They're all over at the Yahoo message board where they belong.
When they become free trading, more often then not they are sold immediately. Whcih of course means they become part of the float. Thus diluting current shareholders pps. This is good news.
What do you think the float is? 85M-95M?
Not could be what's happening......IS what's happening.
Which is his SOP.
He's done the same thing on ZENG and MDGC.
WOW! It's about time.
I've been in meetings all f'ing day. This is the first chance I've had to check in.
I'm sure it's already been said, I haven't read all the post, if/when we break the .011 it could be a very nice XMAS/HH.
Great patience and great MB support. I was starting to run low on fingernails.
Head & Shoulders formation?
We have the left shoulder and the head completed. The left shoulder bottomed out around .04. What did it close at today? Why it's .04 of course. If it consolidates for a day or two and then bounces we will have a little confirmation.
The right shoulder should peak in the .07 range. If you want to take a shot, get in at the LOD early next week. Easy 50% gain if in around .04 and out at .06. Your thoughts? GLTA.
Got it, thanks for clarifying.
I forgot about that .006 support from the 52wk low.
How is this stock just 3 months old?
Bid back up to .0075 w/ ask .0077
The numbers are off. PK Sheets has the OS listed as 720M shares. So does the Cohen report. I thought the TA was gagged, so he is just making numbers up? Have they been buying back shares? The 60M float I believe.
You should have hired a more competent babysitter.
I still don't see a death cross happening.
If it does happen, how would we be fine afterwards? A death cross is indicative of a "bear" market and the start of a downward trend.
All we have to do is break the resistance at .011 and it should run.
I almost forgot what green looked like. Of course its already gone. At least it's trying to turn green.
It was all just one transaction?
The last time it hit .008 the LOD was .0079.
It dipped a little lower this time. But, until we close under .008, we still have it as support. A lot of trading still left in the day.
Double Bottom formation?
If we bounce well off this .008 again and break through the .011 resistance, we may just have it.
The last time this closed @ .008, the next day saw a 20% gain.
If we have a good day Tuesday, I don't think we will test this area again. If it doesn't have a good bounce tomorrow then.......?
Well it held at .008, I don't think it will be tested again. I would still like to see volume over 20M.
This price action is so screwy, conventional wisdom goes right out the f'ing window.
I said it might test the .008 again, I don't think it will drop to .005. But if the .008 support fails, then yes it will be much lower than .005. So far it's holding. I hope it stays that way. Volume looks good.
Yes, there's solid support at .01 and additional support at .008.
After that, since there's no moviing average underneath to save it, things could get very ugly. I thought we would test the old 52wk low of .006. For the most part we did, it just stopped at .008 and had a good bounce. It may test the .008 again, if it holds we are in business. If it closes under .008 we are screwed. This week should be very telling (hopefully).
I don't remember saying that it will go to .000's, did I?
I'm stating that if the support fails, there's not much to keep it from falling further and faster. The .008 is the last line of defense.
I don't think a 50/200 death cross is going to form. The 100/200 are a little too close for comfort. But, any signs of life will turn that 50.
The 50ma would have to dive down in the short term. The 50/100/200ma's have been moving sideways between .02-.04 range since September. So it would have to be a drastic move. I think it has hit bottom at .008.
However, that may be tested again. If that support doesn't hold then there's nothing stopping it from going to the .000's.
Is the TA gagged?
Next week could be a big week.
IR said they thougt the selling would continue until Thanksgiving. They stated the suspected seller was from an old shell company. How many shares does the seller have? There's no way to tell, which is what troubles me.
Pinksheets listed the AS as 1B shares, with an OS of 720M shares. With a float of only 10M shares? Really? Ouch! Most of the other websites I looked at, Yahoo, Zacks, TheStreet, MotleyFool, etc., all had the OS listed at under 20M shares. Where, when and too whom did the new 700M other shares go?
The volume the past couple of weeks has been well over 100 million shares. Before that, volume was lucky if it was in the 10-20M share range for a week. So obviously there's a huge seller. We just don't know how many shares they have, or if in fact they are the only seller. That is if you believe IR. With all of the great potential the company has, why is someone selling that many shares? Is the selling engineered to keep this down? Then there's the fact that we just came off a head & shoulders pattern. A run is definitely in the future. It's just a question of when.
Next week could be a big week depending on what happens. Again, that is if you think IR is shooting straight. GLTA
That would be the pumping brush off reply I didn't want. But, thanks any way.
