I hope they keep jacking it around just long enough for it to dip just below the magic $25/oz and when that happens this time, there is many more folks going to jump on the silver train and run JPM and HSBC straight to bankruptcy court. I am still in the market for just over 100lbs as soon as I see $25/oz spot again, and I won't be selling any of my silver for a long, long time cause it is all mine physically, and it is my families future securety....it is not worthless paper, everyone in America should have some physical bullion as a savings account.....as I see it...

There is a great amount of historical info in post #4242 that will benifit us today if we use it for our future outlooks and decisions as we plan for today's investments in precious metals.I have said before that I remember a time when I could trust my banker...I also remember a time when a dollar had some value, heck even a nickel would buy something....as long as the "money minds" in cahoots with the big banks and institutions can keep making the Govt's believe that they can buy thier way out of inflation, the dollar value will continue to fall.....any paper that can be moved into silver, gold or platinum today will show double gains next year.....not only will the paper be worth less money next year, but the hard metals will be worth more.....at the time when I found I could no longer trust my banker, thats when I began to turn paper into metal....the more the trust waned the more I moved away from paper.......you may also gather another valuable bit of info from Hanglongs post 4242 and that is to have multiple storage locations for your hard money holdings....it is never wise to store it all in one location.....all of the interconnections between Comex and the big banks and Govt money managers are not going to hold the price down this time, not as long as the printing presses are running full bore.....folks all over the world are now just beginning to get into PM's....it will be a hard train to stop....as I see it...

Don't kid yourself, H.L....CPS is well subsidized also....I bounce a lot of stuff in small parcels to my daughter in Iowa and I have never paid more than 7 or 8 bucks postage and I have recieved some parcels that originate with USPS and I don't recall the shipping to be that high either.....I think if the shipment is under 10lbs they ship USPS because it is much cheaper than courier rates, seems I remember talking to the mailman one time and he said they didn't handle parcels over 10 lbs, kinda makes sense, can't have him packing 50lb parcels around if he has them for 4 or 5 homes on the same day...I am sure his bag is heavy enough with all that silver moving now....LOL....and it just keeps going and going and going up up and those crooks can't stop it this time....lol....LMAO

I guess you know I am not much of a fan of e-bay.....but is that shipping not a little excessive for an item like that....I do have some of those specialty silver coins that I bought direct from the mint....I think the snowflakes are introduced new every year....you may want to go directly to the mints site and check for the same coins....the mint will send out special mailers and e-mails with many new items as they are introduced....sometimes I buy some silver fancies that way, but I am not big on it....

That would be a nice bar, and a great addition.....must be Royal Canadian Mint to be .9999 so thats quality for sure, however is it as liquid as you might like it to be...as you know I am a fan of Canadian Maples....you may want to take a look at Apmex clearance, where you will find 2008 or 2009 graded maples in 50 coins lots for very little more than you will pay for that 100 ounce bar, they are graded MS69 at $1581 and $1556 for ea 50 coin set....my order of maples I reciecved last week were purchased at $26.74 per coin, of course that order was placed the week before so the spot was somewhat lower at that time...I am not a fan of the bigger bars because I feel they will always be harder to trade and in many cases I have even been able to buy 1 oz size cheaper than 10 oz but usually not cheaper than 100 oz...the last 100 oz I bought were at +49 but they were just signature .999...

I have posted many times over the past year damning this 100/1 leverage position allowed on precious metals to the big banks....It has been a known fact for along time now that JPM and HSBC and several other institutions have been trying desperately to hold the silver price down cause they quite simply do not have bullion to cover more than 1% and they also do not have the cash....although it has offered many of us opportunities to accumunlate silver at bargain prices, it is my contention that it is outright fraud when you sell something that you do not own, and in this case they have not only sold silver that they did not own, but they have actually sold the same silver 100 times over...now if QE2 offers a bailout to any one of these firms that have been involved in the direct fraud and manipulation of silver prices, then the Govt., in my estimation has the same dirt on thier hands....as I see it...

