I have ONLY High hopes here and I dunno if bobby is Locked up on the APRU and the LVVV or just the newly traded for LVVV. The APRU is already common stock so he can legally sell at anytime i think as long as the Rule 144 or whatever is met

And bill DOES have the Benefit of the Doubt or I would not own much of either still.

Over 7 Billion Shares were issued just to make the LVVV deal. There are more than 12+ Billion shares outstanding as you well know having been involved daily in the process of the Buy over at LVVV. The Numbers in the Report are 3 months old and do NOT Reflect the true number which is right around 60% higher than what WAS outstanding.... The stock has NOT diluted from having those shares issued. Mostly from Marijuana and HEMP Speculation.

APRU Surged for a day on the news but as reality set in it came down.. However it never has went back to where it was before us by a few weeks when It made a buildup on the other failed attempted buyout and We saved it from falling right back to .0001 I believe we established the Bottom of THAT dilution at around .0008 to .0009 Including Having a good amount of Marijuana speculation built in. However mow there is still the Debt to deal with and according to the reports filed it can be converted at 50% discount to Market or Will pay a 100% premium to Convert to unrestricted stock. This Dilution is Bigger and More shares than even LVVV Holds if the entire 5 Million in Debt is Converted at NOT pennies on the dollar but shares at a 50% discount to market

Either way PR's and simple Math tells us how many shares are outstanding. This is Exactly what needs to be avoided here I would never want my Subscribers or friends i have met here like you take a hit because false information is out there all over and over and over.

Dilution is the only way 12 Billion Outstanding 50 Billion Available and the 5 Million has to come from Somewhere and its not going to be LVVV.

According to the Reports filed yesterday and the way the Debt is being handled is a 100% premium to Convert or 50% off the stocck price so 10,000,000 worth of new stock if they choose. Doubtful they are restricted in any way cause it didnt say it and its Payment for Debt overdue NOT a Investment they want to make. Thats if they can even get them to take stock. The Outstanding Shares are set to Almost Double Again if all the Debt is handled like the part that was outlined in the 10Q. Whether or not people Can Speculate past that with no drop interests me. And Sure we tied up Coors or Koors LVVV stock Restricted but i dont think his 3,000,000,000 shares of APRU can be restricted they are already Common Stock there is no going back they can be dumped at will... Once it is all hashed out and we have all the REAL numbers to work with it Should be a fun one. This Promoting numbers that are 1/3 of the real numbers needs to stop its dishonest and people KNOW the Outstanding Shares being posted is Severely wrong and Far outdated the have Increased shares by almost 200% since the 4.8 billion being touted.. I dont want to see APRU turned into a Pump and Dump over day trading BS and False Information when People KNOW what is Actually happening. New Investors need real True information NOT fluff or Outdated information that will only Hurt APRU and take LVVV down in the Process. This can be a really neat deal if if they can at least get to a starting point soon.

The Dilution is Mentioned in the 10Q's that were posted its in there Debts converted to shares at a 50% Discount to market OR a 100% Premium to convert debt.. I know as a Debtor I would likely Convert so Share # goes up = Dilution. No big deal as long as we know the numbers but were talking about A Lot of shares Once I know if its Going to be 12 Billion O/S or 20 Billion O/S that will help me Buy more Till then Real results at LVVV should also Provide a Bunch of Momentum here as well..

DEBT is Sorted with Dilution of the Stock by A LOT if its anything like what it says in the report. The APRU Filings may have shed SOME light on how some of the debt can be handled but its purely Dilution at 50% of market value or paying a 100% Premium to convert & Believe. There are 50 Billion shares we can issue I am hoping that 7 to 9 Billion more shares is NOT how that will be handled Giving them in fact more than LVVV has.. In fact they would be buying in at cheaper than LVVV. The deal is not clear and leaves A Lot of Questions. In fact I am not sure if I am reading it right it is a long circle of a read. I am sure in Time Bill or Tony will make some Awesome Long awaited Announcements that We all have A Lot riding on it!

It is hard to Believe in a Stock Being worth what it is Quoted at when at any point up to 35% or so more shares could or likely Will be issued to pay debt.. This is Not exactly "Pennies on the Dollar" but if its the end at least we would know where we are and could move forward with Clarity and 20 Billion O/S.

The more APRU Goes up the More our LVVV is worth but APRU has to establish its Bottom and will shake out a lot of the older investors that didnt sell out at .oo6 and that is Impossible to have a idea of bottom without having the debt dealt with in a sure way.

With about 3 million shares in APRU I too would like to see some action and with more Stock than that in LVVV it will really make LVVV a Pretty prime Holding Company of sorts.. ANY Stock can Climb from .0001 or .0005 right now to BIG MONEY with a name change and a picture of a CBD product. LVVV has something to else offer as well and LVVV/APRU should be pretty sweet this time next year..

KngnAZ Because IDGC never Bought any shares. This was brought up 2 weeks ago when this News Came out. It was figured out right away and I am Surprised to see it resurface. When i saw this on the 14th I called and confirmed etc. There was not anywhere near the volume on that day or any other to fill that order and it was not bought restricted That Transaction is a MOOT point and Simply a report to try and Gain Attention For IDGC by the board with either stock they own personally or in another shell. It was simply Transferred Not some new found belief or anything like that. NO ONE BELIEVED IN THE DEBT LADEN APRU MORE THAN LVVV For the Record.

