I was happy to be able to get my position back down in the .0023 range instead of the .0070 average I had before last weeks run. I love this company but it was painfull riding it down from .06 since December and averaging down as it went down.

I am more than comfortable with my holdings now and it let me add to my SDVI holding with the "gravy" in preperation for it's run..

Please keep in mind that this isn't just a straight forward residential land line. My guess is that they will have a phone "system" which includes Voicemails to be programmed, lines to ring out and wires to possibly be "punched down", etc.

Throw in the possibility that its a VOIP system and now you have to have your newtwork up and running before the phones will work.

This isn't like when you move to a new house and you just plug in, it takes time. Trust me I have had to do this several times and it may take weeks to get their new system up and running correctly.

Cells would be the only option for now since this is a new location, IMHO.

Unless my E-trade pro Level II is messed up this morning. We have ARCA sitting at .01 on the bid for a huge block and it has been there since before open.

My e-trade shows a close of .01 (last ordered processed at 4:03 for 100K)

No offense, but I won’t be filling a complaint with the SEC which would do NOTHING.

I got scammed even while being told he (Morales) has done this over and over so I will man up, take my medicine and move on. I expected a Nova Chemical type trade (trading a $1 when they were purchased for $6 per share back in March) but ended up getting scammed.

Trust me I am sure that people WAY SMARTER than me fell into this too so no worries here.

Besides, if you and others truly want to “shine a light” on Morales and his dealings then you need to move it off this and other boards and take it National in my opinion.

I can see the headlines now:

“Morales dances the night away with Supreme Court Justice while robbing investors blind”

“Morales dances away with investors money”

Maybe he can get slot on Dancing with the Stars after he gets out of jail.

My biggest problem is not with Morales but with their financial advisor who HAD TO THIS DEAL COULD NOT HAPPEN since they represented both parties.

Just curious but if your numbers are correct then where are the shares coming from.

As of 9/3 the reported shares were as follows:

A/S count -- 7B
O/S Count -- 6.6B
Float - 4.7B

According to your numbers almost the entire float count has been traded since the buy-out was announced.

Wouldn't that be very hard to do with only 400M shares of the float remaining or do we have to assume that a fairly large number of people who were holding sold.

I know that the same shares (including those that were previously in the O/S count) could be traded multiple times and that would explain part of it but what are your thoughts on the 1.3B difference between Buys and Sells?

I find it interesting that the short interest is up.

While 811K (as of 9/15) is not a lot and it could be higher or lower over the last two weeks, it does show someone is betting against the deal, IMHO.
