Outside of the 'perceived' negative aspects of an R/S.. IF the R/S lowers BOTH the A/S and O/S equally,the Value of the company remains the SAME, the pps goes up , your holdings value DOES NOT CHANGE. IF an R/S happens with BOTH the A/S and O/S equally decreased WITH an Up-listing !! This could be a GOOD/GREAT thing... MANY investors stay away form penny and sub-penny stocks... I may bring MORE investors to the party with a very nice increase in pps (IMO)

Of all the postulating here, the most likely case is the simplest... GREED, he's PO'ed at GRDO and is throwing a temper tantrum... IMO

Maybe.. or Maybe he KNOWS that news is being released after the close today and is just jumping the gun... Legal ?? Whatever is up, I THINK it will be good - gr8 for shareholders... Again IMO

Until NEWS.. Everyone that has bought is waiting and everyone that has sold is gone.. ONLY $4K in transactions today.. We are on HOLD until news (or a leak)- IMO

THANKS, I should have done the math... Just looked VERY strange. What does a fill like this mean? 149700 from one seller and 300 from another? OR maybe the 300 was filled from MM Inventory? Just trying to figure out the strange trading patterns.. Any ideas? I'm sure I'm not the only here that needs/would like a little 'training' on the Hows and Whys of MM price 'manipulation'.. Just removing the shares from WEAK hands.... Wish I could double down... Lack of more $$ to invest - several Million shares should be enough to produce a GR8 return (IMO)...

REMEMBER we are T4T, the orders need to be reconciled trade for trade... This appears to have provided great protection coming into the merger (SHORTS have been kept away), but will also allow for a slow and steady PPS raise (IMHO)

Regardless of what we would like to see as far as merger news, "They" may not want the announcement to be completely swallowed up by the current situations making the financial markets a bit shaky. Patience on their part, until the disaster news fades, may be their best move. When they do announce the merger we will still be just a small blip on the financial radar, BUT better a small blip then completely overshadowed by major disaster and world conflict news.

If this was 'Self Imposed' and it appears so(IMO)... We have some very enlightened merger partners !! May bode VERY well for all of us..

AGREED !! Having been through the start-up process myself; GuardDog surviving 2 years in this business environment and looking like a REAL company, with a REAL product, with REAL customers is an accomplishment in itself ! Hold on... We are in for the ride of our lives... (IMHO)

I think so... Timing of a PR release on the 27th of Dec. with planned release of Fin's and TV around Jan. 15th... ANYONE thinking of selling for Tax purposes will miss the window to keep their losses if they attempt to buy before their 30 days are up - Jan 28th). In other words, IF they sell now expecting to re-purchase after their 30 day tax loss windows expires - THEY LOSE !! Stock will be significantly up by then, it may even cost them more than double...IMHO - I'm holding and in for the long run, I think it's going to be a epic ride...UP
