I suspect that Mr.Ehrlich is creating a "perfect storm" of news updates to coincide with the uplisting.
I also think it will more than we expect and catch us all off guard. ;)

This is an excerpt from the NeoGenomics report, page 3.
TP53 NP_000537.3:p.Gly245Cys: At present, there are no approved targeted therapies for TP53 mutations, despite their high prevalence
in cancer. Currently, therapies being tested for p53-related cancers include gene therapy for TP53 and (dendritic cell-based) TP53 vaccines
(Schuler et al., 2014; 24583792, Vermeij et al., 2011; 21541192, Saito et al., 2014; 24982341). Checkpoint Kinase 1 (Chk1) inhibitors have
been reported to enhance the activity of DNA-damaging agents in preclinical cancer models with deficiency of p53 function, and Chk1
inhibitors in combination with chemotherapy are currently being studied in clinical trials (Ma et al., 2011; 21087899). Tumors with TP53
mutations may also be sensitive to the Wee1 inhibitor MK-1775, and clinical trials are currently underway for patients with solid tumors
(Hirai et al., 2010; 20107315, Bridges et al., 2011; 21799033). Additionally, kevetrin (thioureidobutyronitrile) is a novel drug that activates
p53 and may be effective in treatment of drug-resistant cancers with mutant p53. Phase 1 clinical trials are underway with this compound
(Kumar et al., 2012; AACR 2012, Abstract 2874). Numerous additional approaches are being explored in preclinical and clinical setting.
Again,"Additionally, kevetrin (thioureidobutyronitrile) is a novel drug that activates
p53"
Either that statement is true or they need to correct the wording.
Kelt
Refer back to #93829
Kelt
"It says in the Drug Sensitivity section that Kevetrin activates P53"
What part of that are you missing?
Kelt
Yes Bill.Oh and by the way, your zipper is down (again) ;)
Kelt
I read that report and it was stated "Kevetrin activates",not "Kevetrin may activate" .That would indicate that the intended action of Kevetrin is being observed in the clinic.
Unless ,of course, words have no meaning. (with all due respect)

Thanks for your thoughts.Give your wife a hug for me and convey my sadness for your loss.
Yes the snow is deep but our fortitude is deeper :)Last time I had a June snowball fight was when I was 15 on top of Mt.Washington!
We will get "there" my friend.
Kelt
Where have I heard that before? :)
(Hope all is well my friend)
Kelt
Thanks TOB for the PM.Back when I was a regular poster our followers numbered in the low 100's (Remember .54/share?)
Now those #'s have grown about as much as the share price has :)
The number of great 'DD'ers has also grown dramatically and this has to be the most well informed and savvy board of great posters in all of IHub-dom.
I for one am grateful for everyone here as they have all helped me to keep up with things as I continue my recovery (mostly getting out and walking)
This is a great board and I hope it stays this way.
Thanks all,
Kelt
Kind words from a great guy :) (Pass the popcorn would you please)
Thanks
Kelt
You said it better than I,,,but that's why you get the "big bucks" here ;)
And I am just warming the bench on the sidelines for now :)
Kelt
Hey Jock, good to see you here!
(I would ramp up the DD and consider a position much sooner than summer though,IMHO)
Kelt
PS I've been in CTIX for 3 years now and this is my main investment.
Nothing much here in Sebago,Me.Only got 2 inches of snow.(I did, however, shovel 2 ft of snow off the roof to get ready for this "non event".
Kelt
Level 2 showing 3.60/3.62
Already they are playing "the shell game".
Kelt
There,I said it,,,Evil Shorts ;)

