Quote: Carl Allen gives Robert Marx kudos……
Explorer shares artifacts from 17th century Spanish shipwreck on 'America's Newsroom'
_____________________________
Robert Marx actually discovered the 'Maravillas' in 1972.
But the cheerleaders here would like to assume that Marx and David Foster (Judd's son-in-law) were incompetent and didn't know what they were dog when they surveyed and thoroughly explored the Juno Beach site. Further more one is to ridiculously believe that Judd screwed them over by not giving therm the secret survey location of the BILLIONS in treasure. How ridiculous. They were all partners at the time.
Quote: So your saying their not out working, but I just seen a post on sfrx Facebook that they are out working? I'll go with what is posted on sfrx Facebook page. Jmo
_______________________________
No I am not saying they aren't out working. Read my post again. The sea conditions are forecasted as being very good so indeed they should be out working. So considering these ideal conditions what will the results be? With the know all see all Timmy Toy, they should be racking up gold and silver sites galore, especially in that fabricated (Judd withheld) blacked out survey zone at Juno. Just curious as to who made that one up. The company or the cheerleaders?
Quote: In the Enchanted Forests of Melbourne and Juno…….
I’m short SFRX.
________________________________
Will you look at these sea condition forecasts. Two ft. seas on going. The Timmy Toy should be out there pin-pointing and analyzing (what a joke) stacks of gold and silver out there, especially in that blackout survey area off of Juno. Oh, how long will this charade continue? I suppose just as long as the three hundred fifty thousand a year salary can continue for the CEO and of course how long the popcorn supply can last.

White noise? Hardly. In the case of SFRX facts that smack, white noise is a common label given.
The company has never reached the level of professionalism and remains an on going colossal failure. Can't find shipwrecks, can't find treasure but wants to claim fame as the innovator of an aquatic toy that to date has achieved nothing.
Allot of popcorn wholesale outlets. Check into it.

What does it matter. The truth is this company has not done anything original, independently , on their on since their inception. Tried to piggy back ride off of the work previously done at Juno. Tried to piggy back ride off of the work previously done by Heartland but have never found one shipwreck on their own, so with this great inventory of shipwrecks they supposedly have what's stopping them?
Oh, but one can't disregard the all seeing all knowing Timmy Toy wonder tec. that, when you get right down to it, hasn't found crap. Excuse me, that's all it's found - crap.

"The world doesn't believe that this device works, right now," he said. "As soon as we prove that it works on treasure, we'll do some white papers and independent tests and all that good stuff. But right now, all I need it to do is show me some massive amounts of gold and silver, and then I don't really care what the world thinks."
_______________________________________________
The only thing they have going for them is pretty pictures of the Timmy Toy. Cosmetically it's at least impressive. Performance wise, there is no shown factual evidence it actually does anything. Well, summer is rapidly coming to an end. Soon the end of ANOTHER season.
They could have easily set up simulation tests (I've posted this before) on a given number of Spanish colonial shipwrecks either in the Sebastian area or even the Florida Keys. Placement of none ferrous metals buried within the general area of the wreck site. But they didn't do that. I wonder why? I have a strong suspicion as to why. The toy doesn't do what it has been said it can do.
So where are the new found shipwrecks? Where are the tons of gold and silver?
The weather - sea conditions are very workable so what will the excuses be for next week?

Quote: Big difference between Sfrx and Mel Fischer, yep that's right! Mel Fischer's investors invested every year. If nothing was found their money was used up, gone. Each year they had to invest new money to be still invested. I was just thinking, wasn't it 14 years Mel Fischer needed to find the Atocha? I can't imagine having invested for 11 to 13 years and then not investing in the 14 year when he found the Atocha!! That would have sucked!! Of course all of this is just my opinion nothing more. Jmo
____________________________________
Some very big differences. Throughout that + or - fourteen years, Fisher was picking up treasure all along the way. SFRX with fifteen years hasn't found crap. Fisher made the scene as a professional and went out as a professional. The SFRX clowns came in as amateurs and continue to be so. As far as his investment arrangements are concerned, I'm not disputing that.

