I would assume that nothing would stop BMOD from analyzing the samples from the enrolled patients the moment they sign up; meaning that the wait could be longer only if it would be a requirement to begin analyzing the data the moment the entire enrollment is completed. Thoughts?
I lost an unimaginable amount of money when restanza did not prove its efficacy point. I m taking back when it was close to a dollar. this is a turd stock
Thinking that in anticipation, the stock should begin to increase gradually. Does anybody think results may actually be announced at the ONE MED forum?
My guess is that data must be good as well, and I m thinking the One Med Forum may lead to the larger institutional investment needed to complete phase III. How much data is there to evaluate exactly if anyone know?
As I had mentioned before, a milestone like this one would have been announced given its importance. Rumors of this completion began almost a month ago with people swearing by it. But of course, they were not completed then. They have just been completed now. How long could this evaluation take? Easily another month in my opinion.
Any comments or deductions from the registration statement filed by BMOD yesterday? ?
Has anyone read the S1 registration statement filed by BMOD yesterday?

For the same reason, it makes more sense to release it while at the forum IMHO. Not only would serve as an echo to the medical community but attract partnerships or investors while at it.
Is anybody planning to attend the onemed forum conference @ the Roosevelt in NYC?..I'm thinking on going.
Yeah it is so much fun..almost like a national pass time ...(giggles)..
I don't think so. I don't think BMOD pays any promoters.
The promoters are Biomedreports, Toonice, Michael Vlaicu, and a few other racoons out there..those ones will have a blast with this one report after report..
I don't know if any of you ever followed VRMLQ ( VRML now ). Vermillion was trading at 0.01 cent and I believe it already had filed for BK. The only product in their pipeline at the time was OVA1, a blood test that could help a physician evaluate the likelihood of a woman's ovarian mass is malignant. Well, the test won FDA clearance, and the stock rose the next day, which was a Friday to over $1.00. Within weeks the stock reached the $34.00 mark. Yes, not a typo, $34.00.
Is there anybody in this group familiar with VRML? While the technical aspect and statistics ( which was the case of VRML as well ) would never support that kind of price, I would assume that there is an intrinsic value associated to it. Could this actually happen to BMOD?
Nobody can afford to hold that long in the first place. It is not the extra 2 or 3 weeks of holding, it is the over a year delay on top of it.
Rainmaker, what price do you expect it to hit if the results are 100% positive?
It would be great if a link to that response would be submitted. So far, there is no validation of such, at least publicly. BTW I am long on BMOD, however, credibility has been affected
Since when is the Yahoo Board a "reliable" source or a confirmatory entity. Nothing, and I can't address this enough, states that the 44 samples are in. Matter of fact, I have sent out emails to the investor relations department, placed calls to John Cousins to call me back over the last few days and no avail. These results are not in, unless publicly disclosed. This is material information and trust me, Biomoda would have announced it.
Nobody, I repeat, NOBODY has confirmed that the 44 samples are in yet. This is some rumor started in Yahoo, and such implied received email response has been deleted. I like to hear information straight out from the source, and I have placed calls to BMOD and so far nobody has gotten back to me. So let's not say that the 44 samples are in, that is just misleading investors.
We can all repeat over and over, post and re-post articles regarding the "amazing" technology. The bottom line remains the same: If the results are positive, then, and only then this stock will go up. If not, this will tank. Period. In the meantime, the fact that Mr. Cousins is delaying the results time and time again, only makes it suspicious.
Who says those samples have been completed. BMOD estimated completion by this date, but there is not confirmation that they have been done.
I had placed a call to John Cousins yesterday, and he is supposed to call me back. I had mentioned to the assistant that it is absolutely maddening the way that this has been handled. It is OK and understandable to be delayed, but NOT time and time again. These results have been anticipated since last year, then delayed to December, then on the One Med Forum it was projected for February-March, then upon the obtaining of Financing it was said within 2 months. Certainly something very unsettling going on.
I expect BMOD to reach that upon positive Phase II data..
Though there s been some sell of, it s been on a very low volume. MM's are hoping this is taken as bad news, when it is the complete opposite. BMOD did not have the funds to complete their studies and may have been hanging due to such important factor; hence the statement " now we can accelerate the process by engaging several clinics to provide the sputum samples" so they are not bound to collect from just one site which may have agreed to do so in a collaborative basis only. So now they have the funds to go out and finish it, not too mention that it gets them into a much leaner position debt wise..
Under most circumstances reports like this one could have a negative effect on the stock price. However, in this instance I could not imagine this being taken as negative news. I actually would be preoccupied if they would not have obtained they funds. Secondly, Cousins is surely lining up all his ducks so when FDA approval time is due, he would not have to deal with complete response letters addressing that a longitudinal study is needed or additional trials are required. Look at what happened with CTIC. This should be taken as good news in my opinion. Like someone said in a previous post, there must have been a pretty compelling story in order for BMOD to have raised that amount of cash by an institutional investor. Tons of DD goes into that, and that clearly paints the picture.
I don't know if investors will want risk selling at this point. Everybody knows that companies could be off by a few days or even weeks. Would be a tough one to sell and miss out on the announcement...
Can anyone come up with a valid and reasonable idea for the pps if results are positive?
