Boogie: look back at post #11765. The link gives you the shorts on a daily basis for NEGS. You can chart it.
The spread obviously implies the traders are discouraging any buying. They must be aware of something.
The shorts are caught in a trap. Nothing for sale. Watch out!
Sorry, that should have been "to get people to unload their shares".
I don't know if you guys are watching this, but, the MM's are doing their damdest to keep people to unload their shares, and frankly, it's not working. Did I spell that right?
Of course it's true. go to http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html Scroll down to ORG. Click on Monday 9th, Scroll down to the N's, you'll see NEGS.
5,100,000 shorted yesterday out of 6,000,000. NO DILUTION THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, my mistake. The break out is .0026
It breaks out above .002
Everyone should HOLD UM, not fold um.
Anyone have a lineup on Level 2. Thanks
Great job. Didn't know that.
Hey!!! SMB. We'll have you on the board of directors. SWEET1111111111111111111111111
I was under the impression that if anyone is in possession of 5% or more of the outstanding shares of any company, you must submit an SEC FILING and make it public. Check with your accountant.
If you get hit with the 5 mil, don't you have to report yourself as a 5% owner?
It does if you get it.
That has to be a trader that's short. What about the 5% rule that you have to make it public once you own 5% of any outstanding shares.
This could be the biggest short squeeze in history in the financial markets.
OK. Thanks
What's the volume all about. If this stock takes off, and TD Ameritrade doesn't lift there ban to purchase, they might be looking at a abundance of lawsuits.
Much Appreciated.
What does that mean?
TD AMeritrade will not accept orders to buy on NEGS. What's up with that? Anyone have TD Ameritrade?
Something is happening here. Don't know exactly what. Trading is unusual.
My accountant states that delisting or revoking your ability to trade on an open market has nothing to do with the company being dissolved.
By law, NCTI does not cice to exist until it is officially dissolved. Until that can be proven by documentation, the shell still exists. I have no hope either, but I need proof NCTI has been dissolved, then I can without question take my tax losses.
You know for a fact that the company has been dissolved. If so, where's the documentation.
Why sell until you know for a fact that the company has been dissolved. I can't find a site that verifies that the company has actually been dissolved. If it hasn't, it's still a shell company.
The MM's spread this thing open to stop trading. I wonder why?
Who's on top with half million bid? CSTI or NITE. Thanks
I have 2 questions for anyone out there. One, how do you sell at 0 to take the tax loss when you can't trade the stock and show the loss. Secondly, is there anyone who can verify whether or not NCTI as a company has literally dissolved itself. If it hasn't, it's still a shell company. Is their a website in Connecticut that lists whether or not a company has been dissolved. Thanks to all.
We'll see who's right.
Time to Buy at .03
WOW. Sounds like Ripley's Believe it or Not.
Thanks College. CSTI & NITE are leaders, not followers. Good sign.
Anyone have Level 2 that could give us a lineup of MM's?
I have no idea why, just from experience.
Could take a month
You have to wait to they hit your account reverse split adjusted.
My TD Ameritrade account only has NEGS in it, there's no NEGSD stock showing. Can't sell any, and I won't. I'm giving this company a year to service.
