I like that number for many tangable reasons but with limited info to date, its anyones guess.

Per the information put out in the PR and 8K it stated they have the foundation work finished and the pipelines built to the wharf so being in the industry I would say they are not in full operation yet without the tank farm unless they have a intermodel pipeline sub station on the property as well moving cargo. All IMO.

I am not reading into it to much. IMO those who bought and stayed in today are looking for the aquisition news. Better bang for the buck. The financials got us the attention and the purchase will get us rocking gang!

No change because they will buy the preferred and reissue to new management or private injections IMO which could have its pro's and con's. Hope for buy back of common shares though.

I use TD and at the close I watched the volume hit in the 80 million range, then dropped back to the 70 million range and then back to the 67 million. All within seconds.

Was I imagining seeing the volume spike to 83 million and right back to 63 million at the bell lol?

I am not sure what the reverse merger talk is. I never read anything indicating PPJ was looking into this. If the rumor is true then PPJ would be the shell company which will be bought out by the private company. These deals are bitter sweet and shareholders usually do not know their fait until the transaction is closed and super 8k is posted. A reverse merger is when a private company wants to go public and purchases a listed company on the market in order to gain access to the stock exchanges. It is a cheaper alternative to going through the a IPO channels.

It could happen and thats why I dont throw out the reverse split. They could annouce the merger, let it run for a few days, dillute, and go through wth a reverse split which in turn puts them hopefully on upper exchanges if they take that course. I could also see them just buying out Yeung's preferred shares and cutting him out, then buy back common shares to up list and keep the preferred locked up with the new chinese management and state. All just my opinion of course.
