Hi Kim....glad things smoothed out. We need all the competent eyes and ears out there that we can muster up. Yeah, when BTOR makes a move, or announces something of interest, we will come alive.
Re: PVSS...yes, I've been watching it since you first mentioned it. TA wise, it's in the channel, w/bollies tightening. The ascending triangle shows a possible upside breakout soon.
I really like, from past experience, the quiet accumulation that seems to be going on the last couple of weeks. If it was a continuation of a sell off it would have lost some pps, which it hasn't. Someone doesn't mind getting these shares at .075-.085. The OS of 82mil is also sweet. The float of 45mil that you state is not verified yet, just got home. The Phantom Fiber acquisition/merger would be sweet. It has been in the works for a while now, so should be close....or has hit a snag. I feel the prior. The issue of shares to Phantom shareholders, etc., and subsequent receipt of cds are appropriate. The raising of the authorized to 400mil is within reason also. All in all, looks like a good time to enter. I hope to join you on Tuesday. A pop, in the near future, to .15-.18 is not unreasonable. Anything else would be too speculative at the moment.
Well, maybe we can sweat another gem.:) Talk to you soon, Frank
Yup....and your value is clear as well.
Thanks THREES, but I believe the KDS needs a 480/575 Volt/400/600 Amp Electrical Service. I don't believe previouos mining activity would include such a service. I'll just do what rig suggested and call on tuesday. I do appreciate the response though. G/L
fda
Hope it works out for you MsPenny....G/L to you as well.
fda
Already in BB....just a fling that worked out. G/L to you.
fda
POSC lol...that never escaped me. In at .035 out at .06 seemed dandy. Guess I left a bunch on the table for the next guy. G/L
fda
Out of POSC @ .06...happy
Thanks rig....have a great one yourself..eom
POSC upticking on news.....
Morning Rig....an earlier question of mine seems to have been missed, so I was hoping you could answer it. Do you know if the electrical requirements for the KDS are in place yet on site? TIA, fda
Mr. Lucky....personally, I'm happy you're here. You did some good DD on our POS's..:) All forgotten by me.
Yeah, it's the norm. Focus on the threads purpose during trading hours, and relax the rest of the time. Some of the best boards can get pretty silly.
Soooooo...welcome aboard. Look forward to hearing from you again.
fda
Morning everyone....well, it's a new day. I, too, appreciate all the thoughts that have been posted. We all landed on this thread for one reason, we're BTOR shareholders. We share the same goals and aspirations. That in itself should create enough of a bond to appreciate what everyone brings to the table regarding the issue. We all bring different outlooks, contributions, and levels of expertise, but none more important than the other. It would be nice if we could all feel comfortable being able to share other aspects of ones life when things are slow. Whether that being the birth of a child, a new house, car, birthday, the American idol, another investment, etc. We are going to have many days ahead when we have tons of stuff to discuss regarding BTOR, and I look forward to those days. In the meantime, yes, we should all get along. G/L to all of us.
fda
Kinda feisty today Brazen! Would like to welcome you back from your month hiatus, but you returned an angry man.
G/L to you, fda
Oh cr*p...I answered dc before I even saw your tirade. Why don't you stop tripping on what Kim and I talk about. It isn't like it's taking up your whole day! Then again, maybe it is. You now know more about the stupid flip I got in than I do. If you didn't spend your precious time researching the stupid issue you would have only lost 10 seconds out of your life. No, you had to do some DD so that you could come on here and slam us. That's your problem! Get a life! We have both been in BTOR quite a while, and take the company, and our investment seriously. If our discussions seem like an afterthought to you, it's because NOTHING IS HAPPENING! Heck, our "afterthoughts" are more than YOU have contributed! While we welcome everyone that shares our faith in this company, I for one, don't appreciate the RB mentality you are bringing to this board. Yes...you! Not...us! We're not "pumping", or "bashing" an issue. We just meet here from time to time. As someone long forgotten would say..."don't get your panties in a wad"!
