I realize that Itro lost the hearing. Do you think CR will bankrupt Itro to get a partial settlement? That does not make sense even for CR. You are free to believe what you want, but I do not see them selling May 4th.
Read the adobe acrobat file. It says that the terms are subject to further negotiations, or terms to that affect. They have not been made public. Also the PR says that CR wants to see Itro grow. This would say to some that the NIR Hedge fund would not sell all their shares at once. Why would you want to sell 8 million shares into a market currently trading 10 K or less per day. If that many shares was the deal. Where would the price go.
Amazing that you read so much into the court documents. Some lawyers could not even understand them. Did you also find the subsequent agreement between the parties, or are you saying that this is it? I think that there is more to this story.
I had thought of that earlier, but felt they were not in that manufacturing phase yet. I think they will get there, and phase I will be going full time.
I think I would rather read about it. My stomach starts churning when I see a visual. I guess I am never prepared for the rapid rise.
Here is an article on what is happening to the economy and what the Fed is doing. It will affect a lot including the price of gold and silver---also itro.

Now where did you get that pho? What does it have to do with anything? Did you find an Itronics vehicle somewhere? Weird! What does it represent?
good point Harpe.
Tell Mr TheRetard hello!
That is what I understand too. They either need to have additional operational plants or storage to get the product closer to where it is needed in order to minimize freight costs. The winter months is when it has to move now. Weather is a big factor in agriculture and fertilizers. Stage I can still be used to lower costs of the making of silver, but it does not increase the amount made. Down the road it will be a big factor.
In my opinion, yes. We still have a lot larger area to fertilize besides the valley in Cali. It will take time to get there unless you want to provide a loan. They still have Auric to get going. This will take time, but in my opinion we will prevail.
As I have said before, I think the amount of silver is dependent on the amount of fertilizer produced. This is because of storage. They cannot just manufacture silver from the photochemical mix because of this issue. I do not know how much each shipment of silver is. The good part is that they are still maintaining cash flow. We also do not know what the legal settlement will do.

Itronics Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ITRO) reported today that its total revenues for the first quarter 2011 increased by 27 percent to $511,000 compared to $404,000 in 2010. GOLD'n GRO fertilizer sales were up 18 percent and silver sales were up 197 percent compared to last year's first quarter.
Unaudited revenues for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011 together with comparative unaudited figures for the 2010 first quarter are presented below:
ITRONICS INC.
For the Quarter
Ended March 31
2011 2010
REVENUE
Fertilizer $ 419,438 $ 356,250
Silver $ 70,962 $ 23,896
Photo Services $ 20,698 $ 23,548
Mining Technical Services $ 370 $ 508
Total Revenues $ 511,468 $ 404,202
The first quarter GOLD'n GRO liquid fertilizer revenues increased during the quarter in spite of adverse weather in California and Nevada. The outlook is for strong sales during the second quarter compared to the same quarter in 2010.
Silver revenues for the quarter increased sharply, primarily due to higher silver prices. At the end of the quarter the Company had three silver shipments outstanding that are expected to be settled in the second quarter. Silver at $44 per troy ounce is trading at 31 year highs and this is strongly benefiting the Company.
The Company's receipts of silver-bearing photographic liquids continue to be more than adequate to meet the requirements for a large increase in GOLD'n GRO fertilizer sales.
Mining Technical Services sales were low in the first quarter due to a shift in focus made in 2010 to work on the Auric Gold & Minerals, Inc. Iron Oxide Copper Gold Fulstone project. The Company believes this will produce a much larger increase in corporate value than could be achieved by consulting services. Gold prices are now approaching $1,500 per troy ounce, a historic high.
Copper, at $4.00 per pound, is also at a historical high. These gold and copper prices are expected to benefit Auric Gold & Minerals project going forward.
"Itronics outlook for the second quarter and 2011 is very positive," said Dr. John Whitney, Itronics President. "On-going implementation of Itronics' five-year plan to put internally developed environmentally green clean technology into commercial use is progressing well, as is the plan to capitalize on proprietary mineral property information contained in the Whitney & Whitney, Inc. technical library."

Yes, it is really on a tear! It has done nothing but go up---at a faster rate than gold for a few weeks. At some time the big boys will throw in the towel.
Sorry, forgot to copy it!

