As you well know, they don't have to have to show your order. Anyway, today it's just showing the Cusip no. in my account. But my order to sell PCFN still shows on the order status panel. Go figure
I put some up for sale at 12 on Friday and Eturd took the order and as far as I can see the order is still there.
and this hold s true for most R/S's. The broker will be more than happy to sell (nekkid) your shares before getting the new certificates from the T/A. Buying on the other hand, not a chance
Bet you that was their plan as well. New symbol, new company, and then the PR
Doesn't matter who's your broker, It'll take a minimum 3 busines days for the conversion
12 cents.
is my prediction at close tomorrow.
The ave pps of BLLN holdings now are much different from the Feb run when the more expensive holdings were in the low 0.04s and lots of people with averages in the 0.02s and 0.03s. Now there are plenty of holders with averages in the 0.05s, 0.06s and I bet quite a few "bagholders" (soon to be ex)in the 0.07s and even 0.08s.
Plus with the first "real" signing, I don't think people will take profit right away
I have had cheap ass buy at 0.15 ever since we passed 0.18 on the way up a few weeks ago. Sure looked like it was heading there today before a load of buyers suddenly stepped up
you're muddying the waters
In your example your ONE share will be worth $3000 immediately after the R/S
Business model is a Cryo-preservation stem cell "bank" for individuals should they become injured or otherwise need stem cell therapy. As far as I know, the only commercial banks today are the umbilical cord blood banks, which you are a little late for. Unless you plan on being reborn
CLBE will be first of a kind. With the right media exposure during the event, this will go BOOOOOMMM
sleeping and trying to buy at 0.002. never got any.
Don't miss CLBE
First Cell Stem harvesting on a purely commercial base will be done in Atlanta May 10
Expect the Atlanta press to cover the event as well as the local TV news. It is a very newsworthy event
O/S is only 200 million, which is very low at these prices
So much for the 0.003 wall. Raised my bid to 0.003 and got nothing
I’m bidding with AUTO here. The May 10 harvesting kickoff will definitely be covered by the Atlanta press and likely the local TV news as well. It is that newsworthy.
Anybody who knows the value of having AUTO (an ECN, not an MM) on the inside bid also knows that it has attracted some larger players. Also note AUTO on the inside ASK. This is typical and is a fake only to give an impression of strength on the ask in an attempt to hold the price down and encourage people to sell at the bid. AUTO will sell you the displayed 5000 shares at 0.003 and then move up if challenged.
0.004-0.005 by end of week. Easy. Remember 200 mill O/S isn't very large at these low prices and almost all of it is held at much higher prices
I'll be out sailing between Catalina Island and the Baja for the next couple of weeks. So behave while I'm gone, no personal attacks, not too much profanity,...etc,etc
0.24's didn't last long. Really, I think it's time for
WWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
don't you
Posting while drunk............is mandatory
I can tell you what it would be worth
What would GOVX be worth IF they were successful in creating an AIDS vaccine?
GOVX would be worth a googol times it current market value. Bazillions. We could pretty much start printing our own money. That's how big it would be.
For you uneducated people out there:
Googol is the large number. 10 100s times each other, that is, the digit 1 followed by one hundred zeros (in decimal representation). Or, more explicitly: 10,000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000, 000,000,000.
Exactly. There was never any other reason to pay for and file the missing 10Qs, if the plan was not to file last missing link.
and then leave the pinks for the BB

hooo hum................wake me UP once we break .225
Of course. These POSs are never anything but. Unless you get stuck of course, then it's all of sudden a LT investment....lol
CBMC - their biggest problem was always constant dilution. To the tune of one R/S every 2 year or so. and as you can see on the action today, there's lots of selling into the run.
Is there a worse MM than HDSN. Heavy-handed non-sophisticated diluting machine
CBMC - took a flyer at 0.105
Used to trade CBMC a few years back when it still was on the AMEX with the symbol HIV
Indeed they are. Here's the error I get most of the time

GOVX - numbers
731,827,926 shares of common stock outstanding as of April 10, 2008
of these
170 million (23%) are held by Company principals
234 million shares (32%) are held by Emory University
Public Float: 328 million shares
These numbers assume that all outstanding options (58,413,780) will be exercised within 60 days. Hardly a realistic scenario as the vast majority of options are priced waaaaay above the current pps.
Take out the options and the float is 270 million shares. By all means not a really small float but very manageable.
I think it’s about time we all start to pound the table with GOVX
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVAX
I kinda like the changes to IHub. Happy Birthday Olico and go Cubs

