Nope. No delisting. a simple filing of Form 12b-25, NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING, will grant PTSC an automatic 5 calendar day extension.

After the 5 days has past, the dreaded "E" will be appended to the symbol. OTCBB will then grant a 30 day grace period before delisting to the pinks
