Or it could be someone buying that knows something we don’t
The following are quotes from the apple agreement that says anything following 18 months after the "capture period" is new and will NOT be considered liquidmetal technology that is subject to the agreement with apple:
""For purposes of clarification, however, improvements or derivatives of LMT Technology first created, conceived, invented, or discovered after the Capture Period shall not be “LMT Technology”"
This is the definition of the "capture period":
"(iv) “Capture Period” shall mean the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the eighteen month anniversary of the Closing Date."
That last block near the end of the day was much larger than the average daily volume for the last week. Somebody wanted those shares quick.
Only CIP and prior patents were part of the apple deal. After the CIP closing date, there is no restriction for new technology/formulas, thus the huawei hinges were discussed on the ashm conf call and did not violate the apple agreement. However, those hinges were not sold into our territories.
Just my thoughts...confusing as hell.
I'm no expert, but I haven't seen another way to do this without a mold. A laser cut or cnc would leave cut marks that would be hard to remove (and expensive/timely) from the recessed inner corners. A stamp or a diecast would not produce sharp/crisp edges. Looks like a mold to me. Again, i'm no expert here.
who knows....he doesn't mention any other suppliers either. just saying, they would be there all day if they mentioned all of the suppliers...
Is this an amorphous metal?

Expand? Your point?
Exactly!!!
No thanks needed! We are all here to help each other!
Thanks! The more DD we get the better!
q3/4 2021 or perhaps a teardown analysis by someone like Sandy Munro
Still not confirmed, but possible and HUGE!
This one is for the 4680 cell and was shown at the giga Berlin open house. The y has 900 of these each.
The article you linked to only mentions iPhone chips, not the MacBook Pro components that the upcoming Apple event / release pertains to. Because of this Your link seems immaterial to the new Apple event for next week. Can you explain the connection you see?
The Tesla door hinge/locks were prior to the agreement. That is irrefutable. he could not change that sale retroactively regardless of position or influence.
Obviously short memory is right. The Tesla door lock / hinges were prior to the agreement between eontec and Liquidmetal.
No worries: I think it is item “b” in the post. Link is at bottom for the source of info.
Look up top at yellow posts. Link: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=166159169
Links (for all of my DD posts) are provided for ALL DD info to minimize people thinking it is bs. Also, it clearly says make your own decisions.
Finally, how do you know that anything is or isn’t bs until financials? The whole point in sharing is to help people make their own decisions…your welcome.
LQMT is g oing to pop thru a new 52 week high when word gets out about Liquidmetal showing up on tesla’s suppliers list for misc fabricated products in 2021! This tells us they are making a product (4680)…see about 25-26 down in this list/link:
https://csimarket.com/stocks/competition2.php?supply&code=TSLA
Then, check out the tabbed post on this board showing the Tesla’s connection timeline and make your own decisions.
Game on! The $30,000,000 forex is a fact…now you know why.
The new liquidmetal video showing the beats headphone frame is now gone--unless i'm having browser issues....
Thanks for the link. Some might think this is the door lock related, but it isn't. The door lock was a product of Eontec and was prior to the eontec/liquidmetal agreement. No revenue, ever, was given to liquidmetal for the door lock. This is a new product with new revenue. My guess is that this is battery related (cell shell or battery pack frame) and is directly due to the eontect agreement and the territorial restrictions.
Anyone else find it odd that you can’t preorder the watch series 7? Also odd
that the specs were identical to the series 6. I was wrong but I fully expected Liquidmetal in the 7.
Looks good, easy to read!
I was tired of data being too scattered. So definitely an ah ha moment.
Thanks, we are all in this together! The goal is to put together pieces before the stock jumps so that we can all profit. Once news is officially released, it will be hard to get shares. I get that some folks want proof in an 8k or financials, but by then getting shares will be like trying to lasso a rocket. I just hope this info might help others make their own decisions.
Links and dates were provided for reference. So not conjecture. We all get to have our own opinion, but the facts outlined are definitely real. The only things we don’t know for sure are who and when. I laid out my Tesla reasoning. Perhaps it’s Apple. Perhaps it’s another company. But something is happening, and the forex and debt securities tell us that it is big. So do the accelerated vesting agreements. Good luck!
The dates / timeline are important when connecting the dots. It’s amazing to see the sequence of events! They fell into place like dominoes! If this isn’t Tesla, it’s another whale. Time will tell. The only thing the dots don’t tell is when…but the $30M forex, the equipment transfers, the joint investments, the 3 accelerated vesting agreements, the forward looking resignations, and the ceo expense / appointment sure point to a near term event in my opinion.
If Liquidmetal ever skyrockets and you have excess funds, please consider St. Jude's Children's Hospital
I think Tesla is a very respected company and that Musk is an amazing visionary. Because of that, I fully believe that being associated with Tesla will lead to a very stable stock price--after an initial stock reaction that will rival a Space X blast off!
Exactly right. It looks to me like this was all set up for that exact reason. Who rewards employees for resigning? Who lets employees resign for a date specified in the future? Everything points to a large sale.
Tony Chung is vested on that date...could be a coincidence, might not be. Time will tell.
links and dates were provided for you to draw your own conclusions.
Correction: it's the annual shareholders meeting on October 7, 2021. Remember last year, Tesla had a battery announcement after their annual shareholder's meeting! That's when we first learned about the new 4680 cell! Are they planning the same this year?!