Quote: These “lofty expectations” of billion$ are not the creations of critics and skeptics. They come from the company and its affiliates.
___________________________________________
The truth is, IF the company in fact generated this misinformation, it's downright fraud. They don't know the name of the ship (wreck), the date, and of course don't have a manifest of the treasure it would have been carrying, nor any follow up salvage that might have been made by the Spaniards. This kind of bogus information has the obvious intention of suckering in the unknowing zero experience treasure hunting investor. Here again one can find this all indexed under horse shit. What a clown show.
Is the rumor true? The company is providing the popcorn free.
Quote: That’s great, but as a shareholder I would want…….
to know why in the world would they be looking where they said the treasure wasn’t.
You do remember Kyle saying that on multiple occasions, don’t you? That Judd had them looking in the wrong place?
Recently an affiliate said Judd and the FBAR kept info from SFRX at Juno, yet they’re looking at the same thing they did a decade ago?
_________________________________________
I've posted this before but shall do so again. Judd's son-in-law David Foster was the famous Robert Marx's partner on their Juno Beach shipwreck exploration. Judd was still alive at the time so he was not withholding anything. This withholding of the location of where the so called treasure was lying comes under the category of horse shit.

So big deal. The Juno Beach site anchor. Like this is something new an exciting. Pitifully, is this the best these clowns can do - an anchor to try and generate some excitement? More than half way through what's called the season and this is it? Pathetic.
Aren't we suppose to get weekly updates from sfrx now. Any updates yet, POS has barely any volume.

They found an anchor. A treasure hunting 'dime-a-dozen' achievement. How much more you want?
Quote: Surely they filed a claim on that already…….,
I would how many billion$ they think could be associated with the anchor.
Gotta be in the tens of billion$. It’s too encrusted not to be.
Who ever did the sketch should see if the can enter the Draw Woody Woodpecker Contest for a chance to win $500.
______________________________
Hilarious. Aren't we to believe that they have made significant discoveries outside the three mile with the Tommy Toy? Is that it. An anchor? What happened. Did they bump into it? Not much Tommy Toy 3D sub-bottom and analytical process required here, was there. When this is the best you can do, its obvious these clowns got their backs to the wall.
Golly Gee Goldenboy. Is that suppose to be exciting? What did the Tommy Toy do, bump into it? Have you any idea how many anchors (of varying dating periods) are found in the course of a magnetometer survey? Where's the ballast pile, the cannons, the treasure? Bring in an underwater site planner to formalize the joke.
Quote: In the big picture I think that’s progress. Kyle said a similar thing in the YouTube interview last fall when asked about Spain suing. He said something like…….we can’t prove what wreck it is, so how can Spain?
_____________________________________
Of course they can't prove what wreck it is. The clowns don't even have a wreck to prove anything to begin with.
Quote: Shipwrecks in the Americas is a great book to read. Jmo

Yes indeed it is a great book to read but you should also consider reading the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty. You either just choose to ignore it, haven't read it or don't understand it. In any case, its the 'wet blanket' on any dreams or aspirations generated by 'Shipwrecks in the Americas'.
Isn't it amazing that the book was written by none other than Robert Marx who did a thorough investigation of the Juno Beach wreck (and surrounding area) and concluded it to be a dud.
Quote: Added a few more shares, it's actually interesting how buying a few shares here and there over time adds up! I would imagine if SFRX rents or leases their equipment, they would also collect a percentage of what is found! Now that would be a smart move also. Jmo

How right you are "So far sfrx has kept on keeping on!" Record breaking 15 years plus of total failure. No SFRX doesn't quit. Why should they with the CEO pulling 350 grand a year along with all his restaurant and bar room perks. Great benefits for failure. Biggest joke that's ever been in the treasure hunting game.

