Lol ok so then what was the point in you even messaging me...? LTNC makes more in revenues than IEN@...you have been following this board for a year and you didn't know that...? Comical lol and actually I've never seen you on any board not have I ever posted on any board you follow...you posted to me lmao I don't follow the stocks you follow, I don't know anything about the stock you mentioned.
Buddy! You may want to do your DD before you try to go on another stock board to argue for another stock that's off topic here lol actually LTNC made a gross profit of $5,053,758 in 2015. How are you going to speculate on whether LTNC is the most profitable sub stock when you can't even do your homework first...? Again, you misread what I initially posted, I never said other OTC stocks aren't profitable, I said LTNC generates more revenues out of all OTC subs.
I never said there aren't any making money, I said LTNC generates the most revenues out of all subs on the OTC
LTNC has the highest revenues of any sub penny stock on the OTC...he also said that if the company were to CURRENTLY trade at .005, that would be reasonable. Even the CEO sees the company as being currently severely undervalued considering company assets, revenues and all other moving unseen factors on the balance sheet. LTNC is now at a laughable discount price, for no other reason other than the current market doesn't recognize value when they see it. Kind of makes you question whether investors are here hoping to be over night millionaires on a lucky lotto pick that some how gets bought out by a Fortune 500 company or if there's investors here who can spot intrinsic value. There's a reason he's liquidating company assets, it's to rapidly knock out liabilities and accelerate a buy back...this creates value! Moving forward, they will be in a stronger position to negotiate more deals and branch out. LTNC
You just proved my point in your own statement...lmao. LTNC
It's ridiculous that the SS is being nit picked and past mistakes are being brought up on the eve of news. I have been watching LTNC for some time now before hopping in yesterday. Ryan is the real deal, period. It's rare and pretty much unheard of when a CEO decides to cancel shares and buy back shares with his own capital, when most just execute a reverse split. There's a reason why he's investing his own capital into his own business...no CEO does that with intentions of screwing over share holders...he screws himself if he doesn't deliver or chooses to deviate from his recent stated plans for the company. You better count on the fact that he wouldn't use his own capital to reinvest back into the company if something huge wasn't on the horizon. When he executes his objectives in regards to the company, LTNC will change the whole playing field of its sector. LTNC
Well in that case I'll continue to donate away, one of the few places you can actually "donate" and make a profit lmfao! Glty!
Exactly lol I'm not worried about my investment one bit, actually plan to buy more soon. GDAR
Facts...? That GDAR is currently at no bid...? Oh wow lol tell us something we don't know. That's the only fact you've been right about, something we all can clearly see, yet you have yet to present any facts on your other claims. Mostly opinion based and speculation at best. The only reason we are at no bid is due to news and fins not being released yet, it doesn't take a rocket scientists to figure out that buying has temporarily dried up due to the delay on news. This is normal, nothing out of the ordinary that isn't to be expected from a company dotting it's i's and crossing it's t's before releasing news on material events and accurate fins. GDAR
Look at that 434 mil bid. SANP is gonna run hard once news pops. SANP
When news hits, this is gonna run HARD. Patience is key here. The silence is only momentary but when it's broken, the many who sold out of patience will chase. Easy 10 bagger and beyond from here, great things coming down the pipe and very soon. GDAR
Those bag holders wouldn't continue to accumulate after buying over 100 million shares each if this weren't going anywhere. The same experienced vets that banked on other previous runners are the same ones here accumulating but the signs are here as with any other runner. The same was said about TPA@ around June/July before it lifted up from .0004 to a 52 week high of .007 just a few months ago. A reverse split wouldn't make sense right after the recent acquisitions and considering filings aren't even in yet...when filings and updates come, this will run. The CEO has said on several occasions that there will be no reverse split. It won't benefit him, the company or the share holders.
I love how this play is still flying under the radar and is severely undervalued...proof that there's still big interest here is that the only ones still accumulating here are the experience vets who see the signs of a business with the proper fundamentals. By the time the whales get a whiff of this, it will be too late...soon, other traders will crying about not getting in at trips just as this is approaching multi pennies. The new updates and filings will be earth shattering. Keep in mind, trip plays only move on news...when news comes, patience wil pay off HUGE. GDAR
Great DD! I'm speechless...these acquisitions are a whole lot bigger than any of us can comprehend, no wonder Terry has been silent. Im sure there's a lot more going on behind the scenes than any of us understand. I rather Terry make sure everything is done properly with no loose ends than to release a pr or filing prematurely, just to run up the share price. What's more important here is that Terry focus on solidifying the fine lines of the acquisitions as well as new discussions. Patience here will pay off HUGE. GDAR
Actually that's not true and there actually are. There's more sources that I can post for you in regards to different market makers on the L2 and how to tell if there's dilution or not:
http://upperdivisioninvesting.com/level-2-tip-know-market-makers/
That's just not true. Notes automatically convert on the maturation date after the loan is given. Sometimes funds can be used to pay the debt before the maturation date if an agreement can be made, most cases the notes convert any ways...has nothing to do with whether the company has revenues to pay it back or not.
There's retail MMs and diluting MMs...that's why you can you tell if shares are being dumped or if it's retail selling
Help me understand something...LMAO! If the L2 shows you exactly where dilution is coming from, how can a toxic lender sucker anyone in...?? Toxic dumping only comes from specific MMs on the L2...so how are these toxic lenders able to work around that...?
Wow...you have got to be kidding LOL! The L2 tells you which MM is retail and which one is from toxic share dumping...you can't tell if there's dilution or not from solely watching the trades. That's basic beginner trading knowledge...
