I'm thinking it closes at 60.
Or, whoever bought up shares on the dip could exit out at EOD to lock in profits. These high volume promoted pennies are unpredictable.
This one has shot up over a few days. Their last pick was more gradual increases, similar to APS plays.
Already a 20% gain offered by the dip today. Down to 40 at the open and back up to 48.
Check out the chart on this group's previous pick/promo, U$GT. Buy these dips on WILD!! There were multiple opportunities to pick up a daily gain of 15%-30%.
The chart looks like it's setting up for a double bottom reversal. If it closes >11.50 any day this week, look for some strong volume to follow.
Thanks for the tip on FDFT Techno. I'll be watching. Did this start trading just last week?
Breaking News: <<WILD>>
We’ve picked WILD as our new super long term alert and by now you should all know how we feel about this play’s outstanding gain potential.
Since alerting you, the gains have just been flowing like a faucet and combined profits last week were more than 30%.
We believe this week is going to be even more spectacular because today's session is already producing a solid uptrend.
Since starting today WILD has added more than 3.9% -- and that’s just the early birds moving stocks around. When the real heavy hitters show up, we expect WILD to explode.
Already WILD is moving like a speeding train towards its second resistance point of 0.46 and we don’t think we need to tell you all where it's headed…
WILD is on a definite course towards breakout and its technical setup looks more than robust enough to take it back to its 52-week high of $1.
The breaking developments have been thick and very fast coming from WILD and its gain potential is being tapped from all corners of Wall Street.
Make no mistake about it, WILD is on its way up.
WILD has already begun its breakout towards kicking in the door to profits and the company’s recent signing of a $2 million credit line agreement with TCA Global Credit Master Fund, LP has only served to underscore the company’s incredible gain potential.
The first tranche of funds ($300,000) has already been drawn down and already we can see the scope of WILD’s ambitions.
They are huge!
WILD dropped a bombshell this morning when it announced the opening of a brand spanking sales and distribution center in Oakville, Ontario, located outside of Toronto.
The message is simple, but rather powerful:
WILD is bent on completely dominating the toy market in Canada!
The company does after all sell to 15 independent stores and two key regional chains in Canada. Its EcoAquariums product is fast becoming the de facto product on the Canadian scene.
There’s a reason toy companies are considered “recession proof” and this is your chance to see for yourself – first hand.
WILD is a solid long term momentum play and the target of $1 is an easy swat for this massively undervalued play.
Grab your wallets and prepare to profit, WILD is calling.

{{WILD}} going WILD!! Low float, high volume, up 17% today!!
A "pump and dump" scheme would obviously involve dumping, which we have not seen. Any insiders holding shares, management and/or members of the BOD, are required to file a schedule (4) Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership when they either purchase or dispose of shares. If dumping has occurred by any of these insiders, then a schedule (4) would have been released by the SEC. Have you seen schedule (4) recently that would indicate "dumping" has occurred?? I sure haven't. Also, Josh has published numerous times in his articles that he is long LEI.
Yea, already read that the day it came out. And who is Black Gold? Josh is a former director of LEI with ties to Meson and the current management team. Wonder who has more insight on that one...
Considering Josh was actually on the board at Lucas and has an existing/ established relationship with management, I feel his argument is much more credible then Black Gold, who is your average poster. I've glossed over your posts on other companies and could not find one positive comment on a company you follow. I've not bought back into LEI because they are a negative cash flowing company. I bought back in because new management has made tangible changes that point to a positive direction for the company. The fundamental reason for me is that there is more upside then downside for this company. Even if management decided to sell their PV-10 proved reserves at a 25% discount, that still represents a 275% premium to current PPS.

Nope, I sure dont?
Prevent us from stealing what? If the plywood is on the inside, it wouldn't prevent us from stealing the glass? Could be that Aggies have no common sense.
My recent memory recalls an armed gunman killing 2 people on the A&M campus just last year. And we're ghetto? haha. At least we know how to build bonfires.
"You should have taken some of that stock money and retained Coach Hamlin. Gig em Aggies"
Coming from someone whose program recruited UH's head coach, Sumlin.
You just made yourself sound like an idiot, good job. And who the hell is going to listen to some idiot with a profile name that has "pepe" in it. Haha. Quit waisting my time. Last time I'm responding to your messages.
Hell, I had a position in this company back in Sept 2010 then sold at $4.63 in March 2011. I've probably traded this company at least 5 seperate times over the last 3 years.
Jesus Christ! You seriously dug that far into my posts?? Do you work during the day or just have that pathetic of a life that you have so much time on your hands. Yea, I was in at $2.20 a long long time ago. Since then, I had sold what I had and now I am back in at $1.28 as of May 28th.
Have you never traded the same company more than once??
lol, nice try. I'm in 5k shares at 1.28.
These are Austin Chalk wells, not Eagle Ford.
And I completely disagree with your comment, "the acreage is worthless." Two different valuations indicate otherwise.
1) The discounted PV-10 of proved reserves is $132 million. PPS = $132 million/ 26 million O/S = $5.08 PPS
2) The most recent buy/sell transaction in the EF priced the acreage at approx 18,000 per acre. Lucas has approx 4,500 acres in the EF which would price it at $81 million. PPS = $81 million/ 26 million O/S = $3.12 PPS.
Additionally, the production rates in neighboring acreage by EOG & MRO increase the attractiveness of LEI's acreage. Also, why would insiders, those with access to private information, continue to buy the stock? Surely they're not buying the stock because "the acreage is worthless" or they see that the company is headed for a dead end. If you're shorting or selling LEI, you're basically taking the opposite position of insiders in the company. That doesn't sound too logical considering they keep adding to their positions.
Important But Unpublished News For These Oil And Gas Companies
http://seekingalpha.com/article/1564332-important-but-unpublished-news-for-these-oil-and-gas-companies?source=google_news
Yep, looks great. Mason has added to their position and insiders are continuing to buy. Obviously they have access to information that would entice them to buy. Good sign to me.
Hard to say whether this spike is due to that article, the Chesapeake EF sale on Wednesday or shorts covering. Hard for me to believe that short figure of 2.7 million is accurate. Maybe a combination of all the above. I'll take it!
Are there really 2.7 million shares shorted right now??
Yep. That was Sawyers plan (unsuccessful of course).
I think the pop in volume today has to do with the Chesapeake Eagle Ford sale announcement. The sale was for $18.2k per acre which would value LEI's Eagle Ford acreage at $145 million.

(They have 8k acres under the Austin Chalk)
Awesome!!
I noticed the company hasn't filed for any new drilling permits. Based on that article I posted, appears they will be doing some reworks and laterals in existing wells.
Nice volume this morning.
Bought back in. This new management has impressed me over the past several months. They implemented a strategy and have executed on most of the bullet points. We could see the PPS decline a little more because of dilution but I'm confident it'll pick back up. The private equity guy that stepped in and bought 20% came in at around $1.50-$1.75. He's responsible for the management shake-up. Since we're at $1.30, I'd expect us to at least see $2 before he decides on an exit strategy.
