These are all fully documented by Allinder/RFMK right out in the public, law enforcement could step on RFMK at any time, and any 1 of multiple Federal agencies could easily stomp on RFMK on a whim, the crime was already committed, heck, the spokesperson even displayed the illegaly imported drug paraphernalia on national TV, ROTFLOL.

RFMKs outstanding (1685M common shares as of Feb. 15/2013) is now around 85% of the total authorized (2000M), and depending on how many Preferreds still exist (about 12M as of Sept. 30, 2012, & which convert to around 360M common shares), it would seem that RFMK cant be any more diluted, normally at this point a company either files to increase its authorised, or they do a reverse split, with an AS of 2T, I would expect any reverse to be at least 100-1

thumper15 has lied and mislead in so many of RFMKs PRs and investor communications, its pretty hard to beleive anything stated by anyone connected with the operation of RFMK.

BeauBeau, no problem, at the time that RFMK put out the Omicron picures and stated they were pictures of Cannacig, many, obviously including THC, concluded that RFMK was trying to use the well known branding of Omicron and THC to pump RFMK stock and lend credibility to Cannacig, more so, many felt that RFMK was trying to imply that they were working with THC and their technology, thats why THC put out that clarification stating they had nothing to do with RFMK or RFMK sourcing their Omicrons.

As far as THC seeking royalties from RFMK on the Cannacigs, I dont think thats what their ultimate play is here with the Trademark application, Its my personal belief that THCs tactic here is part of a strategy which is pretty different than anything stated on this chat board so far.

On this same note, my sister believes that the court will issue a mixed ruling on this opposition, and it will favor TCH due to stare decisis.

praskavi187, ROTFLOL, RFMK NEVER submitted an application for a Cannacig trademark, the site you are looking at is a site like legalzoom, except they market themselves towards IP law, the information you are seeing for RFMK there in regards to Cannacig, is that they purchased a webpage on Trademarkia on that date as a way to try and claim a common law trademark, its ridicuously expensive and problematic to defend a common law trademark in Federal court, thus why real companies file for real trademarks with the USPTO, now RFMK finds itself in the position of trying to defend their claim of common law Trademark against a company who actually when through to expense and process of obtaining a Federally Registered Trademark, good thing RFMK operators can dilute more shares to try and repair his/their outright lie and blunder in regards to the Cannacig trademark.

Well, as I said before, I believe the Trademark thing is really just a single tactic in a larger strategy by THC, of course, no doubt your Partner, the intellectual Properties Attorney, probably picked right up on it too, much as my Sister, the Attorney, did, personally, I didn't understand it at 1st, and Ive worked with all kinds of IP over the years for my hubbys company, but when my sister explained to me a number of reasons that THC might have done that, and also the many reasons that RFMK might not prevail on their opposition, it made a lot of sense, and the fact is, even if RFMK was the 1st to use the term "Cannacig", it might not be enough once the litigation starts, and she has always warned clients that she does not like taking cases into court, because once there, ANYTHING can happen, 50% of lawyers who enter a court room, walk out having lost their case.

Whats really funny about the restated 2011 RFMK financials that Tom recently filed on OTCmarkets, well besides the obvious accounting mistakes in them, is that after his many claims that the financials where in the hands of the auditors, the 1s he files there are unaudited, ROTFLOL,