Are you serious...? Most of those shares were issued way before 2015 and are already in the OS lol you can't be serious...did you take the time to read the filing in its entirety? Gradually the OS grew from 2013 to the current date of this filing which was 30 SEPT 2015, also annotated in the graph which tracked the growing rate of the SS. It's very likely all of those shares have already hit the market, read the graph and compare it to the share count of the holders. This is basic information bud.
You still haven't answered my question I asked you a few days...if notes are converting and there is dilution, which MM on the L2 is it...? The L2 will show which MM it is if in fact there's dilution and toxic dumping...so which one is it, since you happen to have L2?
I sure hope so because in that case, you know this fkr is gonna blow! That would also say a lot about his confidence in the company and where he believes the share price should be properly valued at. GDAR
Wow guys...I'm sorry. I hope you didn't take out a second mortgage on your house. GLDG was my go to play at one time, I just knew it would pop from these levels. If you have 10 mil shares here, that drops your share count to 1000...
I'm glad I gtfo a few weeks ago...never would have seen this coming...
When you can name me a business that sky rocketed in a matter of days or a few months, please let me know lol these things take time and clearly if there's no news or filings, this won't move but that's not the scenario here. I rather the CEO take his time before updating anything prematurely. GDAR
On what basis would you believe GDAR will still be at this pps 6 months from now...? There has been no raise in the AS, there's been no dilution in the last 10 days or so, not to mention accumulation has been consistent...do you have insider information that the rest of us don't have access to? If you are going to save us poor defenseless share holders, please share your sources so we can warn everyone else before they lose their hats...
Experienced traders here continue to accumulate for a reason. The CEO will deliver when every rock is unturned and all t's are crossed and i's are dotted. GDAR is still severely undervalued and flys below the radar, yet experienced investors continue to accumulate based on the knowledge of knowing what they own. A trend reversal is upon GDAR, great things are coming down the pipe shortly, Terry knows what he's doing. GDAR
Can you please share a link?
Insiders...? So that would mean you have L2 to see the dilutive MMs right? So which MM is diluting shares?
An endless supply of impatient retail selling 1s.
Nice! In due time it will definitely pay off. Enjoy your time away. GDAR
Another day closer to news. There's a reason accumulation continues, patience will pay off big time here in the long run. Know what you own and always do your own DD before taking anyone's word on this board. Filings and updates on the way, CEO is taking his time to give us solid news. GDAR
It's great to see you here. I think we have a runner on hands. GDAR
Clearly GDAR hasn't moved because it's been silent since September piecing together the recent acquisitions. When a company moves on no news or fluff, then you should worry about it being a pump but it's not the case with GDAR.
Explain how this looks like a pump and dump when there's no pumping being done...? When did highlighting the companies developments and its potential become pumping...? Some of us believe in the company and the CEO...is that the same as pumping?Have you received any emails pumping the stock? There has been no onslaught of stock pumping emails from GDAR or any other stock pumping service. GDAR needs no pumping, the company will release news and updates when everything is solidified, it takes time to build a business and delays are normal when companies under go the sealing deals and partnerships. GDAR
That's normal for most traders that use Scott trade, GDAR isn't special lol you should post a link to support your scam claims, I'll wait right here.
With notes being done, it's only a matter of time my friends. I would love to see if we can eclipse and pass that previous 52 week high of .0235...now that would be awesome! I have a feeling that these developments will be worth the wait. GDAR
That's absolutely not true. I can give you several examples of pennies at these price levels that are actually real companies and not pumps. The fact that the companies that GDAR has acquired are actual real companies with real revenues proves that GDAR is neither a pump or a scam. Terry the CEO is clearly a real person with a real track record of turning around real companies...it's very true that a large majority of pinks are pumps and scams but there's an overwhelming amount of DD that proves that GDAR is not one of them. GDAR
A rs would only make sense if that would put the company in the $3 range to uplist but other than that a rs wouldn't make sense. From .0001 it wouldn't make sense to do a reverse split, I was in a stock with a bigger SS that ran to .12 before a reverse split to uplist. As far as a tweet pump lol he would need to tweet something substantial first, the tweets have been informative as far as answering investor questions that would not compromise material events before it can be filed. If it was a tweet pump as you said, there would be more details and fluff, which there aren't any. The company is clearly stuck at .0001 because over the past few months there have been no prs due to solidifying the two mergers, there should be no suprise the pps is stuck at .0001...there hasn't been any substantial news or filings released yet. The pps of any stock won't move with out a filing or concrete news, the pps won't move on air unless it's a pump and dump, which GDAR isn't. GDAR
That's a horrible argument. The CEO of GDAR clearly has a lot to offer the merging companies with his expertise in gaining more exposure for those companies which would bring in more clients. The merging companies would not have agreed to the deal if GDAR had nothing to offer them, being that their already profitable. The mergers were recently completed, details will come in the next filing and pr. These things don't happen over night. Being that there's no penny stock emails going out and no prs being released every week to gain more investors, GDAR by definition is not a pump. There's no need to pump GDAR, the products and services offered by the recently acquired companies will speak for themselves. As stated in the most recent pr, the balance sheet is being rapidly cleaned up and the acquisitions have made it possible to negotiate further deals with future partners and JVs. Terry is an experienced vet at turning companies around, he has a winning track record and will continue to bring value to the company slowly but surely. GDAR
I believe so as well my friend. I wouldn't mind seeing anything above .01 :)