This won't move until we see actual numbers of subscribers.
This is no longer the work of MM's, they had their fun the past couple of weeks. The buy volume is great, the price isn't moving because there are 720,000,000 OS shares. Most sites still listed the OS at 19M shares. Until interest peaked, nobody knew they issued so many shares recently.
PSC hasn't put out an email on this since early October. If you follow PSC you know the effects of their pumping lasts at most 2 weeks. PSC has no affect on this right now, positive or negative (PSC selling their shares).
The only way this will move is with sustained volume over 20M a day. I sold out a few weeks ago, but have kept this on the radar. I'm still not seeing anything that will make this move. I know the sell volume is low, but this smells of a pink selling into the PR's. Which raises the question (again) about the 250,000,000 of AS that haven't been issued. Real thought in reply please, not pumping brush off. Thanks.
Scam?
Who cares? It's all about the 3g's.
Get in

52wk Low
All the good news and it's not even double the 52 week low of .006, this is ridiculous. Good luck everyone. I'm gone.
Brown pants!
I'm about to have a wardrobe malfunction.
make it a hat-trick
Closing green?
If we end green it may only come in the last hour. Which is fine. Given the trading action last week, any close green, no matter how much, is a small victory. IMO
10 minutes
and a golf club behind closed doors with any MM. All I want for X-mas.
You're stupid for thinking we hang on to this until the run is over. Who taught you how to play pinks?
i don't care about your wallet, i care about mine.
bid .03 ask.04
.024 on a ask of .0285

I am writing to you to make note of a defrauding practice that is currently
occuring within our securities markets. This is, namely, the manipulation of
stocks on the Over the Counter (OTC) market.
Currently, the Market Makers in these markets are charged with making orderly
markets, and with smoothing out trade flows in order to allow for the timely
execution of orders to purchase and sell stocks. To this end, they are allowed
by the SEC to sell shares that they do not own, in order to buy them when the
shares are more avilable a short time later. In theory, this makes for fluid,
orderly markets that do not have unusual price spikes or dips due to momentary
halts in the fluidity of the stock.
The practice of the Market Makers though, has abused this ability, and is
causing the loss of many investment dollars. The MM's (Market Makers), because
they can control both the flow and the price of a stock, have gotten into the
habit of running the price of a stock up, selling millions of naked shorted
shares to the public, then artifically forcing the price of a stock down in
order to cover their shorts at a heavy profit. To do this, they often force the
price of the stock up or down at times when the stock should not be moving in
the direction that they are forcing it. A good example of this is the stock for
the Aspen Group (Symbol: ASRG). ASRG is in the natural gas exploration and
sales industry. Recently, they announced record earnings that went up by more
than 600% from the previous year time period, and record profits that went up by
more than 100%. In the face of such incredable news, the stock was forced down
to less than half it's original value in less than !
!
three months, with nothing to cause this decline save for manipulation of the
stock price for the gain of the MM's. I believe that if you check closly ito
this company, you will see the stock price declining in the face of heavy
positive demand over supply for the stock.
A quick search of the OTC stocks will reveal many manipulative practices, some
of which include:
1) The stock requiring an extremely heavy volume on the buy side to be moved
up, but a volume of less than 1/10 in comparison on the sell side to be moved
down.
2) The stock price of a stock declining daily in the face of heavy buying
pressure.
3) The MM's creating artificial volume in a stock by trading amongst
themselves, but reporting these trades in the volume of the stock.
4) The stock price moving either up or down for no apparent reason.
5) Stocks that have millions of shares sold more than the parent company has
issued. (The MM's have naked shorted millions of shares out of thin air without
covering, creating an artifully depressed price in the stock.)
Currently the SEC does not have any rules in place to govern the amount,
reporting, or time limit of short selling by the MM's in the OTC markets. Given
this the MM's have free reign to manipulate a stock all they wish, without fear
of reprocussion. I personally have no problem with the MM's doing a small
amount of short selling in order to insure daily fluidity in trading, but I
believe that there should be laws or rules that state that they are not allowed
to keep a short position for a long period of time, in addition to rules
limiting the percentage of shares that the MM's can short, in addition to a
resonable set of reporting practices that allow the public to see the number of
current shares shorted in an individual stock. It is the ability to hold a
short for weeks or months that is leading to this predatory manipulation and
defrauding of millions of dollars from the hands of the small investor.
