probably close to 20 or 21 billion in APRU now but all of the new shares were created with restrictions so they wont be in the float. Basically just a way to have controlling interest in the company for LVVV. The numbers are not in yet on RSHN but LVVV did acquire the super majority preferred shares and I assume they will convert those to common shares like they did in APRU giving them controlling interest in RSHN The new shares will more than likely also be restricted so also not affecting a change in the float in RSHN.
Don't let anyone scare you into selling. BIG things coming in my opinion for all tickers involved. Use your own judgment and your gut feeling on this and don't let anyone else change your mind, not even me. If you decide to sell make it your own decision based on stuff that you have read in the filings and PRs.
You're basically paying your debt with shares and since we our shareholders it is our debt. It's acceptable dilution because the debt goes away.
At this point if there is any further dilution it will be debt conversion and those shares will be restricted for a time as well. Debt conversion is not necessarily bad dilution.
All in my opinion.
