I would speculate that he had to pump as part of the deal (raised AS from 500M to 3.5B) or someone had to pump (paid pumper)for him. Now there might be a few MMs with some shares to unload. That may be why this won't go up even (like today) when it should. Keep the faith. I think MMs will run out their GLOB of shares and this will go up(providing Bill doesn't raise AS again).

Well I have other investments and a good job with a 401k but that's beside the point right? I think Bill is working hard and his team is working hard. Heck if they don't pull a rabbit out of their hat they don't win either. We just have to give them the benefit of the doubt at this point. I don't consider this an investment right now but more of a speculative gamble. If this company gets some sales going and become profitable then the pps may reflect that and I can look at owning shares as becoming an investment. In the meantime I'll pick up a few American Silver Eagles as I can and hide them under my pillow. And, if the price is right I'll add a few FITX shares too.

I'll agree. They sure diluted the h&ll out of this. Kind of like ordering a Taco Johns Santa Fe Bowl and getting all black beans. Not good. But...they've got a business to grow and it ain't gunna happen without bending a few investors over.

Looking a little bleak out there. I think revenue grew a little but not where shareholders would like.
I think these guys still need to execute a good marketing plan. Does anyone else think this is missing? Once a world wide marketing plan gets put into play revs could grow. And I'm not talking about posting a few pics on facebook.

I doubt this stock will see .03 cents again without a huge RS.
I'll still bet on the guys for awhile. You can bet they aren't going to just let shareholders get rich without some major risk. MMs seem to be holding it down but they are also holding it up. Not letting it go to trips.

You answered your own question. Yeah...they raised AS without our knowledge and MMs start unloading when the fluff PR hits. Usual game for pinkies.

My scenario? I'm still here but I don't own quite as much as I used to. I think I can replenish my stockpile in this price range. I'm still "bullish" on FITX but I'm sort of used to the "bull" side of pinkies. Hey! I'm still learning.

I would say that as part of his deal to raise AS (MMs are part of the deal because shares have to be sold to someone to raise capital) he has to PR something so MMs can unload the "raised" AS.

Look at the Nevada SoS site. It has all the info you need to see that AS was raised back in May so that technically the CEO is right...everything is the same as of June 10. Now does that make it OK that he has raised AS every month now by about 400M???? Maybe. He has purchased a few businesses with those shares. I think he is working hard but he is also making shareholders take on much. Which might be OK in the long run.

WHAT HAPPENED!!! I stepped out for a few minutes and whammo. Maybe I'd better just start picking up the cheapies.

Looks like there's quite a bit of net loss. Not the worst I've seen for a pinky. Probably typical for a new and growing company.
Also, it looks like several financial groups started liquidating their debt holdings in March; which has pretty much killed the stock price (if anyone thinks .005 is bad compared to .025 which I thought this stock should be at).
Granted, increasing AS to 1.4 billion never helps a shareholder but it sure helped keep the lights on.
I guess I'll hold unto my dividend shares. Give Bill & Jeff another year (if my wife will let me).

Good news! This is has been a key part of their plan that was missing for me (marketing/sales team)and I was concerned. Now that I see they are developing this part of the business I will feel comfortable in buying a few more shares. Musclepharm is really getting some good pps action since I first started watching FITX. Good move Bill!