The news was only shared with a limited audience at the conference and then several board members who were there shared it with us here. That said, the "news" never really got "OUT" until today's PR over the wires. It was almost as if we had "inside info" for a week!
Kelt
I like your thinking ;)
Kelt
So far so good.Thanks.Seems though that every time I turn around I have another Dr.appt.Had 2 last week and 2 more next week with 3 more in Feb.plus a CT scan. All follow-ups with post surgery checks.Should slow down in the spring. Then hopefully back to annual checks.
I'll fare even better if Leo comes up with a "clutch PR" Tuesday ;)
Hope all is well with you also.
Kelt
Very well said.I agree 100%.
Kelt
I hear you,MT!!!
Kelt
I trust BK as well.Dr.J.went to the conference to do the presentation. The "meeting" had to be compelling enough for him to skip the presentation and spend his valuable time with one "interested party".If it was just an overview, the interested party could have just attended the presentation like every other "interested party" that was there and then have one on one's afterward like everyone else.Dr.J., I'm sure, would not have skipped the presentation (with Leo's blessing) unless the meeting held promise of significant possible results.
Maybe it's just me but in my thinking, most presenters don't usually skip their presentation chasing "wild geese".
Kelt
I can't think of better qualified board members (equally qualified ,yes but better,no)to be our eyes and ears.Thank you, each, for your efforts.
Looking forward to hearing your insights.
Thank you to each of you.
Kelt
I'm not so concerned about the conference itself.I'm looking for the PR before the conference.
Kelt
I don't think the "20 minutes" is "everything" here.A PR with the right news ,then 20 minutes giving a quick overview, and then meaningful "one on ones"in the "smoke filled rooms"afterward. So IMO it's the PR and meetings after the presentation that is where the "magic" will happen.
Kelt
As I said in a previous post
"I don't think trash articles really cause panic selling.I think the article(s) give bigger players an excuse to simulate panic selling ,hitting stop losses and if they are successful and the SP drops enough then panic selling might occur. In most cases it just creates "buying opportunities" and the SP rebounds in time.
As opposed to CTIX,the last time I saw "panic selling" I was watching CL.N
after a negative company PR,not some journalistic article by some hack.Opinions are like A-holes,everybody has one. It's NEWS that drives SP's
up or down, especially with emerging companies."
I don't see this latest attempt lasting or accomplishing anything.
Kelt

Kelt
I doubt it ;)
Kelt
Positive news does not have to be released as immediately as negative news so I beg to differ.
Kelt
I think there is more going on than meets the eye.I also think that Leo has the news and results of the events he was looking for this month.I think, though that, strategically, there is a right time to PR and it is not yet that time.
I believe that this latest PR is just to let shareholders know that things are progressing while saving the actual data and news for a more appropriate time. Also,if there was negative news Leo would be obligated to release it now.All that being said, things are going well and "No news is good news" still applies.
Have a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year"
Kelt
In the "Momentous" PR , Leo said that December will be a Momentous month for CTIX.He did not say that all the news of the "Momentous" events would be released in December. :)
Kelt
Looks like they're not done shaking the tree yet.
Kelt
Thanks Romad.I'm ok now health wise but still trying to get out and walk and get some exercise to get back in shape. That seems to be a longer road than I had hoped but I'm getting there.
Waiting like everyone else for the "Christmas Present" from Leo.I think he'll come through before Christmas.
Hope you are also well and have an excellent Christmas and New Year.
Kelt
I've emailed Leo in the past referring to him as the "Alfred Hitchcock" of CEO's because he is so good at building suspense.
He knows we are all "DROOLING" over the thought of imminent major news and if he has it he will not be afraid to release it around the holidays. It is the timing of the events that he mentioned in his "Momentus"PR that he is at the mercy of.If he has those completed events in his back pocket I would not be surprised to see them released after the Friday close or by Tuesday at the latest.Who knows,he could even release it Christmas Morning as a Christmas present."Gooooood eeeeev'ninnnnngggg"
Kelt
You took the words right out of my mouth.Only difference is bigger bucks and bigger players.
Kelt
Thanks for your thoughts on uplisting and well wishes. You have some very valid points which I am also aware of.I still subscribe to the "Hope for the best and plan for the worst" strategy.I hope you're right though.
It's enjoyable riding this train with you aboard.
Kelt
I'm not "worried" about it.Just making people aware of the possibilities.Myself,I plan to have some "dry powder" ready for it if it happens.
Kelt
The only fly in the ointment that I see is after the uplist. Most of the companies that I've watched uplist experienced a notable decline in the SP as MM's and institutions drove the SP down to buy in cheaper than "retail".If Leo PR's news of a pharma deal or major "value added" news at the time of the uplist, then maybe that would keep the playing field more "honest" and keep the MM's and hedge funds, etc, from playing "Ping Pong" with the SP.
Kelt
Inside joke from a year & a half ago.
Kelt
I wonder if the crew at Dana Farber will upgrade their lunches from PB&J sandwiches to ham & cheese at this point ;)
Kelt
I can do that.(what is the plural form of Guiness anyway?? Is it "Guini?) :/
