Your conclusion is not reflected in LUV's most recent public filing ... therefore ... kindly supply us with a LINK to support that "conclusion".
And that's because "they" are too dim-witted to do any REAL DD with respect to this wonderful giant GEM of a company.
Utterly amazing. This is presently one of the hottest stocks in America ... and only 22 people are following this message board.
In order to continue its spectacular growth, Southwest will simply have to sxpand its operations to foreign destinations; and in order to do so, it will have to invest in a small fleet of new widebody aircraft, such as the Airbus A380 (just like WestJet, Canada's second largest airline, is now doing); which is approximately $410 Million a copy.

Therefore, the company is going to have to ACQUIRE some other, non-airline company, with a tremendous net free-cash-flow, that's capable of generating hundreds of millions of dollars per year... from the very moment that it's acquired. A company that has a mountain of retained earnings, as well as ample depreciation write-offs that can be transferred to Southwest's balance sheet ... all in preparation of a "shopping spree" for all those shiney, new A380's.
I've hung his picture on my wall ...

A little ‘DD’ for those who might be ‘looking ahead’…:
Southwest presently has a market capitalization of $28.11 Billion.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=LUV+Key+Statistics
And it has $1.35 BILLION of CASH, and $1.8 BILLION of short-term “investments” on its current balance sheet
https://finance.yahoo.com/q/bs?s=LUV+Balance+Sheet&annual
And only 691 Million shares outstanding:
http://www.gurufocus.com/term/Shares+Outstanding/LUV/Total+Shares+Outstanding/Southwest+Airlines+Co
Of equal, if not primary importance, is the fact that Southwest’s stock, has experienced dramatic recent price-growth; rising above $41.00 per share after a period of stagnation which lasted from 2010 through 2013, when it traded in the $9 to $12 range.
This is immensely important because it means that any proposed acquisition, paid for with either all stock, or a mix of stock and cash, would be far cheaper to do today then it’s EVER been since 2010.
Indeed, if all stock were to be used as payment in some ‘modestly-priced acquisition, then the acquisition-cost would, literally, be $0 … thereby constituting --- for all practical purposes --- an absolutely FREE deal for Southwest!
MAKE NO MISTAKE, A COMPANY THAT HAS A SOARING SHARE PRICE, USES THAT 'INCREASED VALUE' AS THE 'CURRENCY' WITH WHICH TO ACQUIRE OTHER COMPANIES!
Here is the man ... and now is his time.

