Great, I missed that comment from him. Thanks for the repost.
Raw - could you help me out and repost the statement from JB about the company releasing the full report? I thought they said they would release their name only.
To have the report, though I'm sure I won't understand any of it, will be amazing.
Steady buying the last few minutes. Good to see.
Nasdaq, or AMEX, uplist blows this out of the water. Then again so does P2O validation. Then again so does PAK-IT commercial boom.
So many things coming together makes this a good time to be in JBI.
You should put it on his FB as well. I'm not sure how much JB looks at the blog as it's run by the investor relations guy. Good chance you'd get some reply today if you put it on FB.
Everyone feel free to correct me but I thought that it has been said a normal uplisting can take a few months after the application has been filed.
If we haven't even received word that JB has chosen an exchange and filed an application why is everyone assuming we will be uplisted by the end of Feb? I believe in JB's ability to get things done rapidly...I'm just wondering if this is a valid expectation or an unrealistic one?
I think news of a filed application and maybe a quote from the exchange about how excited they are for JBII to be listed there will be a good first step. That is what I'm hoping for in Feb.
Well I don't have as many shares as I would like, not by half, but I've resigned myself to that sad fact.
Feb. is going to rock.
I am assuming here, and yes I know what that means, that JB would have found a media company who would redeem his credits. As we now know, via the PR, who he is using maybe you could do some digging around or even call them to see if they accept media credits.
Shoot you could even call JBII and ask if they're using the media credits to pay for the pak-it infomercials. If I remember correctly JB at one point in time mentioned that he would use the credits to pay for the infomercials.
Agreed.
4.6x5
How can the bid be more than the ask? Bizarre.
Not that I'm complaining...
You both beat me by replying faster and having something definitive to paste in.
I'll leave it to you next time.
It is 20 days above $2 for AMEX. I believe $4 is the minimum for the NASDAQ.
I guess I could see your point. However if you were actually interested in investing in JBII you would be speaking with anyone, looking everywhere, for information that would clarify your doubt/concerns. The CEO, especially one who is willing to talk to us normal folk, seems like a no-brainer choice on someone to talk to. EVEN IF you don't think he is telling the truth don't you think having an actual conversation with him might better help you judge his character?
This is why I suggest you don't even waste your time posting again until they have unveiled the big processor. There just doesn't seem to be a reason for you to be here except to waste your, and our, time.
I intend no offense, just being honest with you.
It seems like people from lots of companies speculate on earnings and EPS and share price based on things that are either brand new or about to hit market.
All EP has done with his matrix is take the numbers the company has given out and come up with possible share prices. It is for fun, and something to get excited about.
That being said you aren't wrong in that the first one isn't running so we won't know complete revenue/profit from each machine for a little while yet. Even if you take his numbers and cut them in half, or in half again, it speaks of significant growth in pps.
I suggest you wait until the media event before posting again, as apparently no one is able to answer your questions to your satisfaction. Better yet I would call JB if I were you and actually interested in knowing. But I bet you won't do that.......because you don't actually care.
Luckily even in the $2's we can still get up on the AMEX.
To know it is coming is one thing. To wait is another.
I'm wishing I had sold at least a little bit up around 7 and bought back in. Oh well.
I wouldn't say they don't 'know' anything. Obviously I agree that they are paid to trot the line. That's their only job. I happen to, so far, trust what has been said because everything that has been said would happen has happened without fail. Some things, big processor completion and validation, have taken a lot longer (really only a few months which isn't that long) than we thought but that is ok.
The reason some of us are waiting on the edge of our seat for the validation company report (not with specifics but with their stamp of approval) is precisely that: a company in and of itself shouldn't be the only source of information. I'm holding my shares tightly because I believe that by the end of Feb. other sources will be in agreement with JBII's assessment of their process.
I disagree with you on their long term economic viability. IF things go even half as well, a quarter as well!, is currently being planned then their is huge economic (and environmental) upside. Check out EP's price matrix for yourself on that one.
I've seen this company compared to new biotech companies. Their price is determined on hype and potential until the FDA, or whoever, approves their drug. That's what we are waiting on....approval. The price mainly reflects the hype and potential of what JB is trying to build.
I hope you hold at least a few shares as I think you will be very happy in a few months. If not that's ok too.
- Oh yeah, if we turn water into air what are we going to turn into water?
Sadly it looks like most of that crap comes from his 'friends.' Though I think, if he took the time, he could block that....though it may only be from a screen he sees.
I agree though, it's annoying.
It's not a 'big deal' to answer your questions except for the fact that we have all had to dig around for these answers so for someone to show up and just demand for everything to be handed to them seems a little....well off.
I'm sure you would like the best information possible so I suggest you call the IR guy and/or JB himself and ask for yet another explanation for your questions. Everyone you've asked have been talked about at length on this board, you just need to do some digging. JB does answer and return phone calls and email. Shoot him one in the morning. It's called doing your own DD.
FWIW the replies you are receiving come from a few things.
1. You just joined today and this is your first post which shows that:
2. You haven't read through the iBox
- Most, if not all, of the answers you seek are in the iBox which not only includes detailed information on all things going on but also a recap of Facebook posts and other comments from JB, the CEO, where he has talked about your tire question to no small extent
3. According to the company, this has been said by them before, the large processor will put out the same quality and type of fuel that the small processor did.
