Nearly 1.5 billion shares out, you really think anyone serious is going to take a couple more billion shares for their millions. Like most penny stock companies, they seem more in the business of selling stock.

You can go back 10 years and read the same things on this board you're reading now. Nearly 1.5 BILLION shares out. Be careful my friend.............

1.4 billion float, 2 "good" news releases generate appox $100 worth of trades. 25 to 50 cents, not without a HUGE reverse split and some positive numbers.

This may be one to roll, though it's a long walk from the .40's to the .70's +

Nearly a year ago she was saying the auditors had everything and the filing would be done in 30 days, as I remember it.

Can't raise enough to do filings, How on earth will she raise enough to make the purchase??????????????????

If this deal goes through, why would Astra Jet want to be part of the proposed Business Development Company? Wouldn't they be better off on their own, God knows Karen can offer them nothing.

How long before companies interested in joining this venture start to walk away?????

Until the filings are done and stamped this is nothing more than a shell co. I think thats why no price run up.

Lets not forget the conversion of outstanding notes at this level will be around three hundred million shares. Forget about two or even one dollar.

No one would like to see this succeed more than I would. I really don't want to start the process for a third time, but speaking for myself and some of the other note holders, we're all out of patients, and don't want to hear anymore empty promises. Not from Dave, not from Karen.

We've heard that story for months.

The Management team and the people on the perifery are no fraud, there is now a very impresive and successful group at the helm. You can listen to idiots wag their tongue or do a little research. You sound a lot like dmbao.

In the penny stock game talk means nothing, She will have to show her cards soon. The note holders are out of patience, it's been nearly five years with no payment, I know that is fact as I am one of them.

I hope your right but I see Karen being fired in 30 days if things don't come together.

I bought the first time for .15 and sold for .68, the stock ran to .75, On-screen Technologies made great fold up signs. I truly believe I'm about to have a repeat performance. It's been fun, aggravating, frustrating, up and down. Still better than the .75% the bank would have payed me. I am ever so grateful to Cliff, Colt and Bill. When the likes of Dorian Prosdocimi picks you as a winner, it's really happening.
