There has been many studies and that is probably why online gaming in U.S. is not legal now! Maybe soooooooooooooooooon?

Atlantic City is more of a tourist destination to bring money into the state. To legalize online gaming within the state in my opinion will not be a priority at this time for what I see as obvious reasons.

Pharmagen Inc. sounds very good to me. This is really starting to sound like a future very successful company. Notice the address in which we are invited as shareholders is not the garage. Already moving up, I am thinking about flying over for the meeting to check this out...

APS in my opinion remains #1, look at one of their latest picks TAGG. .004 5-30-2012 to .28cents 10- 2- 2012 from a 52 week low of .002 12-5-2011. Also their 10-q is very similar to SNPK. If you get in early then take profits before the dump or quickly after you will do great! I am subscribed to many if not all penny stock alerts. I have not received any Sunpeak emails since April.
SNPK is now coming into a lot of money not a pump alert! Yes most borrowed right now but who cares? The trend is your friend! Follow the money still early a cheap buy this time around in my opinion. I'm stoked I just loaded up some .039s a few days ago!

My guess Tuff is for expanding distribution, promotion, advertising, pay some bills, etc... Also I just noticed new 8k out, looks like they are setting up and establishing salaries and employment, compensations for the next few years at least etc..
It would appear that they are expecting or are already having the money train rolling in?

I thought they were rude to him while speaking! It looked like more concerned getting their own group camera phone picture photo ops etc, talking not paying little if any attention interrupting,distracting.
I personally like seeing him speak and hope can do more. It did not look formal because everyone was standing around unorganized most looking elsewhere not sitting.

Just want to say that I think SNPK is a great company! I called them late last week around 11:00pm EST expecting to leave message for call back. Investor relations answers and tells me they are on this error not by them and will have it fixed in one or two business days, he was right again!
In the mean time I felt confident to pick up some more cheapies because I saw no filings errors?
This reaffirms in my opinion that they are in very good standings have a good product Clotamin and are really doing great things for people in need of hard to find medicines.. Go Sunpeaks!!!

Unlike other boards where the stock has been "globally locked" and suspending from trading by a DTC "chill" and a head cheerleader over there now threatens their own shareholders to sue them for libel because they are angry and feel cheated because they can't access their money in that stock sunk into the .000s and are posting their opposing opinions! Disgusting in my opinion!
SNPK is a great penny pick I think. Chances are you will be right in penny land. I don't care because these guys Sunpeaks answers the phone and answer ALL my questions! it is very transparent to see how it's selling which I like a lot!
Has been thoroughly investigated comes up clean, and is in full compliances with the SEC at this time. Being sold from one of the biggest pharmacies on the planet Walgreens which highly screens I may add.
I sincerely like this stock and what they are doing. Just voicing my opinion not trying to rip off anyone. Best of luck to the shorts. Everyone needs to do their own research make up their own minds. I don't claim to know anything as fact...

I appreciate your posts here, with no due unrespect to your opinions I alerted you on this stock of what I believed to be close to a bottom. SNPK bottom was somewhere around .035 which puts us up from that!
As for good news I view the latest clarifications Sec files to reaffirm the business plan just weeks ago very good. Also the 10-q in August showing a huge increase in revenues generated from this new company in just a few months far above average for an ordinary penny stock!
The good news is we will not have to wait long to find out where this is going- next 10-q less than 2 months. With no unrespect to you once more like your other penny stock pick after 10 years not producing 1 cent 10s of millions in loses now in the triple .000s with a 1st and 2nd support level of "0" according to barcharts and now in a DTC "chill"! I would say your track record is a little off... Mine has spoken for itself! All just my opinion of coarse people on these boards must make their own financial decisions. Actually not much news lately on the surface and the PPS is reflecting that in my opinion nothing bad.
Based on past timelines I expect something maybe even before next financial 10-q. Shorters beware low share count this can fly up fast!

Good news! Shorters are taking the bait. This will enhance the pumped up gains that I believe are coming very soon.
The next 10-q in about 55 days approx based on my DD and opinion will show a nice if not massive increase in revenues for this new company.
My research tells me that this will be the one that will put all doubts to rest about this current fully compliant and highly investigated to be the real deal SNPK....all just my opinion.
