I agree with you Bulldog.
At this point the last press release should have given the name or given the reason the name was not released yet.
re Release of the name of the drug store chain
My guess is he is not allowed to release the name of the drug store chain. Most of the large companies have very strict guidelines for vendors. The timeline does not surprise me at all. Landing a BIG national chain takes time and work and once the agreement is made, actually getting on the shelves takes a very long time in most cases. Getting the dates from the drug store is a milestone and i'm glad he PRd it.
I agree that having verifiable proof would be ideal but its likely YS is not able to divulge that at this time.
GL to all longs
Thank you Mr Hudson and Mr Greenfield
I'm looking forward to further updates in the filings.

Example for you..investigation of abusive short selling..
(To my knowledge, the SEC has never specifically investigated a company due to naked shorting, nor has there ever been a prosecution of a broker, market maker, etc. of naked shorting. If you have evidence to the contrary, please present it.)
WOW GREAT NEWS!!!
Duane Reade are everywhere in NYC and very busy places. Not to mention many are open 24hrs/day!
Fantastic work IMO by the company to get this listing.
GLTA
Thank you for posting this.
It seems to me this is confirmation that things are moving along. Does anyone interpret this differently?
A company can also restrict stock from a buy back.
If 8000Inc has been buying back shares as promised it may be converting these to restricted shares to finance this deal.
Privatization can be very good for shareholders depending on the offer price for our shares...
Basic definition from Investopedia: The process of making a public company private is relatively simple and involves far fewer regulatory hurdles than the private to public transition. At the most basic level, the private group will make an offer to the company and its shareholders. The offer will stipulate the price the group is willing to pay for the company's shares. Once the majority of the voting shares have accepted the offer, shares of the company are sold to the private bidder, and the company becomes privately held.
The biggest obstacle in this process is getting the acceptance of a company's shareholders, the majority of which need to accept the offer in order for the transition to be completed. If the deal is accepted by the shareholders, the company's buyer will pay a consenting group of shareholders the purchase price for each share they own. For example, if a shareholder owns 100 shares and the buyer offers $26 per share, the shareholder will receive $2,600 and relinquish his or her shares. There is a large benefit to this type of transaction for investors, as the private group usually offers a substantial premium for the shares compared to the current market value of the firm.
You may be right...one could interpret the latest filing from Hudson as suggesting Leo may not have liked the original offer.
From Randy to Leo:
"... but I know and can state that your every action was and is taken to benefit DMS and its shareholders."
Sounds like something you might say after rounds of negotiating where one party may have 'walked away' temporarily.
Time will tell.
footnote clarifies in the related FINRA NTM
Notwithstanding the SEC's adoption of Rule 204, the provisions of NASD Rule 3210 continue to be necessary to provide regulatory coverage for fails to deliver in non-reporting over-the-counter equity securities that pre-exist the SEC's implementation of temporary Rule 204 in September 2008. Thus, FINRA has adopted NASD Rule 3210 with minor changes as FINRA Rule 4320.
hmmm...
"We are confident that any negative impact relating to these events will be mitigated immediately by the steps we have taken and mechanisms to be announced."
A pretty bold statement by the CEO..puts what is left of his credibility on the line. Maybe he is referring to the NSS forced cover?
From a FINRA perspective with regard to requirements to close out FTDs under new rule 4320, "immediately" means about 2 weeks...
Finra: "For example, with respect to the requirement that participants "immediately" close out a fail to deliver position by purchasing securities of like kind and quantity, the SEC has clarified that "immediately" should be interpreted to mean that close out is required no later than the morning of the fourteenth business day. Likewise FINRA expects that, under FINRA Rule 4320, firms "immediately" close out fail to deliver positions no later than the morning of the fourteenth business day."
We shall see.
I got a .005 dividend today
I imagine it is an error given the late cancellation yesterday adn will be reversed out of my accout.
I think they are waiting until the new rule becomes effective (10/15).