Of course, I'm on ignore, so this won't get to you. Oh, you can't ignore me.....You're not even a paid member of this forum that you take so seriously!!!
fda
Hahahahaha.....yeah, seems the "in" thing to do! That's the same amount I have...rolling the dice. I only bought mine because if, and that is a far-fetched if, it should move up, all the talk on the boards would be about CMKX. I don't want to be left out. Brilliant trading strategy, huh? lol I trip on the folks that have 100mil+! They are taking it way to seriously. I guess I could have taken my 500.00 and bought a 2.00 stock, sold at 2.20, and realized a net profit of 30.00! Naaaaa. Heck, my portfolio shows a double virtually every night. rofl
Yeah, working sucks. I grab a peek now and again at work.
As far as BTOR, I have a standing buy for .027 at all times. Hope I never fill, but if I do, that's ok too.
See ya, fda
Morning dc....yeah, she's da bomb! :)
off to work....bye
Boy Kim, you never seem to sleep! Your posting times are all over the board.:)
It's that neat n' orderly, wanting all the answers, and digging for them, persona, that makes me happy to be in a long-term issue, like BTOR, with you. Me, I'll let the little stuff slide, for a while anyways. Ying and Yang. If we could get through the third quarter, with only 40 million more shares in the float, I would be very happy. Yes, patience, and accumulate as the opportunity arises. Much different feeling than averaging down, on a bad buy, in a questionable stock. It's all good so far.
Sorry about your IDGE. I was thinking about it too, since very little was doing squat. Luckily, I held off. You're right though, you'll do fine, and realize a profit. The pennies are brutal right now, but could turn back up at a moment's notice.
Well, have to get ready for a meeting at work. Will miss any morning action that might come about. Good luck to you.
Frank
Miss Kim...boy, you're sure not whistling dixie regarding the pennies. Had to leave the computer yesterday and today. That really isn't a bad thing in itself, planted a bunch of really cool tomatoes, but after the smoking Monday I had, it was kind of depressing to scratch and claw, and still take some small losses. No fun for sure. But, I still prefer the excitement of the 50, 100, 200 percenters, over the big boards.
Yeah, the Jack's thing is weird, but I'm not losing any sleep over that one situation. Could just simply be a rich, nasty owner, that only has a specialty shop for a hobby. I don't know. Yup, it's all in trusting the management team. When you see the modest salaries, with no bonuses, it's eye-catching. In a penny world where the CEOs are raping the shareholders (ie: GFYF, GWDL, etc.), this is good. Time will tell. As for the dilution. Once again, in a penny world of companies with Billions in the OS, I'm just happy we're just 230+ million. Personally, I'm pretty happy we're just moving, pretty much, sideways. My average pps in BTOR is .0293, so no stress at this time.:)
Always nice to hear from you, Frank
Does anyone know if the electrical requirements for the KDS are in place at this time? TIA
fda
Who would have thunk it! Any pinkie that can come up 42%, with volume of only 8mil, is pretty impressive. Maybe I should look into that myself. Glad your even, and I do understand the "principal" thing..:) Scolded you, that's rich. lol
Well Bill....If I had it, I would most likely be listing it here, in the "Hall of Shame", with the others I did earlier. :) Here's hoping you have some dandies to balance this puppy out.
fda
Huggums...if Great gets a reply, and only posts it there, I will copy it over here. But, I don't believe he will get any answers. They just don't give up anything privately. At least that is what I have found to be true. We'll see.
G/L to you, fda
Hi Kim...yes, I've spoken to Marge once in the past. That call told me that she isn't one that will ever give you anything. No juicy tidbits, no innuendos, nor any company spin doctoring. Nada that isn't out there to see. Regarding the retailers listed on the website: It is asinine to suggest that almost 60%, of the 68, wouldn't have the product on the floor. That bothers me big time. We push product to the floor immediately upon receipt of it. Even if it was only purchased for a big advertised sale that is still way down the line. It's all about sales, ie: turns, in the retail business. I'm hoping that the lack of more than 28 retailers on their website is more due to their lack of focus on updating the site. Also, assuming they don't have the expertise on site, which I'm sure they don't, it takes money to have a webmaster update. It could be that they are just being frugal with assets on hand. Even though we know they are cash-strapped, they probably would be remise in saying it aloud. It's a possibility.
