Actipatch needs an advertising campaign. Hopefully once cash is available this will be a reality. Word of mouth is more effective when a larger number of the population is bragging about what they've discovered after seeing an Actipatch ad.

I was but not anymore. We don't know the details of the deals that were offered, do you? If you do and you know the deal was fair, than please do enlighten us. I say give AW a chance to seal the deal with Walmart. If THAT deal happens all will probably be forgiven and we'll all walk away winners.

LOL, if I was the CEO and you sent that letter to me, I'd get pissed too. I would have been about as brash. He didn't call all shareholder stupid only the ones that thought he should have done the deals without even having a clue as to what the deals entailed. Lets see how he feels about WalMart's deal. Will it be stupid also? I believe it's stupider to never sign a deal than it is the sign a deal that may be stupid but will still generates much needed revenue.

I just ignore the noise even toy with it from time to time. In my opinion, this technology is so disruptive I expected the noise. I figure it'll cease if a deal is signed and the pps moves north. I really hope AW has a good day the day of the WalMart meeting and just signs whatever is offered. If he does this we're golden in my opinion.

Hopefully Andy gives Keith the reins that day and HE signs the deal with WalMart. If WalMart tells Andy, this is the deal we can offer you he may claim it's not enough. Keith, please do get him drunk the night before and maybe he'll sleep in! LOL

If they really wanted to compete with Amazon, Walmart would offer 2 day delivery. I just ordered 4 Actipatch from Walmart totaling $119.80. claimed it should arrive by July 22. Maybe it'll only take 3 days. I can get them free through the VA but I want to help the cause. I challenge all shareholders to order a Actipatch or several if you can afford to, it will make the final sales number look better and may just get Actipatch on the shelves at Walmart soon!

Maybe next week we hear about a deal? We are getting excite about a 10% move when It may move 100's if a deal's signed. Feels like it's getting close the way the stock is trading imo.

They certainly did. They took forever to clear a safe device that obviously works. They just kept asking stupid question like will it electrocute if worn in the shower? Seriously a 3 volt DC watch battery. The FDA held Actipatch back for Big Pharma, in my opinion.

Lets hope he forgot that he once wanted an insane figure for the company because I doubt that's possible without fullbody approval and increasing sales.

Ain't that the truth. I'd advertise the fact that it's available today in many CVS store and online at Amazon, Walmart ect. Online advertising isn't expensive and it would improve sales.

I bet it's because people are not impressed because biel did nothing after the knee and foot cleared. Signed deals will most likely create just a pop also but once real sales post on a quarterly, look out above! Sales are actually important regardless of what some may think.

If I were AW I'd sign whatever deal WalMart offers. If he tries to plays hardball they'll walk. Biel needs Walmart more than Walmart needs Biel, I just hope he realizes that fact.

I hope you're right. My patience has run out. I watched this stock go nowhere for a along time. The FDA hasn't helped much either. If the FDA cared at all about the opioid epidemic they would have given this device clearance as soon as it was proven safe and effective to any degree. They've approved many drugs in the past 10 years that weren't very safe or effective. The FDA cares only about their number one customer, big pharma. This becomes clearer with each passing day. They're just waiting for BP to find the right chemical to drug these poor folks off of opioids!!!

Maybe he's in a hurry because waiting on Andy is aging him. I'm sure Steve43 could be CEO, with new batteries of course! If so, we'd probably have a couple deals sign right now.

AW should try sitting this one out and just give the responsibility to someone in sale, someone like Keith. This approach could end with a WALMART deal and while not perfect it's still a signed deal with WALMART!