John Spencer Jr not Robert T. McNally bought. John Spencer bought 75,000 shares @ 0.1299 on April 3. No other insider/director has bought any shares on the open market since January.
So, I'm going with CA$SH theory on this one. 75K shares isn't nearly enough to cause this trend, although a nice impetus
Hate to tell you doc Frank, but those are old
FYI, Form T late reports
First of let’s all agree, that there is no such thing as an PinkSheet aftermarket.
There are three types of late reports
1. Those with a time stamp within a minute and a half after closing are just normal 90 second delays
Rule 6620.1 OTC Market Makers shall, within 90 seconds after execution, transmit through ACT last sale reports of transactions in OTC Equity Securities executed during normal market hours.
In this case the market makers may have conducted a trade within seconds of closing, but is delayed in reporting until after closing it is showing up a minute after closing. This delay, which is permitted, is often misconstrued as manipulation.
2. And then we have those later than 90 seconds after closing. These trades fall into two categories and typically involve larger size lots
This is sometimes used by financial institutions that are non market makers to report larger transactions that actually occurred during market hours, but since they do not have access to the ACT (Automated Confirmation Transaction Service) use Form T to report. In essence, bypassing the MMs.
MMs are basically prohibited from these "Off Market transaction" as spelled out in
A pattern or practice of late reporting without exceptional circumstances may be considered conduct inconsistent with high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade, in violation of Rule 2110.
These ”Off Market” trades is typically used by larger investors to buy larger lots at prearranged prices without risking to drive the price upward or downward.
3. And then for the most popular of all. Reg D 504 selling
Typically, the chosen MM is allowed to sell a certain amount of shares per day based on volume and agreement with the accredited seller. At the end of the day the accounting is squared up and will show as AH informational trades that appear typically between 16:05 and 16:25. They will always be large blocks but typically never larger than 9,999,999. These shares were actually bought by the MM's at the price you see AH. The shares could have been sold at any price.
There are some variations to this but that is the general way it flows. You will also see these large AH blocks on stocks that are using other forms of dilution.
These are shares added to the O/S. This will happen until the dilution has ended and the 504 is satisfied.
See for instance http://www.brokerage101.com/ for further education
KING. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Big buys today
No reason at all. It won't happen. I was just answering a question about delisting
Nope. No delisting. a simple filing of Form 12b-25, NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING, will grant PTSC an automatic 5 calendar day extension.
After the 5 days has past, the dreaded "E" will be appended to the symbol. OTCBB will then grant a 30 day grace period before delisting to the pinks
Got it, just checked myself. So tomorrow Wednesday, April 09, 2008 is the deadline. Unless they file for a 5 day extension that is
Who says they will file tomorrow? According to SEC rules for non-accelerated filers, PTSC has until April 14 to file.
http://www.secfile.net/SEC_calendar.htm
The SEC rules under the Exchange Act require disclosure at quarterly and annual intervals, with specified significant events reported on a more current basis. Specifically, a non-accelerated domestic issuer subject to the Exchange Act must, among other obligations, file the following reports:
• An annual report on Form 10-K (or Form 10-KSB in the case of a small business issuer) no later than 90 calendar days after the end of its fiscal year;
• Quarterly reports on Form 10-Q (or Form 10-QSB in the case of a small business issuer) no later than 45 calendar days after the end of the first three quarters of its fiscal year; and
• Current reports on Form 8-K for a number of specified events generally within two business days after their occurrence.
Yep, LABS moved up again after selling the nominal 5000. Now at 0.22. 0.17x0.175, I'm beginning to like this stock
It's been quite a while since LABS ran the ASK. He kinda gave up in the 0.14s on the way down. And if you noted today LABS moved up immediately when the ASK was raised. Instead you will now find LABS helping to shore up the BID at 0.14. So from the looks of it for this week LABS at least is just another MM
I'll keep the LABS watch going for while though
The answer is maybe you can place market and maybe you cannot. It really depends on your individual situation and your broker.
For most people with an online broker such as Etrade or ATrade, you can most likely place a market order to sell OTC, but not to buy
With a full service broker that charges you an arm and a leg for each transaction, you can likely place any kind of market order on OTCs
For the more active online traders that use Etrade Pro, Atrade Apex, MyTrack or similar services that will allow you to route your own orders to the ECN or MM of your choice rather than just relying on the broker's default routing, the answer is yes, you can use any type of market order you want
At least this is my experience, but then again, it really depends on your broker and I haven't used MyTrack or Atrade for quite awhile.
KTF
Here's one more reason to hhhhmmmmmmmm
We now have actual bid support at 0.14
-----------------------------------------------------------
Big question is of course, what will LABS do if/when we reach 0.15 and as I am typing away, the ask became 0.15. And there goes the first trade 0.15. So lets see
But anyway, no question there's something going on here
New Website. At least it is completely new to me
