Hey all, was earning my keep

since early and couldn't get over here.
The contribution pledges are going well, with upwards of 30 so far. not bad 30%
considering peeps like to talk the talk but hang back from walking the walk. Interesting the ones
with the most to say about everything generally like to ride piggy back. Exceptions of course.
Many have been very supportive, and I have to say, little or no negativity.
The group have contacted me and are coming on board.
What I would like to know is, where are those nearly 300 shareholders of QASP who sent in support
for Jeff and the merger communications and before that, a shareholders meeting? C'mon get the word out and put your
actions where your fingers are.

NHSH shares. I wonder why there is the necessity to
continually show ignorance. Seems to me your assumptions

Yup we all did to make

money, but instead got screwed, then we all went wailing.
The one who went out an a limb was Jeff. Believe me there
is a lot more to this than meets the eye. Jeff could have
walked away six or seven months ago with a lot more than

If it's another Q somebody will pay with pain? you better
believe it and I will be there to help you give it.

Now on to developments and what to do.

First I have finally been contacted by the shareholders group. They offered to get into talks (Discussion), which I will probably do. At this stage though I am tired of talking and listening to CCs. Judge taylor knows the score, he must do unless he is retarded. There is
the blue sky aspect, very valid, shareholder support for Jeff and to influence the judge and so on. All good stuff, but how many times does it require the sending of letters and petitions. I'm as sick of them as I am of talk and CCs.
Shareholders are waiting for the case which the good Judge will call when he has time to clear off his desk. August, September? perhaps?
Jeff needs an experienced, no, expert ATT. Someone who has expensive experience in mergers and pink sheet shenanigans. To date he has not had that luxury. Now he has the opportunity of such an expert to use in an advisory and coaching capacity. NAME of Clifford Hunt. This man is fully capable of speeding up the process dramatically. I know the direction and definitely approve, but will not disclose this until it is appropriate. This thing MUST be settled a soon as possible and be as dramatic as possible for the shareholders to get maximum benefit.
This ATT is not cheap to retain and Jeff is short of start. All of this comes out of his pocket.
It has nothing to do with NHSH.
Jeff stepped up for us and we all sat back an applauded. Now we need to step up to the plate ourselves.

Morning all. Those of you

that are interested have no doubt read my posts concerning assertive action
and making it so. Some agree many don't think it smart to rock the boat, others look in horror and say "why would you put that on a public board". Then others accuse me of being part of a scam, none of those do it too openly though. and of course these that think it's funny and a joke.
Why on a public board? 3 main reasons: to get exposure, those involved are in a public company have the right to know, and why not?
Rock the boat: the boat is being rocked every day by untruths and outright lies. I believe in giving the truth.
Sure I'm part of a scam. I have been ripped off by a bunch of scam artists! I don't even know how to scam, never interested.

What the plan is going forward;

cat, tex, sjo and a few others and me will get together Email addresses which peeps can Email in their pledge for the $200, with their real names only. No other info. needed.

These names will be kept confidential and sacred. When we can gather together at least 50% of the target, I will speak with Team Jeff and they will set up a trust fund at Centacom where the contributions will be sent with names.

When the target is reached and indeed before for those that get in. we sit back and let Team jeff do what they will do best. Much better than before, believe me.

Strangely Jeff will be the point man in Jacks himself. I asked if I should liaise with someone else or perhaps his Son and he said nope I'm here when you need to know. The channel will be open and I or one of the bunch of us will relate any news and legal happenings.

Jeff also offered Centacom facilities for a room to gave a CC at any time. Should not be necessary though. Besides I am beginning to hate CCs.

Sunday, and got a whole bunch of things cleared up which I needed to know and confirm before continuing.?

His new advising lawyer is XXXXX, very experienced in mergers and with pinks. He will also be representing NHSH from now on in. ?He is going to use XXXXX which will be far more efficient and more definite than circuit Judge Taylor.
Also it would be terminal for the likes of brad and canary jo.

?Shareholders (QASP shareholders) that's us are no if's and but's guaranteed 20% of NHSH.
?We discussed a lot more in detail on the path of NHSH with his hopes and aspirations and a bunch of other things.?

I, too gave Jeff a commitment: 100 shareholders at $200 each ($20,000). Any shortfall I will contribute personally at completion.

I have used XXXX above just for the time being. Jeff will fill y'all in on that when it's a fixed fact.

No, no. Those 300 are sitting watching and waiting, sure they are committed to PP. Not going to happen like that. Split 150k between them each and go for the PP tomorrow? That just aint going to fly. Sides figure them 300 are a lot less now anyways.
Sure Jeff understands our loss, he has the same loss, but now a hell of a lot over that. Do we understand that?

Right peeps it would seem

all here are a patriotic bunch and full of enthusiasm.
Some of you too are vets and know the only way to win is
to go on the attack. Sitting back and waiting for others to
do it is a waste of time and for cowards
Taking the shareholders of the Q is an example.
Myself and others are going to change this. with their help and hopefully willingness I hope we can attack in the OPEN, no secret societies we think visibility is the right way to get what we want and to help do just that.

Sending your letters in

to Jeff is nice and supportive, but passive and of
little consequence to anything in the long run.
I sent a detailed letter as an enlightened an knowledgeable
concerned shareholder, supporting Jeff and laying out the circumstances in relative detail, DIRECTLY to Judge Taylor before the last hearing. It was received and signed for by him.

Now in all honesty, how many times do you think he will look at those letters or even acknowledge them. I know Judges and inundating him via Jeff or any other way is inconsequential.
Shareholders have to get off their sheep like butts and find out what, why, where and when and then do something tangible to make it happen.
Make no mistake the shares are worth sweet felicity Arkwright (SFA), live with it. James has little use for them, he is living up to a promise and it is a matter of honor. Live with that, because however much the spin doctors don't believe in Honor, that is their loss and in their lives too.

OH, OH, you are very much closer

Evening all, my first and

probably only post here. Though I have learned, never say never.

I want to congratulate y'all on a very well run and moderated board. A lot of really good and informative posts, by posters who know what they are all about.

My Wife got stock in March 09 at .0027 and has held ever since, still has, but added around 3 months ago, and I quote " because I have faith in my decisions for the long haul". She doesn't read the blogs and just bought the stock initially, now get this, "because she liked the name, likes dogs and on research liked the mgmt. and what they were trying to do".
I have a feeling she knows more than the rest of us put together!