Regarding the shares: The 10Q stated " Subsequent to March 31, 2004 and through May 6, 2004 the Company has issued 10,800,000 common shares in exchange for $270,000." Could there be a financier in this scenario? Could it be the shares are tucked away, not hitting the open market? All this behind the scenes, as you suggest. I just don't know. Believe it or not, the product not being on the shelves of the listed retailers bothers me more. I just don't have the time, or inclination, to call all 68 of them. Maybe we could divvy that up between 10 or 12 of us. That would make it more manageable. Let's not include Jeffie though..:)
Regarding venting: Sure, you can vent and yell (softly) anytime the yen arises. I can only hope the market gets a tad better...for my sake :)
Take care Kim,
Frank
Remember PFDE? No dilution....aaaaand...no volume, no game plan, no money, no clue! Guess that means it's going to be a runner soon! :) Have a great day everyone.
fda
TSBB....0078/.0079...thought I was stupid getting back in this am at .007...
OT...Penny, I hope someday we are in an issue of consequence together.:) You are a bulldog. You dig into every crevasse, look around every corner, dissect every statement. You are spunky and speak your mind, while still maintaining your cool. I hope you take all this as compliments. That is how they are intended.
Yeah, I read the 8K earlier. I was taken aback by the speed of a "plan", albeit a crappy one. Sure, they gave the farm away, but they weren't thinking of shareholders before either. It's a super POS, but still a flip. Other than the OS I usually only rely on the charts, and murmurs in the community. I didn't get out today, but will for sure tomorrow.
I hope you'll always call my name when you want to chat, vent, share a thought, or just yell at someone.:)
You did good....but I've come to expect nothing less from you.
Talk to you soon, Frank
PS....tried for more BTOR today, but they wouldn't take my .0285 bid.
OT..Lucky..don't read. Well Kim, it seems to be one big pile of cr*p. I don't really see a halt in the near future though. I know these are bad players but there are worse, and they do file timely for the most part. 33M outstanding is certainly just smoke and mirrors. With the mils Marmion already owns, + the convertible of 2.87mil times 40, the 3.75mil "stock option plan" which is without doubt for his wife, the treasurer, etc. The partnership with International Trust, the admitted lack of any plans for profitability, the relationship with a noted scammer, does not bode well for a secure investment. Though it does move on the slightest of volume, and could lead to some profits, I am looking to get out ASAP. It just stinks, and there are better POS's out there to work. I only got in for a possible gap and sell anyways. Now I'll just have the "sell" part. Thanks for your original heads-up. What are you going to do? Frank
BTW...BTOR has more reps. Zzzzz
Nice controlled bounce on TSBB
TSBB..back in at .0084
Hi Kim....notice I dropped the "Miss Penny"? Yes, it was the "Mr. FDA" that did it..:) To be honest, I had to leave for work during a smoking morning, and just walked into the house a few minutes ago. A long day. I won't have my wits about me until the morning to check out the quarterly. Does sound ominous by your short remark though. I'll give you my two cents at that time. Have a great evening. I'm off to bed. Take care, Frank
TSBB, FXGP, CDVJ...YIPPEEEE!
Added more CDVJ as well, just wish they would have taken longer than the 3 seconds it did to fill.
FXGP...ready to bust a move!
In FXGP....hope the snooze is over.
ya missed it billy..was only there for a sec
Looks to me like everything is taking a lunch break
Irish...David M. Wolfson! Wasn't he the croony of Redinvestor during the KLYS days? Think that was the issue. Always saying he wasn't like his father Allen...lol
Yeah billy...had the rookie maning the fort while the reg took a piss break.:) Lucky for you, lucky for me. Good luck with the rest of your day.
fda
I was just about to tell you to cancel, and count your blessings. Good going..:)
TSBB..I know what you mean..weird. it was .0085/.0095 when I hit the sell button. Not complaining since The rest of my shares are almost free.
