Got ya. A company with $305 million in sales and has a book value over a buck isnt worth it. Not to mention .75/share value cash on hand. You are so right. Its not worth it at all.
Picked up 10k at .55. I like the odds of the shorts getting burned here. .75/share cash volume. Book value over a buck. BURN THOSE F%^&^%$%&* Shorts.
My thoughts exactly. But I wish them the best of luck with their price target.
This one will be fine. I highly doubt it will ever see .01 or .02. Assets alone here are worth roughly .13 a share. Ill be more than happy to take .05 or .06 though
LMAO. Right. Kodak going to .0001. Whatever
Maybe I can get some .05's tomorrow
3.00 would be sweet. I was here on the last run to .30 It moves easy. Just need a good catalyst to spark a major run
Looking like it may have bottomed out for now.
Looks like it might be time to jump back in here.
Im starting to agree. Way too much selling going on. Im done with it for now.
Jesus Christ. Can you leave a few bids up there?
Im thinking .01 was a misprint. It would be stupid to give shares away at a penny.
Look at what note 2 says
(2)
Calculated pursuant to Rule 457(h) under the Securities Act. The proposed maximum offering price per share represents the average of the high $0.32 and low $0.29 prices of the Common Stock as of January 30, 2012 as quoted by the NASDAQ Capital Market.
I dont think .01 is the average of .32 and .29 but my math could be wrong.
CINN Trying to control the PPS action
I always have bids in lower just in case. You never know!!!!!!
Not dumping today. People just reloading on the bid. Im doing the same. There is still no big reason to hold the stock long term. The company hasnt proven they can become profitable and remain that way. I think it is so funny how people call it dilution or dumping by the company when a stock goes down. Its all good though. Ive got bids all the way down to .25
No need for a R/S. But anyway............................
Nah, They arent dumping big time. This is a trading stock right now, not a holding stock. Until we get some real meat on the bone here, it will remain this way. But no, it is not dilution of epic proportion.
Best post Ive seen on this board in months. And I agree, there is no strong money in this stock at the moment.
Im sure there were a lot of folks taking profits at t he end of the day. I took my profit today. Plus we consolidated pretty good in the .4's today. Its funny how some people dont see it going straight up and they start screaming dilution. Id rather see it consolidate for a day or two then continue up.
I love Jeff, he is hardly ever wrong. The last few times he called SAPX he was right on the money. I am waiting to see if we get some news that will propel this further. SAPX is notorious for 3 day runs and this is day 3 so We will see what happens.
NASDAQ only cares about compliance. They dont care how. But thankx
Thank you clay. Im not always up to date on when these things get released.
A 10-Q is due anytime now I think. We should start seeing some revs from "The Pool Boys", which was a good movie. Yes they only distributed the film, but they average 10-20% per film distributed. It hasnt been released how much the movie grossed at the theaters or how many copies have been sold on DVD, Blu-ray, PPV, etc but I expect $15 mil or so in total sales. We could see anywhere from $1.5 to $3.0 million in revs from that movie. Just my opinion.
These figures are just estimates, Im trying to find actual numbers.
But the budget for the film was reportedly $3.0 mil
Thats a pretty good guess. Im expecting an open around .50 as well. If we get a PR premarket I would expect it to be mid .50's or higher.
Go figure, A reverse split coming. Mark has done a great job screwing shareholders here. After the R/S expect more of the same to come. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.........
Just watched The Pool Boys. Friggin hilarious. Irecommend it to everyone. Excellent quality, great acting. SAPX is the real deal.
You really have no proof of that though. Did you call them and ask or are you just speculating
I know. Every hip hop and rap site and MTV are all in this conspiracy.
Here you go. Ruff ryders record label was disbanded in 2010. LMAO.
Ruff Ryders Entertainment was a record label founded by brothers Darrin "Dee" Dean and Joaquin "Waah" Dean, uncles of producer Swizz Beatz.[1] It operated as a subsidiary of Universal Music Group, and was distributed by Fontana Distribution. The label was disbanded in 2010.

Interesting, your wiki page has been edited. I thought you said it couldnt be
All the websites i sent you links to were all from this month.
Even MTV has DMX linked to UMMG. I guess they are wrong and you are right. Show me where DMX is a current artist on here.

You are wrong. There are plenty of hip hop and rap news sites that have linked DMX and UMMG together. That is undisputed. One wikipedia site is not proof. Anyone can edit a wikipedia page, see link below.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Editing
There are some folks questioning whether or not DMX is actually signed through UMMG. I just want to post some links here showing it is true.

No R/S, they did a 1 for 5 last may
And.....All movie companies produce flops.
It would be nice to get nice meaty PR on Monday morning.
It is my opinion that institutional investors will begin to realize the potential SAPX is building. There are some who say B movies will not make it, but B movies are considered Cult films and they are followed by a breed of people much different than people who go see the typical A movies. The acquisition of Big Jake Music and the assets of David Michery (DMX, Bone Thugs N Harmony, etc) alone will boost the value of SAPX. Nueromancer has the chance to be a blockbuster. Ive read the synopsis and it sounds like a really good movie. The Winter Queen will also be a hit. Too many things here to say SAPX is junk. FAR, FAR from it.
There is a lot going here on SAPX. The pieces are falling into place and now shorts are beginning to worry. I fully expect SAPX to be deserving of a NASDAQ listing very soon.

"In particular, we have made substantial progress in arranging the financing for our upcoming production of 'Neuromancer,' based on William Gibson's landmark novel, to be directed by Vincenzo Natali. We have entered into and expect shortly to close an acquisition of the music assets of David Michery, including the major recording artist DMX, to add to our acquisition of Big Jake Music, which we anticipate closing shortly. We expect major developments in our business in the balance of our fiscal year."