Why is that have you heard News?? I cannot contact the company in any way Shape or Form I made quite a few Videos on this one I make them On ALL the Penny Stocks that I buy on My YouTube Channel And I bought this one as a Total Gamble but then I kept buying Millions of shares... Then it went up for no reason whatsoever... Interesting to say the least. In the end I am a Big fan and see a few key Announcements that could really make this one move again however they are not available no matter what i tried and the ones that i feature on My Channel and to My subscribers Most ALWAYS have had a call or 2 from me and even meeting them in person etc.

LOL Thats one way to look at it i guess However I didnt buy Pot stocks to sell them when a single state sets up a prelem system that is not even in full swing yet. Investing is a Bit more of a Long term deal the run when you make a buck. That sort of investing is Childish and Shows no Vision and No balls. what about all the other sates what about the Hemp revolution of new products there is such a untapped market here in Hemp and weed! If i would have believed the Sell when you make a little crap about AAPL at under $9 and Netflix around the same and MANY others heck the whole world thought dennys was going Broke when the hit .25 If i would have dumped it all at $1 i would hate myself just like Netflix everyone sold on the dive I bought more.. Its just a investing strategy and I would love to respect yours but truly a pig would be someone that ran around making a mess wherever they went speading stinky crap that may be yummy fun reads but really we need to stick to our Low Fat Chicken and Fish here and Be healthy investors. Not sideline Fat laden stuff thats a fun read but will kill us..

I have NEVER sold a single shere in about a Year and My buys are all verified and Public via video and My investing website. PHOT is One of the Strongest if not THE Strongest Pot Stock out there. Sure it will breath but I dont see where you feel longs are out or flipping there is no proof of that and would be a hard assumption to make i would think.

Now PLEASE dont take this wrong I hope you can explain to me what exactly makes you take your time talking badly and being here to talk about a stock you dont own? If you dont own it why not promote something you own instead of guessing about other stuff.. I guess im asking where is the payoff for you?? Good Deal? How to Pay? ill is on it and if it dont look good we walk! LVVV Has All the books and Financials of APRU and RSHN That is what is being done Now is people are Pouring over then and making deals with Debtholders. You guys can read my log and know that I am for this as long as it is a certain way and The Dilution and Debt ARE My main concerns. However after talking to bill and Tony for about a Hour last night I do believe that Thay have a Plan to deal with this debt and that it will be a Very nice deal. Dilution would also be MY Main worry I own well over 4 Million shares and My subscribers I believe own more than that now by far I believe we are close to 12 Million shares all told plus the Longs here on this board and 25,000,000 or so shares in Bills hand. There has been NO insider trading

I see what you guys are looking at and like I say My blog will also show My worry on this issue But like I say I really feel like it is Manageable. APRU is a Shell nothing else and there is NO DOUBT in our minds about this. However with out new place this will be a Super easy product addition and if they sell GREAT if Not og well cheap to make. I had Concerns in My post that you saw that I can Honestly say Have Already been Partially Answered and I have Since Spoken to Bill and the way it is happening like I say is NOT for me to know but I now at least know there is a Plan and all is in place i believe we should see this taken care of SOON and Shouldent be such the big deal!

I take my Postings Seriously and Although I dont use Punctuation right or spell it all right I Feel that With So many Subscribers on Youtube owning MILLIONS of shares I said HEY LOOK AT THIS!! Well I owe it to them to ask questions and to print the REAL questions they ask. I dont EVER want to Injure those Subscribers and On days like the last few I have got many questions but most are just the same ones over and over. Mainly DEBT.

I REALLY Hope no one takes My posts Wrong I am the BIGGEST fan I Guarantee it.. However Stock Gambles MUST Say what the people ask or it is NOT being the Service to them I said it would be. Which is Straight up and HONEST. There are NO Losers in my portfolio that i told people to buy there are but a few even down and I bought them and said THIS IS CRAP LOL

Anyways I really want to say that I think we are in the right place at the right time.

Questions that help with sound investment ASK If you dont like the answer Sell move on. If you think the new stock is Awesome BUY but no need to bash i just wish people took their own time more seriously. Being a Positive force in life is Important and if you just Hang around to talk smack you cant have much of a life or be a winner... Show em with results Go Buy another ticker and profit from it and come back and brag THAT is at least respectable. To just talk smack to talk... Well To TYPE lol thats even worse.. Your in or your out what else is there

As far as issues this is the Digital age and with so many people reading what is out there there will never be Hiding it or acting like it is not happening. at the same time changing boats Midstream is just Not for me

OK 2 Hours+ on Phone & I still Believe In a Time of News there are Questions I for 1 Am Happy to be in this Stock and am ready to see whats in store! a few days UP or a few days DOWN Matter none This deal If Bill dont like it will matter none the Company is simply workinhg and this new entity is a Great Asset we can as a company sell and not dilute LVVV Value and Hopefully make a bundle of money in the meantime cleaning up the company for Proper listing etc! That could just make us SOOOO much Profits!!
