Is that so.....well, I was involved with a stock that got suspended at just about the same price KMAG was suspended at....SAE*...that stock WAS a total scam , yet, it still started trading in the greys right around the .01 level and stayed around .01 for months...eventually, it DID go much lower, but never hit .0001...today, over 2 years later @ .0011

All these stories about other stocks immediately going to .0001 may or may not be true, but don't have a thing to do with KMAG.

One thing good about the 10 day period is that it gives some time for the company to set up their plan...although obviously sucks for anyone that was in this for short term swing ..

Yep, just naming the auditor with time estimation would seem to me to be the bare minimum needed NOW.

Now that I think about it, wasn't there supposed to be more coming regarding naming customers with the audit?....Wonder if that really meant actually naming them.

I would highly doubt he'll loosen up, simply because that would jeopardize his integrity with those companies, but the auditing should take care of that for the most part....AND, there are ways of describing things ('top 10 retailer' or something like that) that can satisfy both camps.

I believe if Jeff can pull this out, the manipulation will finally be broken...but , at the expense of whoever sells during the grey period....right now, many are still in shock....bravado stage for some, but reality will set in once on the greys....and it won't be pretty...I'm hoping (but not expecting) for a miracle, but absent that, I will be in the group that holds (and possibly double down by buying more in the greys)...

Why will I hold? Simply because:

1) I always invest with the philosophy that once I push the buy button, the $$$ are gone....so, right now, mentally, I have lost nothing....selling in the greys at some very artificially manipulated very low price is a non-starter for me...but, the idea of doubling down and BUYING these low prices is very attractive..

2) Obviously if something arises showing that Jeff and the company are not what they seem, everything changes....but, at this time, I only see a wrongly accused company and an even greater storyline being born.

Yes, he literally should 'share' our concerns (210 Million & worth of sharing)

With TD Amer, you submit order the same way it is done now online....on some greys (very few, according to reps & online screen will tell you if so), you would have to call in to place order....you will only get the shares if it gets matched up to an exact match of share price and share amount (which you cannot see, of course)

You put your bid in (or ask) and it has to be matched exactly to be filled....you never really know anything other than the trades as they go through

Agree.....time seems to be the only thing we have to go through as long as all comes to pass as stated......I would assume you haven't seen this type of response before simply because most companies suspended were actually scams and many of the principals were trying to disappear, not fight....maybe, just maybe, like many here think, KMAG could be that one exception out of the multitude.

My take is that is all we can ask for at this point....a VERY good start....back 2 years audit and completely standing by all info in released PR's....I like it...