This time: 3 min to fill 5000 at .18 ask with HDS

Great update today from Montanna!
I bought in day after the big run. Been adding since on dips. Very appreciative of the honest DD provided by the investors here.
Stain Gone video
i agree. I love this video. I have played it several times over just because that music draws me in and the various scenarios are very compelling.
product name
ctw, i completely agree on the issue of the name. For a while there i thought the company was starting to emphasize "1000+" vs. "winning colours" which i felt was much more true to the the value prop of the product.
Skunk says: 10Q due out Monday

Pawtucket store
Hi Scup. Yes! I've been there now three times to stock up on WC. Last time I was there they had the large bottles. The store owners continue to recommend it. My father in law who i introduced to the product commented "works like nothing else!". So, I gave him one of the large bottles I had bought.
I'm running out so I'll volunteer to order on line at 10pm one of these days.
WC success on chocolate ice cream stain
Last night my son told me he had spilled chocolate ice cream on the couch. He also told me he rubbed it in to try to remove it(yikes). It's a brand new couch(delivered 2 weeks ago) and its white!
I ran downstairs. As i did my son followed me saying "are you going to use winning colours?" lol.
Winning colours concentrated plus ample water and the stain is gone. Great product. GLTA.
Hi Scup..Update on my Winning colors testing...
My latest tests...
cleaned the permanent marker off my hands
cleaned stainless appliances beautifully
Im trying it now as an alternative laundry detergent. my son has mild eczema and we're seeing if it will improve his condition. the clothes are coming out beautifully(whites and colors). I will let you know in a few days if there's any change in his skin. currently we use the 'hypo-allergenic' brands of laundry detergent.
Have recommended it to a friend at work and gave her a bottle to try. she plans to invest. she's also recommending it to her sister who owns a small cleaing company
Im out of the product now so will be shopping tomorrow for more. Back to the store in RI to see if they did get the larger bottles.
Have a great weekend.
I'm still here Taki. Acculating and holding. In it for the long haul.GLTA.
How I found out about WC
A family member told me about it. he buys it at Humphrey's and has been an investor for a long time. I bought my first shares in October based on his recommendation. I'm accumulating gradually as funds become available.
I can hardly believe this much time passed before trying it myself. I work FT and weekend after weekend would go by with good intentions to buy some but it just wasn't happening.
Finally I got out there. My incentive was to try to avoid having to re-carpet that room(and boost sales of course).
WC beats every carpet cleaner I've ever tried including steam cleaning.
Im sorry, all you asked was how i found out about it....i hope i answered your original question!
Father in law
oh yes, I bought 5 bottles for a reason. He's got one in his pocket. For the first time in my married life i'm able to give my mother-in-law a cleaning tip. feels good!
Thanks Scup!
Yes the store in Pawtucket I went to is on the locator - Hanna's color center on Central Ave.
I keep going back into the room that *had* the stained carpet. I keep expecting the stains to re-emerge like they do after steam cleaning. I really can't believe this stuff. I brought my father-in-law into the room and he said the carpet looked like new....for a guy to notice...that says something
GLTA !
Great Video Scup
I bought my first bottles in a little Ben Moore store in Pawtucket yesterday. Guys at store new about the product and spoke very highly about it. They only sold the small bottles. i bought 5. Asked them if they would stock the larger bottles and they said they planned to.
Im cleaning my house today. I'm trying Winning Colors on everything. So far, going great. Saved a carpet that I thought was gone - had so many stains. I was absolutely blown away.
So far i can throw away, and never buy again:
oxy clean (for carpet stains)
Mr Clean magic eraser for cleaing white trim and doors
hard wood cleaner (murphys)
WINDEX! cleans glass beautifully. when i use WC with a paper towel it seems there is less lint and streaks.
I also used WC to clean the tray under my refrigerator ice dispenser that had lime build up. Did an amazing job - very quick -better than anything else I've tried.
still lots to do but I am a convinced shareholder and consumer.
JUST COPY AND PASTE.
1) Now that you have reached a great milestone with your IDS on Pinksheets and the STOP
sign gone, what would be the next step there? What are those steps? Are you planning to take any of them and when?
Would that include filing 1/4rly reports of some kind? Tib
2) Is there any way we can get some info or stats about the success of 'The Wine Ladies' and NASCAR in generating awareness and sales of product? So far I don't believe we have heard anything that would give us an idea if the company has benefited from these relationships.
3) As stated in a PR, there is talk again about an NA that will be announced surrounding the DRTV ad. Do we have the official agreement from the US NA at this time, are we hoping we can announce it or is the "ball still in their court"?
4) Eric are you planning any R/S for the year 2010?
5) How will you accomodate on-line transactions for the winning colours stain remover product after the DRTV commercial airs and will you also use the opportunity to showcase other Winning Brands products such as Kind and Clean1 on the web-site.
6)
I have a question for the board - just looking for opinions. don't you think the company website should be getting an upgrade to support on-line traffic from the DRTV and marketing push?
GLTA
Olie (new investor, trying to accumulate asap)
I hear ya. hopefully just impatience selling. I'm gonna wait this out until news of a signed contract.
oxi clean without success