Number 3 is the only place that I have any sympathy from you. Many of us, ok all of us, have been waiting on the validating company to finish their work for months now. We also have been waiting on the large processor to be completed for months. Needless to say we all must just wait a little while longer. Many of us, myself included, have been assured either by JB or the IR guy that in February there will be a media even showing off the large processor and that everything works as planned.
Again though you would know this if you had bothered reading anything in the iBox, the stickies hot post, or even the last few days worth of posts.
Cheers.
So much better. It's hard to even put into words the improvement.
Now people have one place to go for all of the basic information. jbiglobal.com.
Thanks for noticing this EP.
Any reason we have less than half the number of MM's lined up than we did last week? Anyone with experience able to read in to that or is it worth reading into?
Just checked. TD Ameritrade has updated their company profile to the same thing.
Agreed.
I just wish people wouldn't make claims without some form of proof.
You would think that anyone really wanting to know if there are promoters might provide some proof of their claims.
A link to someone else's claim. A link to a site they think is promoting the stock. Anything.
Certainly misleading to those who don't know about JBI and haven't been around since the takeover like we have. On a deal like that, that had an official SEC filing stating that their name was changed (making it seem like the deal went through), there would be some notice that it was called off, right?
I'll look around later and see if I can find one.
'Surely you've noticed that we own John Bordynuik, Inc and not Expedite 2' - I don't understand this statement. Of course I know I own shares of JBII and not Expedite 2. I asked because I hadn't really read that filing that was linked earlier but it seemed to say that Expedite 2 had change THEIR name to John Bordynuik, Inc - not the other way around.
If the deal never went through then great, no issue. I had never seen it before and no one has ever mentioned that deal so I'm sure you are right. But to have been claiming for the past day that JBI has never had any association with Expedite 2 is not entirely true. Their association apparently didn't amount to anything really worth noting, but it still existed for a time.
Whether the deal went through or not I don't see the reason for having deleted the link to it.
Is the deleted message you are responding to the one that showed the filing where it clearly stated that Expedite 2 changed its name to John Bordynuik, Inc.?
Wouldn't that seem to tie the two together somehow? Is there something I'm missing?
They also have a presence in Latin America. The company has posted that Javaco will oversee the running of P2O plants down south.
Out of ignorance I ask:
Why would the announcement have more value after uplisting? Does an announcement from an AMEX or NASDAQ trading company reach more people? That seems like the logical answer but I just don't know.
IR did state that the media even would be full of information. I think before hearing anything about the reactor and it's process we get uplisting update and BOD nominations.
I would hope an acknowledgment that validation has been completed will come as soon as it is finished. Sadly we have been waiting for quite a while but IR says the CC and media showing off will happen in February and that it will indeed be a big time of bragging and proving and dispelling all questions.
Was it one a day or ten a month? Either way I remember what you're talking about. Whatever the number was I remember it being said that it would be sufficient to meet demand.
MLK Day.
This just goes to show that people don't respect the title 'Sir' like they used to.
I was told by IR that he goes the 19th. Either way it's soon.
No idea what the odds are. I do know that they are shooting for a Feb uplist.
Most of what JB has strived for has happened as planned.
It seems to me that if we have been able to take JB at his word on everything else and he has delivered every single time then if he has stated that it works I just need to trust that. Logic would say that he couldn't (or shouldn't) make that claim unless the thing had been tested in all its large scale glory. There are things, however, that he wants to keep undisclosed for a little while until everything is ready to go. It sounds like Feb. is the month where this will happen.
Trust aside I sure would like to see pictures or video of the thing working. I'll just have to wait a month. I'm ok with that.
Speaking of contacting the company the iBox needs to be updated to reflect the change in IR:
Director, Investor Relations:
James Parker
E-mail: jparker@jbiglobal.com
Phone: 916-990-3667
Instead of an email from James I received a phone call. While I can't tell everything he said I can pass along this:
- JB hasn't told him whether or not the machine has been fully assembled or how thoroughly tested it has been. He has however been told multiple times and in very concrete words that it works exactly as it should. As has been mentioned in PR's and other notes be on the lookout for an unveiling event that will let everyone know about this. The bragging rights that JB mentioned will be had, hands down. Naysayers will be left with nothing to go on.
- JB is off to NY Jan 19 for the Amex work. Everything will be in order on their end so the time it takes to uplist will depend on AMEX. They are hopeful for a Feb uplisting.
- More BOD announcements to come.
Other than that we just chatted about the company for awhile. Nice guy. He mentioned to keep an eye on the blog. The things he posts there aren't insignificant.
It's been said before but it bears repeating. All of you with questions need to just buck up and email/call the company. They are very forthcoming, with things that can be discussed, and very pleasant to talk to. This company seems to be genuinely serious about transparency. Unique.
I believe him when he says it works. However I think I said a few weeks ago that he can say that it will work all he wants (and I'm sure he's right) but backing that statement up with a fully functional processor is something different.
Still waiting on a reply from IR. Maybe they finally got the thing assembled and running.
Just sent an email to the new IR guy. We'll see what he says.