It amuses me how you always revert back to mex as a diversion in your efforts to cover for SFRX on going failures.
Quote: The Panic is Palpable
________________________
For SFRX that's quite understandable. The season is half way gone and about the only thing to show is pretty video's of the Timmy Toy at play along with an on going flow of bullshit. No new exciting (never found before) shipwrecks, no gold, no silver, no notable artifacts, no nothing. Yes, one might say "The Panic is Palpable".
Quote: Ha Ha, we know what the real joke is
__________________________
The Timmy Toy of course. That wasn't difficult to figure out.
Quote: Ah yes, where would we be without our armchair technologists? If it's not found with a magnetometer, it is not found.
_________________________
Far more than an arm chair technologist as you put it. Incidentally, it may interest you to know that's how all major historic shipwrecks (treasure wrecks) have been found.
WITH A MAGNETOMETER. Not with the Ikes of this silly unproven Timmy Toy. List the verifiable shipwrecks it has actually found thus far. Or the piles of gold and silver it has analytically found.
As the toy it is, it's impressive. Are you telling me that's the find in the video. They obviously had to be careful they didn't bump into it. A very easy target for a magnetometer. Is this some kind of a joke?
Quote: Second, where’s the metal objects that the device saw? I understood an affiliate to say NEVER announce you’ve found treasure until you can verify. How did they verify the “numerous materials including brass, iron, copper, aluminum, lead, and stainless steel?”
Maybe that will be explained in the next video.
___________________________________
Putting it bluntly: Horse shit.
Quote: I'm liking all of this. Too bad there was no treasure at the Ring site but it sounds like the SeaSearcher is finally doing what it's suppose to do — tell us what metal is there that we can't see otherwise. No treasure at Ring site? Move on to HTQ. Then proceed from there depending on scan results. Either go after treasure or move on to the next site.
__________________________
....and here we go again. No evidence what so ever. Even if the Timmy Toy did what it's supposed to do, ministries of culture and their archaeologists frown upon your described approach; we're after just the gold and silver. Nothing there, just move on. Even if contracts were being granted, SFRX would never ever get one.
Quote: I think all the UNESCO talk (we won’t sell treasure) was by design in hopes the FBAR would miraculously issue a recovery permit.
________________________________________________
I don't know why but it seems that SFRX stockholders posting here either choose to ignore or sweep under the carpet how the UNESCO Underwater Cultural Heritage Treaty effects private sector historic shipwreck salvage. There are no longer any private sector contracts issued in any of the countries that have ratified the treaty, so in that respect it's a dead industry. UNESCO has a strong hostility towards treasure hunters and even though the U.S. has not signed said treaty, many of the states including Florida more or less agree with the content of the treaty in concept. They don't mind issuing explanation contracts and thus acquiring the resulting data, but list any new salvage contracts ever issued.
Quote: We'll according to earlier post I have been riding in a hot air balloon for years, oh yep I've been a sheeple, part of a clown show, I believe someone else has been the one mocking real shareholders. Jmo

Apparently all of the above still applies.
Quote: I appreciate the concern I’ll miss out……but
I’ll take my chances.
_________________________________
In the history of modern day treasure hunting, never has there been a longer running clown show than this one.
The problem I see with this company is they continuously make colossal mistakes, poor judgment, but never seem to learn from those mistakes. As you know I've been saying for years they're playing with flotsam at Melbourne which didn't take much brain power to come to that conclusion. As for Juno, again as said before, I know the history regarding those (professionals) who dove that site, surveyed that site and reached the conclusion there is nothing there with the exception of that big ole ballast pile. Everything these people do (especially the company cheerleaders) is to take the turd and wrap it in an attractive candy bar wrapper, and that includes the Timmy Toy technology folly. As long as the CEO can suck up one grand a day in salary plus a company expense account for restaurant and bar bills, this could continue to run for a very long time.
