You bet how much that won't be this month
Thin means nothing without support
Another cross-trade between friends in order to get SP at 0,0014
So You say he disclosed BCAP and therefore Dwyer are not involved anymore and it's not true? If so he could be sued. Hard to believe
I was not targeting you in particular
funny also! Always a weekend away from a great news
cross-trade seems over. Now time to put some support or slap the ask. Need to break the 0,002. We see it will move up strongly but we also see the manipulation. So we don't know when
I meant 1,5M
Funny also after hour 2,5M. You spotted it
The positive part, buying seemed organized
Agree! But we know it's not a small player
could be 9,7M from CI holding. For your maths, 168 minus 112 gives ... 56
if you exclude CEO shares and BCAP (returned) you don't have 43M free shares. The 43M were issued to whom?
looks like trades were done for someone and then transfered to his account. For instance the trade at 16:10:29 is a 800000 at 0,0016 plus 255061 at 0,0018
Assuming EXAD bought BCAP's shares, what did they do with those shares?
to be or not to be a scam. That is the question
I think it's time for the famous ask slap that we've never seen
Ok. So we can assume EXAD bought back the 55M in that case. If it were the CEO we would have seen a form 4
can you explain why BCAP filed a form 4 for their 55M shares
Till now I can hardly say you're wrong. CEO has to prove the value very shortly. For the moment, EXAD is an extension of BCAP which is a bad news. Share price is the key
IMHO today is the day. If we don't see a trend reversal, we're done. this will become a BCAP. Hope not
The 55M remaining sold by BCAP. Looks like EXAD did not buy this block
Let's say not illegal. Why filing half of time?
how many days do they have for filing form 4? Still in the dark about the other 55M. Illegal?
management still have to explain what bwas the couterpart. BCAP did not return shares in return of ... nothing. How the remaining 55M shares were bought or transfered. Form 4 says DISPOSITION. So we want to know the counterpart. Not clear and not clean
of these 21M, 15M+ were cross-traded between a group. These were not really selling or buying. As Bane says, only manipulation to bring the stock down. Thought these persons knew SEC has the tool to identify organized groups. This is called Social Network Analysis (SNA). I'll send an email to make sure they track EXAD
I agree! They wanted the stock down. This is a obvious. They know we know. Now, why?
clearly, you're right! Who would sell a $10 block if not to bring the stock down
if this is not them that brougth the stock down then there is a fu...ing problem with half of free float traded yesterday which to me is impossible. No one else holds more than 10M shares.
In that case I would say like you, we were facing manipulation with people selling to each other large block. But if this is the case I know this is something SEC is monitoring with their big data
the question here is: is it better to sell at 0,0001 or 0,0000?
They brought the stock down just for negociation purpose with BCAP IMO. If they are as serious as they seem to say we should head higher in the near term
we have the explaination for the first 6M, the block acquired in the market by BCAP. Now what's up with the 55M
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=71595699&symbol=EXAD
the question is what does recover means in that case. If we don't see a buy counterpart, the 61M disappears. If you remember, when they gave the 55M, we saw a buy and a sell filing.
They recovered, okay, but what was the couterpart? Money? Even if they cancel the shares, I don't understand why we don't see the buy counterpart.
Where do you see it. I just see the BCAP part. I don't see any buying from CEO or EXAD. So I'm assuming they will cancel these shares
I expect exactly the opposite.
they say BCAP returned shares. If we don't see a form 3 or 4 for EXAD, this means they will withdraw themn from the market. No? If not, we have to see a filing either from the CEO or the company
So who sold? Today's volume is half the free float
Sure with BCAP in the landscape we have to be careful
The good part, there is not much room on the downside
Hope you're right
