This is an interesting idea that I posed a while ago. However. The supreme Court ruling took away their ability to settle and move on. So if they moved a few billion out ahead of the settlements. (Sneaky bastards ) This is the governments claim in their win at the SC.

They may not be able to access that money or buy an asset as they could easily get sued for it without the bankruptcy protection.

Maybe they could buy and use Elite as a way to reach a settlement offering up some amount of the profit they make every year. Not really sure.

And they have barely scratched the surface of how much stuff they will be selling. It's the very beginning and it's 55-60m a year soon to be 100m plus a year, then 200m a year. There is no denying this

The stuff is in high demand , usually in shortage and has markets in the 10s of millions to billions of dollars

I've done my research. Listened to every conf call, sometimes more then once. He's a good person. This is gonna be his swan song. He's had high profile spots at the biggest companies. He's brilliant, extremely well educated, and his whole life and even those around him are in Pharma particularly manufacturing and R&D.
