If Madera re-opening is announced, then I think stock would go up exponentially. That means they need more capacity. Very sweet indeed. Maybe that earlier link for the approval for commercial consumption of corn is a forebearer of that news.
Wouldn't doubt some of the after hours trading was some short covering, but they still have many more to be covered. I would really be suprised if there wasn't significant covering and purchasing next two days.
I think many investors were biding their time, and investing elsewhere figuring they had until late March to get back in. Volume will come in next several days.
Don't know why not. If earnings are what we expect, the pps should be well on it's way to breaking several resistance levels.
PEIX - Great info, AF. I am very optimistic and looking forward to Monday!
Thanks,I saw they put that out after hours. I don't think they would move up the earnings release a month to release bad news, do you? Maybe they also want to get theirs out before BIOF, for whatever reason.
Ironic, we were just discussing the earnings release date today.
I won't. I may not post much, but I am here pretty much everyday scouring the posts and checking out the charts.
As always, appreciate all your assistance.
PEIX earnings are scheduled for March 28th. By the way, BIOF earnings, which might affect PEIX via same business, are due March 1st.
PEIX - Augusta, found this on the yahoo board. It is a link to the approval list for a commercial feed licensce for Madera, dated February 9th. Madera is listed on page 7. Seems like this may be a positive sign for possible plant opening soon.

Please check it out and see what you think when you get a chance.
Thanks
Got me some TAT.
Appreciate it.
Thanks. I was in TRID for awhile also. Not in ENER, but may jump in soon.
life43 - have they said when ENER is getting the Q?
Appreciate it. I would think it would a positive, though. I guess the market will tell us.
Yep, I agree. I have been trying to figure out for an hour and a half, and I have not figured out how to evaluate. Should be a positive though.
Thanks
This should be good news, correct? I just can't figure what the fair evaluation should be.
$tockfather, WEST - any idea what this deal is worth to WEST? I have tried for an hour, and I can't figure it out. If it was cash instead of stock, it would be straightforward. BTW, loss for 4Q was (.09) versus analyst estimate of (.13).
I think both are positive, but hard for me to calculate fair evaluation.
Thanks
WEST - anyone able to calculate what the deal should be worth? I have tried for over an hour, and I am not having any luck. BTW, the loss was lower (.09) than analyst expected (.13).
All seems positive to me, but I would like to be able to put a value on it. Thanks
WEST - 30,000 shares pre-market @ .86.....someone wanted to make sure they were in.
IAL - saved this post to my favorites. Can't read it enough. I "know" everything you listed, however, sometimes I lack the discipline to do them. Those are critical tips to protecting and growing your capital. Once your capital is gone, you are done.
No one ever went broke from taking a profit. I keep telling myself this...
Thanks
WEST - jumping in also. Thanks for the heads up, guys.
I checked it out. You make a lot of good points. Let's see where we are next Friday. Don't doubt that Monday will be interesting. I am in around .19, so I don't think I will lose my yo-yo even in a worse case scenario.
If people do lose $, it is not cool to laugh at their misfortune. If you are correct, profit from it, but don't be a smartas* about it.
As far as ATR* is concerned, they have more issues than just being delisted.
I think you cannot judge every stock by what others have done on the OTC. A few years ago, I bought a Q stock for around .03 and it went to 1.78. It was CEMJQ. Look it up. Now, do I think all Q stocks will perform that way, I don't thinks so.
I think each stock needs to be evaluated on it's own merits. Only time will tell how this will work out. All we have now is our opinions. Make your bets.
AF - I will say you buying when the price went down is putting your money where your mouth is. I like DHT as well. Way to stick you your convictions. I believe they will pay off.
BNVI and IAMLEGEND - my take: I think they put the news out on Friday to give investors the weekend to digest the news. If they did pre-market release or during market hours, the panic selling would have been worse, imo.
Think about it, at the current pps, they probably were not going to make a dollar by the deadline in March anyway. Instead of a reverse split, which are typically bad, imo, they decided to go ahead and be de-listed ahead of time. This actually will save them $'s that they would have had to spend to remain listed.
As far as I can tell, nothing else has changed. I would not be suprised to see the pps at least back in the .20's next week.
If the stock tanks early Monday, it could present an excellent buying opportunity.
Btw, Legend, I saw yesterday, you were apologizing about what happened. As several others told you, you do not need to apologize. No way you could have known. Besides, just like I said above, would not be suprised to see it work it's way out anyway. Keep bringing us the tips and the charts like you have. You are doing good work!
Thanks

Trader34, sorry it took me so long to respond, but just now saw your message. Hard to say if it is going to press that high. I believe momentum was squelched when the symbol added the Q, eventhough nothing had changed with their situation. It was trading well until then.
Everyone should have known it was coming, but for whatever reason the appearance of the Q scared many investors out.
I am definitely keeping watch on this one.
Yep. Looks like they are figuring it out. Starting back up.
Not bad for a couple days work!
Nothing changed since yesterday other than Q has been added. May take a little bit for some traders to figure that out, then it should pick the momentum back up it had from yesterday.
TRID - can't remember who brought it to the board, but it is moving.
Your welcome. Good luck to you.
Thanks for the tips, Ray. The one I have really been working on learning better is the charts. The guys on the Orions and Goodfellas board are really good at charting, and will also help decipher the chart for the guys that are learning. I am finding the charts can be invaluable to predicting when to enter and exit. The retracements you mentioned will be predicted by the charts also using the FIB lines.
Very interesting.
BTW, visit the two boards I mentioned above. These guys have really had some good picks, and are straight up with their investing.
Makes sense. I always try to tell myself, if I get out, I can always get back in, but in my mind I am afraid I might miss out on something, so I won't sell. I have missed out on many other opportunities also by having my funds tied up for months.
Going to change that this year. However, I am not selling PEIX for a bit. Poised for a run.
Thanks
I have to do a better job of protecting my capital which involves selling. I am determined to be more disciplined this year and not ride these stocks up and down like a roller coaster.
Appreciate you posting the target prices and when you are entering and exiting the positions. I think that will help me "pull the trigger".
Also, the more I read about the FIB's, the more amazing it is how often they come into play on retracements up and down. Really amazing when you consider this cat lived about 800 years ago...
Based on what I have been learning from you and IAL, the chart seems primed for a run. Wouldn't be suprised to see a 30% + day soon, like FBN today.
Thanks for posting the charts here and your other DD in your other post. It seems like such a winner, I have had trouble selling since I have been in from November.
Good choices for Mods Augusta. You guys have been making a great team for awhile now.
I am still hanging in PEIX and GBG, and bought DHT today. Been a great week so far, looking for a great finish to the week tomorrow.
Buyers are back...1.12's up.
Appreciate it, and thanks for your responses.
