I would prefer free silver.
Since they have been stockpiling silver, the balance sheet will show tremendous improvement. This should help with the Auric deal.
With the settlement of the NIR lawsuit, it sounds like a win win to me. Just a few things left to settle and we will be off to greener pasture.