Anyone here read any recent article(s) or 'rumour'(s) about another planned acquisition by Southwest? A MAJOR acquisition in light of its efforts to expand internationally?
Wonderful "DD".
It's going to the very same place that all the others in his pig-stye have previously gone ... to .0001/.0002.
So WHO CARES?
An ACQUISITION is enroute!
Congratulations. Just in time for the approaching holidays.
I strongly suspect that the "finale" is not yet here. Bobbie and his crew are still holding a mountain of HRDN stock that they're frantic to unload on unsuspecting rubes.
I strongly suspect that --- eventually --- they'll begin to gather here.
Pleasant holidays to you ... and always remember ... "you could have had a V8" ... or $10,000 of FaceBook.
It's a perilous journey to become a cynical trader, and wisdom is only slowly (and very painfully) obtained.
So be well, and keep learning to be vigilant ... and most importantly, in ALL your future trading: "DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE".
IMO ... it was all brought about by that combustible mix of hubris, arrogance and stupidity. He could have raised the A/S to 1 or 2 Billion and no one would have had a problem with such a move. But no, he chose 30 ... a number so stunning that even gold miners in Cameroon wouldn't do.
And now, he's going to pay the piper.
To Meadow: Bravo!!!
I agree with you. Bob's got balls. But FINRA's got hatchets.
Bob (and his crew) needs to be VERY careful in moving forward from now on.
What may well happen here will beat the devil out of television.
Yeah, I'm 'Old School'. It turns you into a cynic after a while. That's how I've managed to keep my account from being blown-up by every snake-oil-selling-would-be-CEO-creep-with-a-vision-but-no-revenues-or-products-or-employee ... who just so happens to stumble across my path ... waving his ticker at me.
There are a thousand stories in the 'Naked City'. THIS is a street called HRDN.
I like you Meadow. You're a cynic. EXACTLY what one should be ... in this shithole called to OTC.
I respectfully beg to differ with you. It's not "strange" at all. In fact, it's the SOLE remaining way (on the OTC pink sheets) in which your capital can be actually stolen from you. And it's all entirely legal.
So get mad ... and then get wise. And if you can't summon up the courage to get wise ... then consider what a wonderful Christmas you could have given your family if you had spent that "$5K, or $10K, or $15K, or even $25K" on THEM as opposed to CEO Bobbie and his crew ... as well as all the so-called "swell folks" over at e-Turd (who are no doubt giggling about the terrible situation that you've made for yourself... AND your FAMILY).
A truly mind-boggling question ... now ... some several WEEKS after the R/S took place.
Nice analysis. Very nice indeed.
At least you are no longer stating that you're now going to load up on .000l's in order to average down your loss.
And bravo to you for that wise decision. It shows that you are starting the painful process of protecting your remaining capital.
Any information contained in the introduction area of a message board is put there by one of the moderators ... so in order to have it deleted, you'll have to either convince one of the moderators to remove it ... or become a moderator and remove it yourself.
P.S.: No doubt that Bob would also like to see that warning disappear. He probably never imagined that it would be so prominently placed on this board. Pay-back is tough, eh?
Yours is a very excellent observation. I am absolutely dumbfounded that anyone could lose "$14K or $15k or $25K" on the stock of an 'imaginary company' that has a checkered past of multiple reverse splits, and is $8M to $10M in debt, with a mind-boggling A/S of 30 Billion shares.
It simply strains the imagination. How on earth can people with such money be lured into simply THROWING it all away?
Pray ... tell us how you did it.
Amen! And this is just a tick or two away from yet another R/S.
Kindly note that I take no personal pleasure in 'correcting' a trader ... ANY trader. However, if scum like Bob and his crew are ever to be stopped, then message boards like this one is the very best place to start.
It's very gratifying to see so many people here waiting ... just waiting ... to tell the next group of traders/suckers just what went on here. And THAT'S the way in which to stop Bob and his crew from perpetrating their scam yet again.
As of now, and knowing that he's still holding almost 30 BILLION shares that he wants to dump, any continued action on his part will require ANOTHER R/S ... and that will bring him ever closer to sanctions by FINRA. And because HRDN is now an MJ-related stock, he will have to VERY carefully watch what he says in any PR ... or the SEC will step in and suspend the trading of this ticker.
Bob is now toast.
I'd hate to be Bob.
Be honest with us (and most importantly, yourself, Miss M). Exactly WHERE would HRDN have to 'RALLY' to (i.e., post R/S) in order for you to exit this trade without a loss?
THAT particular price point will determine whether or not you have learned anything as a result of having been here.
I mean you no personal disrespect ... but I'd wager that you have not yet made that computation. And if that is true, then you really don't have any further right to post here.
I truly feel you. Resolve to learn a very painful lesson from it and you'll become a much wiser trader as a result.
Oh he'll get it. Even before the e-Turd folks get their shares.
There's a morale here somewhere.
Greed. Absolute BLIND greed.
On a ticker with a 30 BILLION A/S??? I don't think so.
No, it's not ... and you (with your 1200 plus follow-marks) know why.
Very correct BillyT
Gone. Thanks for the memories.
Perhaps ... but put your in billytbone's shoes. Who would have listened to him during those heady days ... when the collective chumps here KNEW that it was gong to 80 CENTS???
You are the ONLY trader's opinion that I respect here.
So I will say nothing in light of your comment.
You unmasked Bob's evil scheme many weeks ago ... and all who remained received a rude surprise..
Please know that REGARDS are in order to you!
I only wish that you had been active in three or four other trades that I'm now active in.
Group-think is a "mother".