Went to the coin show and sale at the Century Casino today.....I have been to a few coin shows in the past, not many but enough to know what to expect....I was shocked to see the vast amounts of silver bars and rounds on display today...every where I looked there were bars and coins of silver and even gold bars and nuggets....I don't know if this is normal for coin shows now or not as I don't attend to many, but in the past when I attended a show it was all just rare coins and bills and things of a collectable nature....todays show had plenty of silver for folks who do not yet have a stash.....I didn't buy any cause the asking prices were a little more than I like to pay and being that I am deaf its a little hard for me to negotiate in that type of enviroment.....I bet some of you fellows have a funday when you get to a show like that,....just millions of flashy old coins and shiny silver bullion to admire and bargain for...great stuff and only cost $3 bucks for advance ticket and that was also an entry in a draw for 1 ounce gold....of course I also had to visit the Casino, now I am back home and behind on my research for opening tommorrow morning....silver zooooooooooooooooming....

Are those what you call wheat pennies? If so isn't there one in there, I think 1943 copper that is worth a lot of money as a collectors coin, maybe wrong on that date, just going by memory of something I heard

Thank you, True....I have quite a few of these in the yearly sets of 5 and was wondering if it would be a good idea to bust them open and make up 50 coin sets.....but then I would have to have them graded to get $1000 a set so it would kind of defeat the purpose.....perhaps they are still worth more left in the mint sealer case...

I am right with you on this one,Rocket.....no chance i am trading it, in fact I think I will even be adding more next week again...hidden gem just waiting to be noticed...yes I could see a buck by eoy....

True, what would be the value of a complete set of silver proof state quarters, all 50 in one set....have you ever come across anything like this?
Paid
I was just trying to really think about what the values would look like say if silver ever did get to such over zealeous numbers as 4000 or 6000 an ounce and thats when it dawned on me that perhaps the .9999's might be just a little better than the.999's and at this point a buck or so an ounce don't make much difference but my god who knows what is going to happen...I just read a piece about 12000/ton copper in 2011...I mean really....QE2 and the brains of the world today??????? HOWEVER I am silver cause I have been silver for a long time and it is better than anything else I can see from my viewpoint.....right???

I know you and Orca are well versed on nunamistics and I tried to study and pick up on some of it but it is just to time consuming for me so I am sticking to silver stocks and silver bullion......if the price is going to some day reach 100s or even 1000s of dollars/oz I really don't think the numamistic values will make a lot of difference.....the one thing that I see making a difference is the quality and thats why I am buying only maples to complete my quota....I also feel the real short term profits are to be gained in silver shares in mining companies....just look at the gains in almost anything that has silver ....AXU,HL,MVG,EXK,SHSH,USSIF are just a few that are going to give us big bucks short term, also gold in the name works well to PCGF,DGRI,CGFIA just in the last couple of weeks have made me some nice profits.....many talk about trading gold for silver....well I done that quite some time ago now and it is the best move I ever made, you can also see that I don't own any of the big gold producers, most of my mining shares are silver related and I don't think we have seen anything yet, there are just to many branches on the silver tree and it is well fertilized.....I know all of you guys can see it too, anyone who doesn't have it, better bloody well get it and the sooner the better.....a I see it...