I like this one better. You can see the Dow as well as the S&P as well as all of the currencies. It shows G&S in a different format, but you can toggle over. We cannot let G&S to get out of hand when the markets are going down now can we. We of the Itro clan will just have to wait for a while.
Here it is. You heard it on the grapevine:

If JP Morgan does not do their bashing thingy it will bode well for Itro down the road!
It will be off to the races. A lot of up days but it is getting close to the big one. Itro is primed, g & s are primed. I am loaded for bear!
Lot us hope that JP Morgan does not own a piece of that holding bank. Ha! Yes that is significant. This could lead to more 'BIG' investors storing gold and silver.
Nope!
You need to ask them for a link that shows the settlement agreement. Than everyone will know what it is, and they will have to give up just making up stories. I would assume that no one knows the terms of the agreement, and if they have not been divulged by now, that they have been 'sealed' by the attorneys. As for the "players" on the yahoo board, they are just wishin and a hopen.
Terry
I would keep those in my own safe. Never trust a bank. Ha!
You both are going to be saying oink oink. Good day to buy. It was an up day in # of shares anyway.
Someone is getting some "on the cheap" shares.
Yes Sir E Bob as we say in Oklahoma. Since you and kajulie are the stock guru's, can you or her keep and eye on the OS for Itro and let us know if and when we see dilution. I do not expect any, but it would be good to have someone be watchful.
You may be right $oldier. One can have an intent that has been agreed to by both parties, and has not been drafted in the appropriate language. It is speculation, but it may be accurate.
I so agree with you $oldier. Itro lost the suit, but from what is happening to NIR and its CEO, they may have won the agreement. This has happened before. Itro has been riding that bubble. The one where you have to decide whether to pay bills or grow the Company. They paid bills. Financially they were probably a train wreck, so NIR was in a boat without a paddle. They had the badger cornered, but did not know that the badger still had fight left. That is my analysis anyway. There has been no dilution for a long time. We can watch and see if the badger won the final battle. In the mean time we still have fertilizer and silver to sell and Auric for the future. All is not Woe in Itro land.
You are the first person that actually reads the PR's? What is this world coming to? Yes Itro lost the lawsuit. That means that they have to pay NIR what they had agreed to. NIR if nothing else has good lawyers. The judge decided that NIR was due 8 million dollars. They did not dictate how that was to be paid off other than by shares of stock. That alone would mean serious dilution, but a settlement agreement had to be agreed to. No one knows the terms of the agreement that was agreed to by both parties except the parties to the agreement. If no dilution is immediately forthcoming, than it can be assumed that Itro did not have to dilute immediately and the actual dilution will occur over time. There may even be terms to pay it off earlier in cash.
It will take us a while to see what this agreement will do to the Company, but even total dilution would not be a horrible thing. It would not make us all happy, but we would survive. The big thing for Itro is that it took the 8 million off the liability side of the balance sheet.
Let us keep our fingers crossed!
Nice chart. This should help a bunch!
You will be the first that I tell Do.
I would prefer free silver.
Since they have been stockpiling silver, the balance sheet will show tremendous improvement. This should help with the Auric deal.
With the settlement of the NIR lawsuit, it sounds like a win win to me. Just a few things left to settle and we will be off to greener pasture.
Silver is sure on a rampage. Nothing seem able to hold it down. Wonder who creates silver from waste. Hmmm. I will have to think on that!
It should get even better! Go Itro.
Keep watching the Itro news. Rome was not built in a day. This is the best PR that could have come out. This has been the albatross that has held Itro down for a long time. This is the best news that Itro could have put out. It has put an end to their toxic financing.
You can take that to the bank.
Yep, it will certainly be an interesting day in the silver pits. Silver is already in backwardization, so paying more for future delivery may cost even more!
Normally contracts for delivery would have already been converted over to another trade. They are held in futures contracts or derivatives. They are being held. A real fight will be fought to get these contracts cashed in. We will see who wins. Could be fun---or Not!
Depends on your point of view.
Itro has not had an audited statement for a while, so they are just showing revenue. From an 'outsiders' viewpoint, I think they now are in a good cash flow position. That is a lot more important than profitability. If they can keep their heads above water for a while, they could do very well. They did some toxic financing with NIR, but NIR may not do very well. They ran a PIPE equity fund that was not very ethical. They are currently in court. Itro has been through many UP's and DOWN's so it has gained a lot of people that do not care for it. Be prepared to do a lot of DD. It is not easy to understand. If you buy a few shares===stick around.
Welcome aboard the Itro thread.
What have I been getting? Itro is higher then where I bought it, so I have made money.
ITRO LOOks like a movin on up Company to me. So what are you sayin?
Terry from Okieville!
Good find KaJulie!!