Yes just slightly better than the original request of 50K plus performance percentages.....I have yet to see anything that would fall in that category....I also object to monthly billing even though he has been given the CEO chair, it is my contention that he is still just part of the restructure team and should bill on an hourly basis.....if he puts in the hours he gets paid, if not I am sure he is still billing many other clients and will not have to buy groceries on his CC......lets get the blue collar workers back on the job so they can have a Christmas this year along with the JB's in the game......as I see it...
Paid
Quite the contrary, I do very well playing the Q's....it just happens I was in CPRK prior to filing so it it not as if I am DD shy on CPRK.....it may be informative for the rest of us if you could post some of the salaries that you have dug up for the so called "fat cats" of CPRK, cause I really don't remember ever knowing what MD, MS or any of the other execs were paid prior to CH11.....now here is the thing, it really don't make any difference how much they were paid at that time, that was then, this is now, that was CPRK this is CPRKQ and it is in CPRKQ that we will prosper or fail.....it is in CPRKQ that we can either buy, sell or hold shares, so whatever dirt you may find from the past has no bearing on how I will do at this point with my holdings in CPRKQ.....as I see it...
Paid
Sorry my friend, but when you begrudge the former employees at the mill the salaries they were paid,it is clear that you have not done proper DD.....there is not one blue collar worker in the entire country that is overpaid.....yes the cost of lawyers and financial advisors in CH11 cases is expensive, however if you look at some comparables, you will find our costs are certainly mid range and would be much higher if not for the efforts of the folks on the EC.....I also think you will find as time goes on in this case and because of EC our costs will be way below most CH11's of comparable nature.....many people have a substantial investment in CPRKQ and are putting forth a great amount of effort to protect that investment......then there are some that ride in here on a crippled pony to warn us that our horses are not in the race any more, but it is always the wise old horse that wins on the corners and the inside track......the race is very much ongoing, no CH7 for CPRKQ.....as I see it.....
paid
What would be so great about it if it were to convert to CH7....("Still a great chance")....Also I wonder if you would care to elaborate on the statement claiming shareholders have been ripped off since day one and are still being ripped off today.....no one ever twisted my arm and forced me to invest in CPRK initially and I have had no one holding a gun to my head and telling me to invest in CPRKQ.....you also go even further and make a direct statement claiming "It don't look good"....now would that not be an opinion, and should have a disclaimer to follow....I am going to say it looks better now than it has for quite some time and that is JMHO....as I see it...
Paid
New shipment arrived today, 750 brand new 2011 maples....may have to quit buying now, unless we get a bit of a pullback and I can pick up some signature stuff.....looks like we are on our way to an easy $30 EOY on silver maybe even more, I just can't see any reason it is going to drop back again, but I can see multiple reasons for it to move up.....I have been preaching about this for several years now and I do feel sorry for those friends and aquaintances of mine who have not made any purchases at all....I got mine and I have kept getting mine and I love it.....did I say I love it......Oh ya before I sign off I have one more thing to say and that is that I LOVE IT, there is nothing more beutiful than my silver hoard....
Paid
That was then, this is now.....there is nothing wrong with the equipment, there never was anything wrong with the equipment....sure there may have been some problems with the configuration, but that comes back to the responsibilities of the mill engineer.....bottom line is we have a mill that is almost in new condition and we have billions in ore bodies that can be processed with this mill once it is aligned in the proper configuration and dialed in.....as I see it...
Paid
They spent 60 million dollars on equipment that will work with the proper mill operators and optimization.....Michael Nelson PhD university Prof with 25 years mining and milling experience clearly states that the mill is sound and suitable for ore types at WUCC...He goes on to state that it is designed to be flexable to allow processing of many ore types with varying contents of copper oxides, copper sulfides and magnetite. He further states with a 6-9 month tune up process, the mill will work very well for processing WUCC ore types. The Professors coments can be found in a supporting Document filed with the court, DKT 2022 20 The SXEW is another option to further enhance recovery percentages ,however before the ore can be processed by SXEW it still has to be crushed by ball or rod type mills, the same as a leach process....you cant just take rocks out of the pit and get the copper and gold, thats what mills are for, and mills cost money and require people to operate them, experienced people.....as I see it...
Paid
You are correct as I have stated in my previous post....however that was never the argument....The gist of it is that we have a poster stating over and over again that MD spent 60million on a mill that would not process the ore.....I am saying that the mill will process the ore if the design process is properly set up by the mill engineer....I am not saying that they will not have to remove, replace or even add some of the components, but the basic mill is there and the 60 million is not wasted, even if they were to go to heap leach process, they still need the ball mills and that is the most expensive part of the mill as far as I am concerned...as I see it...
Paid
BTW I don't see a response from the poster that keeps making the statement that it is the wrong mill
I am sure that is the correct information.....the only thing I am saying is that it is not the wrong equipment, it is just a matter of changing the process and tweaking it in from there.... it is the engineers that have to design the proper process for the type of ore...but we do have the equipment, perhaps we may have to rearrnge, remove or add some to the process, but the mill will work with the right engineers to run it...as I see it....
Paid
Regulator,
If, as you keep posting that the equipment on site, is the wrong equipment....perhaps you could fill us in on what is the correct equipment....there are only so many components to a mill , it really don't matter much what the mill is to be used for, copper, gold, silver, moly, magnetite or a host of other metals, they all operate on the same general principal....they all have to be designed to crush the rock, either by ball or rod....at this stage they crush to the particle size that is desired for seperation of whatever.....this is generally the most expensive part of the mill....from there the particle can be processed through floatation cells, membranes, centrifuges and a host of othe mechanical methods or even just gravity.....depending on the ore types and seperations needed, chemicals are also used in many seperation processes.....there is no way they have the wrong equipment, it is just a matter of the proper process for each type of ore body....this is why we have engineers that are trained to operate metal proceessing mills.....if you can explain why it is the wrong equipment, then by all means, I am open for that discusssion.....as I see it...
Paid
I think you are reading in 100% correct, Everatt7.... and that is the final sticker, it just depends on how much more these thieves think they deserve.....management and the Govt have held this up all the way and they will stop at nothing to fill thier pockets....I wouldn't be surprized to see the EPA come with thier hand out again before this gets approved....as I see it...

We are going to move now and I say we are way over due......SHSH is not a little hole in the wall of a mountain......got silver, soon to have gold and soon to have a proper market cap....as I see it....

OUCH!!! Thats a little steep for me, I have been watching for some at +75 or less.....when you refer to them as ingots, are they bars or rounds or are they something else....also are they all from the same brokerage or mint? there are some rounds and bars that do sell at a premium because of the mint.....myself, I just want the ounce of silver err I mean ounces of silver and as many as I can get.....
Paid
Where are you buying from and what premium are you paying,if you don't mind me asking.....

Yes those 2 also have some great fundamentals and are both on the move....I have been in USSIF for quite some time, nice move again today volume looks encouraging....I missed my entry in AXSMF back in early Sept,I think it was and have been sitting on sidelines ever since.....might still take a position when I can get a little better look at fins....USSIF couple of bucks easy by end of Q1/11.....again thats my opinion....
Paid
Nope! No target set yet, still adding based on fundies and rising prices of silver and gold......I believe SHSH has great itermediate and long term benifits and will continue to add until one day we get that big bounce and then will trade into a free position of say maybe 200000 shares and hold that as a core and trade around that core.....it is just a great time to be in any of the precious metal stocks that are showing promising fundamentals for future mining opportunities....personally I think SHSH is one of the better ones and is way under valued at this time.....but Hey, thats just my own opinion.....as I see it...
Paid
120 million plus 100% gotta be some fuel somewhere!!!!!!!

Ya but I heard you were sitting there counting all your silver winnings lol.....and what about all this free gold...everytime you find a lil chunk of that I have to buy 55 ounces of silver just to keep up.....you know I checked my account and those 750,000 shares that I made double today didn't even get me even on CGFIA....have to go back and see what my entry was on that baby....hope she continues to run but don't know whats driving it....I can certainly see our silver moving up nicely by EOY...lots of good folks are going to be left behind if they don't get on the boat soon....of course thats just my opinion....ya I bet SF is just a Rocking tonight, but hey,its damn well about time.....I really enjoyed the series....great to see the talent of the rookies this year and just some incredible atheletes out there.....hockey for me now, until we double up in the spring again with baseball and hockey......to bad you can't get out and celebrate, but carry on with the counting lol
